I had an old old iPhone SE, it hung in there for 6 years, everyone was impressed. But alas, I needed a new phone. It was hard to say goodbye to my small compact SE. We have been through a lot together. But Justin and Trevor at this Verizon retailer did a great job introducing me to my new phone, the Google Pixel 4a/5g. Justin and Trevor are the best team I have seen in any cell phone store. And they are young. It was pretty amazing to see young guys with such a good work ethic who just really want to help customers. If you need a phone, go to this store. Seriously.

I have been with Verizon for close to ten years now and never have I experienced such above and beyond customer care!!! This is a THIRD PARTY vendor, my advice is DO NOT buy a phone from them. I didnt know that and made the mistake of buying a phone from them. The phone was DEFECTIVE so I ordered a different phone. Craig charged me $50 for the case the defective phone was in because I didnt have the box for the case. Craig NEVER gave me the box the case was in. After changing me for the case he asked if I wanted to buy accessories for my new phone! Run from this place, they will nickel and dime you to death!!!!! I would love to hear from the owner. This issue needs to be addressed ASAP.
DO NOT PURCHASE A PHONE HERE! I came in thinking it was a Verizon store, but is only an authorized dealer. It is it’s own entity. I came in to upgrade my husband’s phone thinking it would be convenient being in the mall. It was a gift and I did not have his phone with me. The manager Ron said it wouldn’t be a problem and that we could just switch the SIM card to the new phone. WORST MISTAKE. Not only did he add mobile protection plan to the new phone without my permission, but he added a phone line onto my husband’s old phone. I could not get it resolved with Verizon’s customer service and only can get this resolved at this location. At the moment, I am waiting for someone to call me back to take the line off my account. I have also left an email feedback and waiting for someone to contact me. I would recommend you to walk several feet outside the mall instead to an true Verizon store!
DONT GO HERE! This store is scamming people. They make themselves appear as if they are a Verizon store but they arent. The sign on the storefront says Verizon and when you walk in there is a big Verizon sign behind the desk. There is a little tiny Victra sign on the desk which I didnt notice until I was done. Even if I had noticed it earlier, it looks like a product sign rather than a store name. They are supposed to have a sign that says authorized Verizon dealer which is nowhere to be seen.I went there to upgrade my phone because I wanted to check out how the new iPhones looked and make sure I got on the right plan. In retrospect, I should have done everything online through Verizon but I also didnt expect to walk into a mall store with the name of Verizon and get scammed.They were very clear and even repetitive about how much the phone was going to cost as well as any other Verizon charges. The clerk rang everything up and immediately put the receipt in the bag. Then he tried to set up my phone without asking me. I had no desire to sit in their store while he set up my phone which I could do easily at home, so I told him that Id like to set it up at home and left. When I got home, I saw they had charged me $19.99 for a Setup and Go Plus service. This charge was never disclosed to me like the Verizon charges were. I went back to the store and the manager refused to refund it. They never disclosed the charge and refused to refund it - thats the scam. I asked to speak with the Verizon account manager but he refused that as well.Meanwhile, Im working with Verizon to get my money refunded as well as fix issues that occurred during a plan change for the phone due to Victras incompetence.If you want to go to a Verizon store - make sure it isnt a third party store and especially a Victra store! Verizon will not charge you a Setup and Go charge.
By far the best Verizon store Ive been to. Great customer service. They help me and my family switch over from another carrier. We got a great deal and unlimited data.
I have had terrible experiences in other Verizon stores and walked into this one equally on the defense because usually I NEVER get anything close to what I wanted but I was 100% wrong!! Paige greeted us the moment we walked in and she made things happen that NO OTHER VERIZON STORE has ever even mentioned!!! She was amazing, patient, and far exceed our expectations. Needless to say we will ALWAYS go to this store for any future needs.I want to also make a point that as a former store manager of a retail store, it is so hard to find good customer service now a days and every person in this store has exceptional customer service skills.

Best service for a Verizon that Ive been to in years. Not the best selection of phones or merchandise, but they have the popular stuff and then some, and educated on the products. If there is something you need they will help you track it down.
Our experience in store today was great. We worked with Austin in upgrading our old Samsung tablet to our new tablet Lenovo tab4 8 +. The process was a little trying as we had to go through Verizons call in system to complete the upgrade process. Austin was very patient and completed the task with a smile. Austin also showed us new features on our new tablet. We have always had great customer service in the Verizon store in the Colorado Mills Mall. Thanks for all the knowledge.
I worked with Deanna Smith who was a big help and offered great customer service. We had troubles with connecting to Corporate but she was able assist the best she could.

I chose this location in November, 2018 due to the close proximity to my home. I wanted to check out the new Apple XR and see what my trade-in was worth. This is a subsidiary of Verizon (Victra) who has access to your Verizon account.At first I was impressed with my sales representative and the fact that I didn’t have to wait. After deciding to go ahead, I had to order the color I wanted since it was the only color not in stock. At the time my order was being prepared I informed the rep that I had $20 in Verizon Up device dollars I wanted to use. I verified that I was entitled to a veterans discount for accessories. He indicated that he would let me know when the XR arrived.I was not notified and when I contacted the phone number listed on their website I was transferred to the Verizon customer service #. I left a message and lo and behold, I received a voicemail from this store a day later, claiming that my phone arrived.When I returned, the store manager was the only person working. He suggested several accessories and when I made my selections, he offered to install them as well as transfer my contacts and photos from my trade-in to the XR. I used my trade-in to offset my payments and paid for the tax and the accessories separately. I asked him if he could pair my watch, he couldn’t but another staff member who just arrived claimed that she could.Granted, I should of checked my statement before paying, unfortunately for me I didn’t. When I arrived home I noticed that my Verizon Up credit was not applied nor was my Verizon discount. My watch was not paired correctly and critical data was lost. I called and was told that there was nothing they could do. I received a survey request from both Victra and Verizon, I also provided store feedback on My Verizon.Even though I was promised an escalated resolution on 12/12/18, I have not heard anymore from them.I have been a Verizon customer for over 15 years and this was my worst experience ever. My advice: find a Verizon owned store!!!
Wow! I wouldnt even give this place 1 star. the customer service here sucks! I was recently a Verizon customer, and wanted to add a smart phone. so Jerry changed my whole plan to the Edge program. I went elsewhere before my 14 days were up. I went back to the store and dealt with Jerry and his little weasel friend. they were rude that I was canceling and actually got an attitude that I was Leaving. they said I had to bring my phones back before I went to another carrier. so the little weasel helper was looking at my equipment I didnt have a booklet for my sons S4 and he said he had to charge me for it. I said okay and he had an attitude I had to tell him to relax I wasnt trying to be a jerk by leaving Verizon I explained to him that I have been a Verizon customer for 15 years.. so he went in the back for about 10 minutes and helped someone else with a problem and got Jerry he got on the phone and after about an hour and a half in the store he told me there was nothing he could do and the phones were mine. so I grabbed my phones and told him I would call Verizon he said we are Verizon.. I said NO you are Diamond Wireless. and if I would have known that this store changed from Verizon to a Diamond Wireless I would have never gone in the store! So I left called Verizon he noted my account and told me to go back if they didnt help me then to call back and they would suspend the store cause that isnt how Verizon does business. so I went up north to the store in Flat Irons mall talked to the store manager Eric Johns. he was awesome he had me in and out in about 15 minutes with no hassle. I will NOT go back to this store ever again and I will tell everyone I know aswell..

You should probably go just to see how they can help with why your bill is so much. I pay 80$ a month for my lg g4 that includes data and insurance. Ive also seen how frustrating there customers can be and there might be bad reviews but those people were probably kinda difficult in the first place. Even my mother has been one of the difficult people. But the people who work there are normal people and theyll treat you like family, give you the same deals as theyd give there Im mother. They do care
A while back my Girlfriend and I came into the Verizon Store to see about getting her e-bay phone activated as it came un-affiliated to any carrier. Trouble was that it was not a SIM card design, and as such could not be assigned to the new carrier. Unfortunate as this was, we spoke with Casey and he was extremely helpful. He assisted us in a very engaging manner, and addressed all of our concerns with this issue. At the end of this visit we left with a newer more compatible phone, a plan that fit our needs and our cost, and smiles all around.Coming from a retail sales and customer service background of over a decade plus, I was very impressed. I will be back and would recommend this location to anyone interested in using Verizon in their future.As far as some of the complaints that I have read, I feel as though you need to consider the context of the situation, and the attitudes of those involved. If you demand the world you will probably be disappointed, not to mention poorly recieved.Thanks for all the help from you sales team, I hope to do business with you all again soon!

Avoid shopping here at all costs. They had what we were looking for, but it turns out they are just shady business people.We bought a Lifeproof case for the iPhone 6, which was very exciting, but the tricks came in towards the end of the transaction. The gentlemen helping us opened the case and installed it, which was very friendly of him, but after installing it, he decided to share that since its now opened and installed on a phone, they would not allow us to return it.I understand that there are rules that companies have in place, which is just fine, but you should disclose these rules before ripping a case out and installing it on a phone yourself.They also bundled a phone charger with our purchase to save us some money, which seemed like another plus. Apparently, however, they arent very familiar with their products because the phone charger wont work with the Lifeproof case. He was generous enough to offer us $10.00 for the charger if we drive back to the store to get it.After speaking with their corporate office about how they handled their business, we were told that its his store and hes allowed to handle it however he pleases.All in all, the store offered a good deal for the case and charger combined, but with their shady business practices and uneducated staff, it really isnt worth saving a few bucks. I would not recommend shopping here.
