Dont get your phone fixed here, I came in with a shattered screen 2 months ago and they fixed it but then my phone screen stopped working 2 months after this and Apple told me it was because of a third party screen fix.

Had iPhone 11 Pro Max with broken screen. Pratap was fabulous. He fixed the phone in less than 45 minutes; was professional; and very kind. The cost was LESS than my so called “insurance coverage” through my carrier or the hassle of dealing with Apple for over 5-hours (phone / appt.). Very fast and easy. Thee worst place ever! Took my phone there to get LCD Screen fixed this week at there Lorain location, I guess the “owner” was out of town so his brother said he could fix it! It took him two hours to replace screen, then I found that my earpiece speaker was now not working. I immediately returned for him to fix at that time he disassembled my phone again to follow up with “this is stressful, I’m not the expert”. He assured me his brother could fix it tomorrow. Prior to leaving I requested a receipt, he said we don’t do receipts and wrote his name, amount paid and date on a sheet of paper! Return the following day to now a phone that won’t work with any LCDs and turn on! Owner looked me in the face to say “it’s not his fault I took the risk when allowing them to fix my phone” . The “Owner” then handed my my phone back returned my money with an extra twenty for my trouble, while telling me to take it to apple store. Fast forward today took to Apple store to find out they didn’t replace all the components, screws are missing and the heating elements are missing. This store basically gave me a shell of a phone and a $600 problem. I have to now buy another phone while still under contract with this phone! Do not go to this place! They won’t return my calls and hangs up on me! They clearly are in the business of taking advantage of people!Update: anyone whoever took your phone to this place check your credit! I have been getting fraud alerts since I picked up my phone from people trying to get my information. Someone even called my bank trying to get my account information!

Went in here with a iPhone 7S that I needed the screen replaced...everything was fine with the phone aside from a cracked screen when I brought it here. Now my home button does not work properly. The owner told me that the home button was broken when I brought it in-- this is not the case.You might get lucky and save a few dollars for a screen repair....but reading other reviews it sounds like youll end up spending much more to have additional features of your phone fixed elsewhere after this guy breaks it.

Owner is nice and prices are fair. My only complaint was that upon picking up my device my power button didnt work. It worked before I brought it in. Im not going to assume he did anything to ruin it but it is an odd coincidence it didnt work when I left. When I asked him about it he said he didnt so anything and denied it after I had to pay someone else to look at it. Do not get your phone repaired here.

This review is only for the Madison Avenue location. I went to this place because it had relatively good reviews and I didnt have a lot of money to spend. We went in to get a cracked screen fixed. We got home with a new a screen, but a broken speaker. (Unable to make phone calls unless on speaker, and thats not convenient.) We took it back because there was a 60 day guarantee. The screen was replaced again, but the home button was broken (couldnt click it) and the speaker was still broken. We were told to bring it back in a week and they would replace our speaker (for a fee!!) and they would fix the home button that was supposedly melted on the inside due to heat. Apparently the 60 guarantee is only good for the work they did, and not for the work they caused. We took it somewhere else and was told when a screen is repaired - the speaker and home button is all included in the new piece. There was no explainable reason why these two should have been malfunctioning with a new screen. Very upset on my wasted money. The owner of the Lorain Ave. location offered to make it right (and he didnt have to), but I have moved on.

I brought my daughter’s 6S iPhone in today. The screen was totally messed up. Shattered with pieces of glass missing. They had it fixed in 20 minutes, put on the screen protector I provided and out the door for $65 + tax. The guys are friendly, especially Chandra, the store is clean and it’s a great location. I highly recommend this store!

I brought in a Nexus 5X for a replacement of a cracked screen. When the screen was replaced, the proximity sensor was broken, so the phone always thought it was right up against your ear, meaning the screen would go dark as soon as you started a call (so you couldnt hang up, use speakerphone, etc). The subsequent repair of the proximity sensor failed. I would have provided a five-star review if I was offered a straight up refund with no strings attached. These phones are fickle, and they gave a fair effort, and Id be leaving just as I had arrived- with a phone that sort of worked but had another issue. However, they insisted that the only way I was getting a refund was if they kept the screen they had installed. Of course they had thrown out the old screen, so they took apart the phone and handed me the screen-less remnants in a zip-lock bag. So I left in a substantially worse position than I had arrived- with parts of a phone that were basically worthless. You probably have a Galaxy S and your repair will go entirely fine and youll save a lot of money (their estimate was almost half of another shop). But, if something goes wrong during the repair, dont expect them to make it right- you might be leaving with a baggie full of plastic, screws, and silicon.

The work that was done on my phone was excellent. I cracked (destroyed) the glass back on my LG V30+. Their installation of a part I bought on ebay for $11 saved me from paying a $275 deductible. I emailed ahead and got a written quote, which turned out to be wise.

NEVER AGAIN!Its very clear that about 90% of these reviews are from friends or family of the owner. I see now that several of the negative reviews were with validation.I had brought my phone in on Sunday with a shattered screen. They were able to fix it with what appeared to be in tact and I was told I had a 90 day warranty. Great right? Well.. fast forward THE NEXT DAY Im literally just sending a text on my phone and the entire right side starts cracking. Clearly, the screen they had put on was faulty because I had not even had my phone for more than 24 hours and without any sort of physical harm it cracked. I went in to speak to the technician and he tells me he can fix it for another additional cost, accuses me of dropping it after explaining what happened and I believe the screen was faulty and continues to insist that I must have dropped my phone. Its a real shame that I even have to write a review such as this because I try to give to small businesses, but this experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I was insulted, promised something that they would not provide and more than anything felt as though the entire operation is a scam to get more money from customers. Its like they do a half ass job so you have to come back and pay more. You think youre getting a deal and then the product they use is garbage. My attempt to give to a small business opposed to going to an Apple Store was a fail. At least Apple stands behind their product and you dont have to worry about being scammed. Im assuming Ill recieve a reply from the businesss owner and that is fine. If this review in any way can help others not get scammed then I hope it helps improve the way you guys run your business.

Quick and easy! Took ten minutes to fix a jacked up screen for half of what it costs to replace with Apple. Do yourself a favor and go here instead of the draining ordeal that is the Apple store nonsense.

Avoid this business whatever you do. Complete rip-off. Charged me $55.00 for a $7.00 used battery that he then said he couldnt replace. Also damaged screws on phone, so couldnt be repaired elsewhere either. Does not keep posted hours and doesnt return calls and texts. This one star is a much higher rating then he deserves.

GetPhoneBroke is more like it. Brought in a fully functioning iPhone with cracked screen and was given back a non-functioning iPhone with a new screen. When I asked him to fix what he had broken, he told me to send my husband to deal with him, refused to speak to me further, and yelled at me to leave his shop.

Update as of April 5, 2017:Dear customers, please, make sure you do not pay cash in this store, and always use credit or debit card from US bank. Here is why - we filed a credit card dispute against this merchant today, who first sold us defective product for $21.40, apparently it is OK in his book to sell items that do not work, and later he refused to take it back and reimburse the money.Fortunately for us, we are in America, there appropriate ways to get the money back. We also have a right to post a review, as this individual sold this product knowing in advance that product did not work. To make sure it goes on a record we will be also filing consumer notice with Ohio State of Attorney, as he refuses to follow fair consumer practices.To clarify the matter, as he attempted to state that we never contacted the store, it is inaccurate. We went to the store 2 times, it was closed both times. On a third time, when my husband went to the store by himself, the guy had a fit, bullying him and refusing to give money demanding we would remove this review.At this point, I will make sure my husbands leaves his review describing his experience in this store, which is nothing short of defrauding people.It is very simple, review describes true experience customer has had. Owner does not like it, too bad. Good advice, do not sell product that does not work and attempt to pocket peoples money.Old Review:Recently, we purchased a battery for them for my Galaxy Note S4. First, they lied on the phone and told me they had one in stock. When I stopped by, they sold me some old battery, stating they only had used one till new battery would be in stock. Used battery lasted total of 20 minutes after it was being charged for a long time. Chandra Gurung aka manager told me he would call me back, when new battery was in stock. As you may guess, it had never happened. We plan to stop by to return the used or rather to say permanently depleted battery that they sold me a week or so ago.
