Needed some replacement tab bases for our shades. Seems like a small item, but Pat gave it all of her attention until we got the replacement right. Really appreciate the extra effort on this and now my shades are just like new.

We have very large and high windows that we wanted to cover with motorized shades. I cant say enough about Bretz interiors. Our sales person was Pam and she was wonderful and had very helpful suggestions on the color choices we had to chose from. When ever I called they answered promptly which doesnt happen much anymore. Our home is in Tabernash Colorado so it was a long trip for them. Ed and Sue the installers were wonderful. The first time they came 2 of the motors wouldnt work and he felt bad he couldnt complete the project that day. Pam called the next week and said the motors were in and we scheduled for the next day. Pam, Ed, and Sue showed up and had to replace another motor. When they left everything was working perfectly and Pam downloaded the app on my phone and programed the blinds so I can control them using my smart phone. At one time we had Pam, Ed, and Sue all on ladders. Ed the installer was both professional and also had a good sense of humor. John and I feel we have 3 new friends and hope Ed and Sue will stop on their way up to Grand Lake in the future. We would gladly recommend Bretz Interiors to any of our friends. We called Bretz Interiors regarding a Hunter Douglas Window Covering for our kitchen patio door. Pam is who helped us and did a terrific job. The Customer service was outstanding and Bretz pricing is worth checking out. We ended up wanting to go with a 1 1/4 inch fabric but couldnt find the right color and texture. Were hoping Hunter Douglas will add more colors in the 1 1/4 in the Batiste and Leela collections. Please shop around youll be amazed at the difference in price for the same Hunter Douglas material and Bretz is very competitive.

We had an issue with Hunter Douglas blinds that were installed and bought through another Hunter Douglas retailer. The blinds were out of warranty. Bretz Interiors and Pat Fear took ownership as a Hunter Douglas dealer and stood behind the products. They were able to resolve our issues in a very satisfactory manner. I would highly recommend them for their integrity, product knowledge and the service they provided to us. When we replace our window coverings, they will be the first contact we make.

Bretz was extremely professional and friendly. We used them to purchase and install a significant amount of Luxury Vinyl Planking in our basement. Pricing was very fair, both material and labor. Pam was terrific to work with...met me on a Saturday to start the process. Pat and Pam arrived with samples and offered great suggestions during the selection of product. Bretz installed carpet in the basement of my rental property. They were so good about walking me through the different options and didnt pressure me at all. Very impressed with the entire process. Good customer service from initial contact through installation. The marmoleum was installed perfectly and the installer was very professional and patient with my family watching. Weve a 1920 bungalow with an irregular floor and lots to work around. The underlayment solved the irregularly and I was amazed at how well everything was cut around obstacles. The price was comparable to other places but the service and time from order to install much better. Id highly recommend!

Failure of 2 of 3 products purchased within less than a 3 year period leads me to believe that either I am unlucky with the product or the reviews of other reviewers are falsified. Regardless, it appears I need to fix them myself, using videos or pay $95 for Bretz Interiors to send a technician to look them over. It appears to cost more for them to repair them, or at least uninstall them, send them to Hunter Douglas, then reinstall them. Clearly I paid too much and expected too much of both Bretz and Hunter Douglas.

Great place with products for the home or office

We bought our Colorado home in 1993, twenty years ago. We bought our shades from Bretz Interiors, and Pat Fear helped us way back then. Over 20 years the shades have worn, and needed minor repairs. One phone call to Pat and she would arrange pickup, repair and re-installation. Both the products and the service are rare in quality. Bretz Interiors were there when we needed them. Our hot water heater burst and flooded the basement. Carpet ruined, plumber needed, insurance adjuster... Then one call to Bretz Interior and half my problem was solved.
