I brought my car here to have the windshield replaced. A day after the install, I noticed scratches on the hood and on the roof where they had taken off a satellite antenna. As you can see in the attached pictures, the scratches are large, deep, and the rest of the vehicles paint is in like-new condition.When I brought this to the attention of the manager, instead of caring, he immediately went to defensive mode and stated the hood is not our work area and we dont lay tools on it or around the car and the area of the scratch on the roof is way off of where we were working. But in fact, the scratch on the roof is EXACTLY where the antenna was.The manager promised me video of the time my car was in the bay. He said he emailed it but I never got it. Convenient excuse. He also said that he reviewed the video and couldnt see anything due to the sun glare. Also a convenient excuse.He did offer me half the cost of professional buffing. The only right solution to this is total cost of professional buffing, or a free windshield, because Innova scratched my car in two places with careless work.

This is a great place to get your windshield changed! They were reasonably priced, knowledgeable, and fast. My car was ready just a few hours after dropping it off. They also will go above and beyond to make sure your car looks great.

I will only come here for now on! As a young woman it is difficult to find an auto body shop that will respect you and not take advantage of you. We agree by phone to $650 to replace with original windshield. Before I even mentioned I hade insurance. Then he spoke with my insurance and called me back and said everything was figured out. So the appointment was set. When I arrive he said the insurance was only going to cover $648 and that the cost would be $1,058 and I would need to pay the difference.So I told him to go fly a kite.

Called and scheduled an appointment for Innova to come to my house to replace my car windshield. They texted me the day before my appointment to confirm and the morning of to let me know what time they would be there. Jesse, the owner, and one other guy showed up on-time. They replaced the windshield in like 30 minutes and were on their way. OEM glass and it looks as good as new. I also appreciated that they both wore masks when they got there even though we were all outside. Reasonable price too.

I have not even dropped the car off yet and the owner is being more than polite and making replacing this windshield a very pleasant experience, this a warranty job which always seem to be more painful than needed. It seem this type of work ethics and pride in business ownership is lost on many these days and I just want to start by saying how impressed I am with the treatment I have been given thus far. UPDATE: after getting things taken care of with my insurance so I would not have to paying out of pocket to get my car looked at. Today the dealership informed me that my camera was not install correctly and because of how the camera is installed I have to have my windshield replaced again so it can all be installed CORRECTLY. Also after reading Jesses response to my review I read some of the other 1 star reviews and not one does he apologies to his customers for having a bad experience or try’s to make it up to them in anyway. He blames the customer and takes no responsibility for any wrong doing he may have done. This place is a joke and I should have gone somewhere else the first time. Lesson learned and I hope when people read this review they will choose somewhere else so they do not have to have the most awful experience I have had.I wish we were able to give negative stars because this place doesn’t even deserve 1. Jesse is very unprofessional, rude and in my opinion has no idea what he is doing. My car went in to get a new windshield and my front camera had to be calibrated afterwards. When I left the first time my sensor/lane assistance was not working correctly. I made an appointment and took my car back. I was told that a clip was broken and all he had to do was fix it. When I left my calibration was so bad that while I was doing 65 on the highway and in the middle of the lane my assistance told me I was leaving my lane. When I went back I was told by Jesse. “I’ve done everything I can there is nothing more I can do go somewhere else or go to the dealership.” He did not charge my insurance for the collaboration but when you get hired to do a job you do it. If you can’t do the job don’t say you can. When I told my insurance company what happened they did not believe me. They called and spoke to him while I was on hold. They told me in the 30 plus years in the instance business they had never dealt with someone so arrogant, rude and unprofessional. Because this guy did not do the job he was hired to do I have waisted my time by going to his shop 3 different times, was on the phone for over an hour with my insurance company getting everything fixed so I don’t pay out of pocket and now I have to take my car somewhere else to get looked at. Please save yourself time, a headache and money and go anywhere else. This guy is scum and a weasel.

I called Innova and other highly rated auto glass companies. Innova had the lowest price and the quickest response on the phone. Theyre also very close to where I live and it made it easy for me. I wasnt disappointed. All of my interactions were with Jesse. He was professional, friendly and quick. Our new windshield looks great. I truly appreciate how Jesse handled everything and wish all companies worked this way. Hopefully we wont need a new windshield for a long time but if we do I will definitely go with Innova again.

Spoke with Jesse this morning about what I thought was a chip in my windshield. He explained that it was a bad scratch, but that it would not spread and that repairing it would only cause more damage and strongly recommended I do nothing. He could easily have said, sure, let me get on it and done an unnecessary repair. I appreciate his honesty and wanted to share this experience here.

I had them replace the front windshield of my truck a couple months back and recently they repaired a rock chip for me and both times they were timely and courteous. I appreciated them walking me through the process and answering any questions I had. I would definitely recommend them if you need any glass work done on your vehicle.

I emailed a bunch of different places to see who had the lowest price, since I dont have windshield replacement on my insurance and have to pay out of pocket for it. Innova was the first to respond and offered me an average price. In the email, though, Jesse said to look at Groupon and hed give me $100 off. What kind of business gives you a quote and instructs how to pay less in the same communique? So, I was impressed, and decided it would be worth the 45-minute, 30-mile drive, each way. Jesse came out to the car and inspected the windshield with me, and explained any issues he saw. I was almost uncomfortable with how thorough he was, because I figured he was doing all this to try to charge me more for some additional work! I was prepared to fight to get the great price he had quoted me. No need to fight, fortunately, as he honored his price. This is the third replacement on my car, and it is by far the best looking. I had no idea the molding could be so tight and streamlined. It was quick, too. The work was impeccable, the customer service was excellent. It really was worth the drive to have such a great experience. It seems a lot of companies dont fully grasp that repeat customers are valuable, but Innova truly treats you with respect and are up front about what to expect. Im a happy customer!

Had a windshield installed at a great price. Windshield started leaking from the inside. Called the shop and was told they would call me back in 15 minutes. After a week of not receiving a call back, I called them again. They sent someone to fix my windshield a few days later, after rescheduling their original appointment with me. The glue on the top of the windshield had drooped and was not in contact with the vehicle frame, allowing water into my vehicle. Instead of fixing this, the technician just glued my rubber molding to my vehicle and the windshield. There is glue on my paint and now Im worried that Ill need a new deflector/molding the next time I need a windshield.Great prices, shotty installation and serviceUpdate: all was fixed and Im very happy with my windshield. I would use Innova Auto Glass again without hesitation.

They showed up once with a piece with manufacturer defect and never came back despite repeated calls (logged calls) we never heard from them again. When he went to leave a review? Glass is glass, right? Maybe, but the service that Jesse provides in fantastic. You can tell he cares about every customer, his prices are fair, and hell go out of his way to make sure the job is done well. In my case, he met me on a weekend a few days after my windshield was installed to help repair a small chip that occurred after his installation, and which wasnt covered under warranty. He urged me to come in on the weekend instead of waiting until Monday because he wanted to look at it and make sure there wasnt a crack that would spread. I will recommend him to anyone looking for a windshield repair.

After the big hail storm of 17 my windshield was left pretty beat up. Innova was slammed with work, but they were able to get my car in and out very quickly considering the backlog of cars. The $100 off Spring Special was nice too!

These gentleman did a great job.My vehicle requires an unusually complicated windshield repair: upper and side mounding, etc. After high winds peeled said moundings, Innova devised a solution to hold them in place.After calling several repair shops, Innova was the only one to tell me that it would be difficult to repair my vehicles windshield remotely; that it would be better if they did it in shop. Thats consistent with the research I did.These guys are hustling to build their business. In doing so, they cant afford a negative review. To me, that means theyre going to do their best for every client. Thats the kind of place to trust and support.Secondarily, their quote was competitive. Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for.

They drove to my house to replace my window, and were very good with communication and timeliness!

Not happy with the guy that installed our windshield. He told me he was a contractor. Not a employee. Big mistake. The moldings came off and lost them moving back to Kansas city. There was also a water fall that caused damage to the head liner and caused my interior lights to flicker on and off. We took it to another shop. Ended up having to replace the glass again. and having the molding replaced from the dealer. They showed me were the tech broke the clips and tried to glue them down. Just Beware of their shotty work and contracted installers!!

Very bad experience! Had BMW X5 windshield exchanged, and automatic windshield wiper function never worked after that. When confronting owner, he send out his tech, who just wiggled the rear view mirror and said give it some more time. Needless to say, that was a waste of time. Owner came out himself, tried to fix it, without success. We agreed on me taking it to BMW directly, which I did, and they said that a very old 2007 aftermarket windshield was installed which would not work with the automatic windshield function. Owner said that a windshield is a windshield and it should not matter, completely ignoring the BMW assessment by professionals. Needless to say, 3 month later this is still not resolved, and owner is showing bad attitude and frustration with this self created problem. He is now trying to get a different company to take care of the problem he created. The above is a true outline of my experience with this company. Would not recommend this company.

Scheduled an appointment before the 4th of July and had them cancel it the day of because the windshield had defects in it. Rescheduled the appointment for the following Monday and then no one ever showed up or called. Called them and left several messages but have never heard back.

If I could give zero stars I would. I spoke to Jesse with Innova Auto Glass, and they told me that they would arrive the next day between 12 and 3. Then, I received a text saying that someone would arrive between 2 and 4. It is now 4:30 and no one has arrived for my service, and I when I click on my appointment link my service is marked as completed. That is obviously untrue, as there is still a huge crack in my windshield.

Jesse was great to work with, unbelievably good prices and did a great job, at a few hundred dollars cheaper than the other quotes I received for my F-150 windshield replacement. Ill be back for future glass needs.
