I called to get my windshield replaced when a chip (that I had already paid another company to repair) turned into a big crack across my line of view. They were able to fix it the same day! The turnaround for the other companies I contacted was 1-2 weeks. They can work with your insurance company too. I would much rather support a small business like this one than a big company! Needed a windshield replacement, and after calling several companies the Glass Rack had my windshield in shop! My appointment was scheduled, and windshield replaced all within a 48 hour period! Glass Rack agreed to come to my house for an estimate on November 16. I heard from them later that day that it was getting too late and could I reschedule for Monday, Nov 19. My window of time was 1-3. I was running a bit late so called around 10 am to say I would be back at the house by 1:30 and I was told that was fine, that he could take a later lunch and be at my house around 2. I waited until 4 with no one showing up to do the estimate. I left a message, as no one answered the phone. Never heard back. Not sure what happened. They were a Home Advisor recommendation. This is the second window repair/replace company that I found through Home Advisor, that totally dropped the ball. Not sure why that is. I would seriously give Glass Rack a second thought before scheduling them. I heard they did good work, and the front office was certainly professional and nice, but a no show should sound off an alarm. Especially with no returned phone call.

Garrett has done a number of windshield and mirror replacements for us and has been fantastic every time.

Called to get my windshield done, Garret was kind and fast to get this taken care of before winter comes. Pricing was fair and he came to my house in Gennessee.

They are horrible do not waste your time or money. They are rude and do not honor their service or warranties. They make appointments and do not keep them and do shotty work.

They dont provide the same service as All Glass did.
