Unfortunately I couldn’t even get service from Safelite they never answered their phone. I would prefer to speak to someone on the phone to get quoted the online system does not provide me enough answers for my questions and customer needs.The computer CANT replace the business they lost for not taking my call.
The guys at the store are great! No issues with them at all. In fact they were extremely helpful. However they are no longer doing repairs without an appointment and only 2 places in Denver to get repairs done now. My appointment was 2 weeks out so of course what could have been repaired turned into a crack that traveled several inches in just a couple of days so now my windshield needs to be replaced.
My technician John Henderson was outstanding. He went above and beyond to get the job done. From the start he made sure I knew exactly how long it would take and when he would be finished. Great technician would recommend him to anyone!

I had my windshield replaced, and the tech caused some light damage to my steering wheel, that was driving me crazy - it was right where I grip the steering wheel to drive. Chris, the manager resolved the issues within a couple hours. I am super happy with the repair and the windshield that was installed.
The actual service rendered it fine(I’ve had them repair a chip). When I called to see if they have a loyalty price since the chip they repaired eventually spread, you literally cannot get a human on the phone wo a number for a scheduled appointment. The chat system is antiquated: if you open other apps or another browser page, you loses your spot. If your phone goes to sleep, you lose your spot. If you call without an appointment, they offer a discount code and redirect you to the website to schedule. I know they don’t want to pay a receptionist, but the least they could do is get with the times and offer text messaging chat if you can’t reach a real person from the local shop.
Had a mobile tech show up and tell me it is company policy not to install a windshield on any vehicle showing any rust. This was after he called me hrs ahead of appointment to tell me he didnt think he would be able to do it because of rust. So I guess if you have a car less than 2 yrs old this might work for you but otherwise save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.

Guys went the extra mile to make sure the rust on my car didnt interfere with the windshield and put in some much appreciated elbow grease to get the job done. Will return again if disaster strikes

I just bought a brand new car and two days later I got a chip in my windshield. Fifteen minutes after it happened I arrived at Safelite and they were able to get me in and out in under 30 minutes. I picked up my car and the fist thing I noticed was my cowl was not installed properly. They came out and pulled it back into the shop where they tried to fix it. when they said they were done, the cowl was now very warped and trim was still loose. I was just told it was like that from the sun but I know how my car looked before this. I also noticed many new scratches all over my car which they told me was my fault. They said I taped the broken glass on the car. I can understand that on a flat surface like the trunk lid but not the quarter panel and bumper. On the interior they got my headliner dirty and left a ton of broken glass all over the inside. This is the first and last time I will ever use safelite!

I delayed replacing my cracked windshield because my truck used to belong to my dad (I have been driving it since he died) and his old Army stickers were on the windshield. He was a retired command sergeant major and the stickers were how he accessed the Army base for work, so they had sentimental value to me. I knew there was probably no way to save the stickers, but I told Jordan (I believe hes the manager) the story and he said they would try their best. He went out of his way to make sure that section of the windshield was preserved and even taped off the edges so I wouldnt cut myself. The new windshield is perfect but its the thoughtfulness that stood out to me. Ill never go anywhere else for glass repair.
Safelite AutoGlassWaited all day for them to come out. Scheduled appointment. No phone call they never showed. FIVE HOURS...tell you to leave your keys on the dash. Rather then get my car stolen, Stayed outside....no call technician got off early and blew me offContinued... they show up today and installed the wrong window and said nothing. Ordered a shade band. They could see on on the car there was a band when they took it off. Now they want to give me another 5 hour window to wait. Can they at least get something right...oh and they left tools in my car on the foor.

Got my windshield through my insurance.I never received a confirmation email on the total from my email, nor from safelite.Got a call before the guy was headed my way.When the guy was done, he send a pre authorized receipt and then the final receipt.$500 and no one let me know! I think this is a shame. The tech guy even told me he messed up and it was the companies fault.Called the manger and he seemed like he couldn’t help, even though he was agreeing that the tech didn’t do the right field requirements.If I were you I would look into something else or another company. And from the looks of it I’m not the only one this happen to

Kudos for service I DIDNT get!! I thought I had a chip that needed sealing in my windshield. The tech came out and looked at it and said it was so small that it didnt needed fixing and was very unlikely to spread. I wouldnt have known better, so its wonderful to have a company tell me when I dont need their services! Thats honesty! Have used Safelite here and in Arizona and wouldnt go anyplace else!

I drive quite a bit and have had several windshields replaced. This Safelite is by far the best from their quality of work to their incredible customer service.The manager or lead technician (Jeremy I think) is an outstanding employee. I had my windshield replaced by them a few months back. They were able to accommodate my schedule and did a great job communicating throughout the whole process.Today I received a chip in my new windshield from a rock. Ive reviewed these guys before, not sure it shows but they did a great job on my 03 Corvette with the special HUD capable windshield a couple years ago. Still looks great, perfect job. Its expensive and I thought about who should do the work.So now our Audi Q3 was way overdue, theres lot of rocks that blow up in our area, we had two cracks and a ton of pitting from the nearby Martin Marietta gravel pit and their trucks.Made the appt, took about a one week lead time but they came to the house to do the install at no extra cost. Mike was on time, super good guy, got right to work and did a beautiful job.Very cool to watch the process, they have some very trick suction cup tools that mount to the car to help remove then reinstall the new glass.Great job, looks like a new car.

I have had several windshields replaced by Safelite and they only last a couple years :( not a great value.in trying to get a quote on price, i can not reach anyone by phone and there is no contact information given. their message states to place an appointment via website. i want a quote - not an appointment at this time.this is very unprofessional, and i will take my business to someone that answers the phones.this being an ESSENTIAL business, SHOULD have someone who is able to answer the telephone and questions.very disappointed.

DO NOT GO HERE. They will steal your money.I brought my car here in November to have a crack in the windshield fixed. The crack was about the size of a dime and I pointed it out to the technician when I arrived. He told me that they could fix it. They told me that when they were finished, you would still be able to see the crack, just now it would be sealed up. When they returned my car, I saw that the crack was still visible and was under the impression that it was sealed. They told me that if the crack expanded at any point, the money that I spent on the repair would go towards a new windshield. I left on that day a happy customer.Fast forward 1 month and that same crack has expanded across the entire windshield. I make an appointment with the shop to have the windshield replaced, and call the shop ahead of time to make sure that the money I spent on the repair will go towards the new windshield. I show up for my appointment and the technician refuses to credit the $150 I spent on the repair towards my windshield replacement. He claims that the original crack has never been sealed by them, and that when I brought the car in during November they filled a different crack (he points to a mark on my windshield that is about the size of 1 grain of sand). I said Sir, I dont even know what you are pointing at, but when I brought my car in a month ago this was the obvious crack that I pointed out to have sealed, and you agreed that you could do it. Now its expanded and I want the full windshield replacement with my repair credit ....... Long story short he wouldnt credit the money that I spent towards the repair and I have no other way of proving to him that when I came in during November I requested to have the dime sized crack sealed and not some tiny dot on the windshield that I didnt even know existed. I will be taking my car somewhere else. Scumbags. Fair warning to all.

I had my rear passenger window replaced by Safelite and overall the service was fine. However, I went to open my door the next day and wasnt able to from the inside or outside. I called Safelite and the soonest they could schedule an appointment was a week later. Apparently they had no idea what happened and couldnt fix it. I was told to take my car to an auto body shop to get it fixed and Safelite would reimburse me for the cost. I called the mechanic that Safelite referred me to three times and was reassured everything would be taken care of. Still havent heard back from either party and my door is still broken.

Safelite is terrible. I went in for a tiny chip in my windshield so they could fix it to prevent it from turning into a crack. One month later once it gets warm out the chip turned into a massive crack in my windshield and they said their warranty will refund the chip but there is nothing to do about the windshield. So Im stuck with a $500 windshield repair. Terrible service. Go somewhere else.
My husband and I had our windshield replaced and noticed a leak after a rainy day (2 days after the replacement). After looking for the leak my husband realized that Safelite didn’t place the trim around the windshield following the replacement. He called for repair, was placed on hold for 20 minutes and finally connected to the store that did the work. He was told that this is a warranty issue and the earliest that it could be addressed would be in 6 days, no exceptions. Very poor work and customer service!
C5 03 Corvette, they patched a small rock chip for me a couple years ago, finally took a big hit that cracked the glass and returned today for the replacement. Great job, its fussy on these cars and they took the time to do the job right. Jeremy the mgr is terrific, they have a professional young staff and a super clean nice facility to relax in if you need to wait. Thanks guys, great job!
Windshield looks good. Took 1.5 hours. My wife visited the location a few days prior to me and was given discounts at the counter. Me, a man, was not given any discounts. So I guess if you are a pretty girl you should go here and save some money 🤷♂️...probably wont be using Safelight next time around.

I had an appointment to go to the shop on a day that ended up being really snowy. I called the number provided and the representative told me that the snow wouldn’t affect my appointment. I didn’t get any emails or texts about the snow closing the shop but when I got there, the place was dark and locked. I really wish they had let me know. I found that extremely uncourteous and unprofessional.
There is no one to speak with and their online site does not have the answers I am looking for, its an absolute joke you cant get someone on the phone.
I made an appointment to get my glass repaired. When I arrived a gentleman came out and asked if he could see what the damage was. After assessing what could have cost me $99 dollars, the associate told me that I didn’t Need to worry about it. He said the damage was minimal and that it should never cause me any trouble. I was very shocked. This gentleman could have still serviced my car and made $100 but he decided to be honest and help a person out. I’m the type of person that doesn’t know much about glass repair and would have still paid for the service not knowing that it wasn’t necessary. I have had horrible experiences with maintenance shops taking advantage of others for a buck and it was very surprising to see such great costumer service. Because of this I feel I can trust bringing my car to this location. If only I caught the gentleman’s name. I highly recommend this Safelite.

Setup appointment through Allstate insurance, scheduled for 1pm. I was starting the car to head down from the mountains where I live and found out the pass was closed due to an overturned semi. Called in and had my appointment rescheduled for 3pm. Arrived at 2:30 after driving an alternate route and apparently there was a mix up when I rescheduled and it went to a different location. Jordan was extremely helpful and awesome. He didnt skip a beat and was very sympathetic to an already frustrating afternoon. He told me it was no problem and they would get me in right then. Him and the whole team jumped right on my car and had it done in 20 minutes!!! I couldnt believe it. Highly recommend these guys, they definitely tuned my day around and have made a return customer.

I bought a used car from a dealer that replaced the windshield but neglected to make sure the molding around it was secure. After a few months, it was apparent I needed to get it looked at. These guys jumped right on it and did it for free! Ill definitely be coming back when its time to replace my windshield.

Booked a windshield replacement through insurance only to show up and be told they cannot fix the windshield as described. They had over a week to discover this was the case. Cannot get a hold of anyone on the phone or through email. Automated message received the day before said everything was all set, obviously no one really checks the next days work.
I replaced my windshield and installed new front and back wiper blades. I tried to bring my car in, thinking I could get the earliest appointment that way. In store or through an online appointment, the earliest appointment was next week. I called safelite and they found an earlier mobile appointment that did not appear through scheduling online.The safelite van came to the parking lot in front of my apartment building. I worked with Henry who called the day of to confirm and iron out parking details. He was super helpful and friendly. He answered all my questions, no problem. It took him less than an hour to finish. It was really quick and convenient. They helped with my insurance and there was no additional fee for having them come to me rather than going in-store.

Make sure to take a picture of the damage both before and after any repairs that this place makes. Otherwise they will claim that a failed repair is actually a new chip that just happened to occur in the exact same location. In my case their repair lasted just over two weeks before extending over half of the windshield.
Jordan is the worst manager of all time. He will call and threaten/ harass you for their mistake making you feel like it’s your fault. Customer service is a joke too. They just try to play detective and they don’t actually listen to you. Do not get service with Safelite, you are better off going to your cars dealership. These people are terrible.

Set up appointment through Liberty Mutual. They started my car on time, and were finished within the 1.5 hour timeframe promised. The parking and road access at this location (Wadsworth and 1st) is a bit awkward, I ended up having to park in the gravel lot next to the shop because all of the spots were taken.
I went there once. They exceeded my expectations. The free can of glass cleaner on the way out is a nice touch. Plus I like the fully enclosed building they use. This makes weather a non-issue.
Always quick and friendly service took care of a chip in 30mins, if I didnt have comprehensive coverage the out of pocket would have only been $138.00, which is still very reasonable.

Ive been to this location multiple times never having a good experience the management is very poor They refuse to file an insurance claim for a customer forcing the customer to pre file the claim with their insurance in order to get an appointment to get work done when most safe light locations will do this for The 2nd time I was in this location they did a poor job installing the rear glass on my vehicle pinching a wire to the rear Defrost in the trim causing the wire to melt damage the trim and the wire forcing me to have to repair this on my own claiming it wasnt their fault
I had an appointment at 11am to replace my front windshield. I got there and Kim was the receptionist there. I was informed it could take up to 3 hours, but maybe sooner. I left my keys and went to the Starbucks nearby and then walked to Belmar shopping center. After 3 hours of wandering I returned to the shop only to see my truck still parked in the same spot with the same cracks on the front windshield, which I was replacing. I went in and asked for an update. I was told my part was damaged and they were waiting for the delivery truck with the new part but they never called me to tell me this. Kim was very very apologetic but this did not help. The office does not have a telephone number but Kim gave me her number which I think may have been a company phone anyway. I said I would call in an hour to check. I went to the nearby chilis and had lunch. Long story short it was done at 3:50pm. Almost 5 hours later, totally ridiculous !!

Good luck trying to talk to a real person on the phone. Their focus on automated scheduling is very frustrating when your windshield has been shattered and needs replaced right away. I ended up going to another shop who did quality work for $150 less than safelites quote.
I had Hans come to me to do my windshield he called first thing in the morning to confirm then called later when he was on his way he arrived on time. Very curtious and professional. Hope to use him again soon on a couple other windshield s. I will call Safelite again.
I had the windshield in my 95 Mazda Protege replaced on March 9th, 2017. It didnt even last two months. The front windshield on the drivers side is cracked really bad from the latest hail storm about a week and a half ago. I was hoping the national lifetime warranty Safelite offers would cover it as 1) I cant afford anything more than liability insurance on my car right now, and 2) thier windshield didnt even last me two months! I tried to call the first few days after the storm to talk to someone but could not get through. I finally got through to someone today and was told that the hail damage was not covered under the warranty and I would have to pay out of pocket for the replacement. The first time I got the windshield replaced, it was $265.87. Tonight when I went to schedule the appointment for the replacement, it was almost $300! Im on a very tight budget at this time and I really need my windshield replaced but there is no way I can afford $300. What I really want to know is why did the the price go up $30 when I asked for the same services I paid for in March and why wont the warranty cover hail damage when it should. Very disappointed in Safelite.
Do not choose this shop! I had to bring my car in 3 times at which point the window was still not put in correctly. I was given attitude by the worker & was told that even with the window being put in wrong that it was the best that could be done. Not true! After going to another shop my window was put on correctly in 30 minutes with no problems. The workers here are lazy & rude. Requested a good faith reimbursement of service from the corporate office & the shop itself but I was denied. Do not use this company if you think you are going to get great service & the safety of a big company to protect you when things go wrong. I wasted over a week of my life trying to get this window repaired thanks to Safelite.
Called for a windshield chip repair and made an appointment. My full-coverage insurance covers chip repairs at no cost. When I showed up for my appointment, they said it would cost $55.00 out of pocket because that was the amount my insurance wouldnt cover. BS! Total scam!
Horrible in every way. They rescheduled on their own twice, The day we thought they would come (somewhere from 11am-6pm, waited all day) they never showed up or did anything to tell why or to reschedule, they just lied saying in an email that the technician called but Noone answered (LIE!!!). I have a phone from the future that features a call log. They did nothing they promised or anything their ads say and waiting for them has cost me days of time and if I didnt have someone to drive me it may even effect my work. Im going somewhere else, dont bother with this place.

On January 29th, I walked into Safelite Autoglass on Wadsworth. At first there was no one in the lobby and I had to make my way to the shop to find someone to assist me. I was in for a very minor crack in my windshield caused by a rock another motorist had accidentally kicked up earlier that day, I was trying to get the issue resolved promptly so the crack would not spread as I do live in a cold weather state. The man assisting me said that the repair would either be $115 or my insurance would have to cover it, he also said there were no appointments available. He recommended I leave and call my insurance provider. I left and called my insurance claims agent and she informed me she could set me up with an appointment at the exact Safelite I had just left, for 4 pm. I walked back into the Safelite location and informed the man that was assisting me earlier that my claims agent had set me up with an appointment, which he was visibly unhappy about, he even stated, I dont know how thats possible with 4 other appointments on the books. 15 minutes later the tech attempted to pull my car into the garage bay, but was unable to so I assisted. 20 minutes later I was told the work was done and that the crack repaired well. Fast forward to Friday, February the 9th, I was driving home and had the windows on medium defrost as it was about 20 degrees outside. With no warning the crack that I was told had been repaired burst out in two directions from the initial impact site. Now I have a large (about 3 feet in width) crack across my windshield that I have been told will be covered by neither my insurance or Safelite, and that I will have to replace out of my own pocket. I am very dissatisfied with this entire process from start to finish. I hope others read this review and find a more reputable place to have their windshields repaired. No accountability for work, moody and vengeful employees, underhanded sales tactics along with an overall poor quality of work is the reasoning behind my review and rating.

Went to see how much they would charge me to do a small chip repair and they told me 120$. Only reason I went there was because its closer then where I usually go which is techna auto glass. I felt like telling them you have to be out your dam mind. I dont know how they sleep at night. I am in no way affiliated with techna auto glass but they charge 30 dollars for chip repair and if you pay 50 bucks they will do a lifetime chip repair on the same car as long as you have the car. I work for uber and Im always on the road so its a good idea if you drivers know what Im talking about. Safelite is a rip off I will never go there ever again.
4:30p, door locked, employees shutting down lights. 5pm close? Nope. Empoyee smiles and says We closed.

Y’all know I’m gonna be thorough if it’s a vehicle service place review.I’ll divide this into 2 parts—the 1st regarding this location in particular, and the 2nd regarding Safelite as a whole.Don’t expect a sight for the eyes when you walk into this one on Wadsworth Boulevard. Stains on the uneven floors, personal awkwardly mixed with corporate-provided decor, a couple worn chairs, coffee/water, a disappointingly empty mini fridge (why am I always hungry in waiting rooms?), and at least a convenient glass door into the three-car garage through which you can see your vehicle being worked on by the pros. I arrived for an entire windshield replacement with OEM glass after a foot-long crack developed somewhat randomly, and while the receptionist was on the phone, he got to me as soon as possible, even asking if there were any stickers I wanted preserved! I believe this shop follows the Safelite procedures manifested throughout the country... Although I didn’t watch the tech closely, I did notice him cleaning the weather seal, demonstrative of attention to detail. Terry, my repairman, even took care to reroute my hardwired dashcam wire just as he found it, since it was tucked between the windshield and headliner. I mean, who does that? I am highly impressed with the result following their completion. It’s impeccably done by professionals with high standards.With Safelite AutoGlass as a whole, the process was a tad bit frustrating, excluding this store. Overall I waited close to 3 weeks even though I filed the claim with my insurance immediately after the damage formed. When I requested factory replacement glass, my USAA Safelite rep’s tone changed, and he began reading a bunch of his prewritten scripts off in an attempt to deter my preference. What else would they replace a windshield with?! He wouldn’t reveal the answer, denying otherwise, though it did seem like more trouble for them. So my theory is that by default, this company would replace entire glass pieces with those from a third party, and fill in any cracks smaller than a dollar bill. Listen, I’m all about aftermarket—except when I don’t know what the heck is being put on. Is their glass quality? Or is it going to crack in a few months? Hard to guess such things, nonetheless they had to get the part shipped in, presumably from a dealership, which took some time. Notwithstanding, I was still scheduled for an appointment in a few days with another location, who failed to call me when the part hadn’t arrived yet. In the end, I had to really reason with an agent to get me squeeze me into a schedule, somewhere, soon. I’m still glad they did.

Had windshield replaced, not only was Safelite very fast and courteous, they were also happy to work with me to make sure that all of the right steps were followed with my insurance company so as to avoid a penalty on my insurance.
Had a full windshield replacement. They were professional, neat and there are no issues with the repair 2 weeks later. Will go back in the future.
