Fantastic experience! Not only did Sherman return my call just a few minutes after I called he was able to come out and fix my windshield within 15 minutes of hanging up the phone! I didnt call until late afternoon thinking it was too late for a same day service but I was pleasantly surprised. Very nice guy and quite knowledgeable about windshields. Told me what he was going to do and was finished in roughly 15 minutes! Also gave me a tip for the next time I get a chip in my windshield. Will definitely be coming back.

Ok, first of all I called @ 15 different glass shops, none of them had the courtesy or the professionalism to even answer the phone. as a business owner in the trades I know that there is nothing more frustrating than calling businesses on a week day and getting no one. I also know that people may have plenty of work but not having someone to answer the business line says alot about how you view your prospective clients. just another Joe smoe! not so with Sherman, not only was he busy on a job but he took the time to answer, take down my name, answer my questions and promised me to call me back. then he not only called me back but within an hour he drove over 15 minutes to meet me, look at my windshield and repaired it, partially in the rain...all in the same day because I drove in from the mountains where my windshield was damaged on 70. then to top it all off I paid his bill in cash but was short 5 dollars like a smuck but he told me not to worry about it.Its been a while since Ive dealt with anyone of his caliber, a master of his craft who still has the good old days personality and attention to customer service as he did. and honestly his prices in my opinion were too low compared to others. He is a gem in the blue collar industry and definitely an example worthy of imitation to all of those young guys out there. Thank you sir!

Sherman is awesome! Came over right when he said he would and went to work on two different windshield chips on my new/ used Lexus where the dealer wants over a $1000 just for the glass so the fact that Sherman fixed both chips, one that was old and dirty and required him to spend extra time on, he charged me less than any other glass shop would have charged for just one chip. Give them a call and be amazed!!

Just had a small chip in my windshield repaired by Sherman. He was easy to contact and fixed it same day within 20 minutes, even though it was 20mph wind and so cold. He was polite, and told me everything he was doing to the window and why as he did it. You cant even tell there is a chip now and his price was very fair! I hope to not have to get more repairs to my windshield but if I do, hell be the guy I call. Completely recommend Sherman and his glass business!
