I called another auto glass company for my 2009 Nissan Rogue. I was quoted $361 (I’m paying for this out of pocket and not using insurance).I found SLP online while searching, read the reviews and called. I was quoted $210+tax (I was $225 all in)They offered a next day appointment at 11. I arrived a few minutes early. I was checked in on time and told it would be about an hour and a half.My car was delivered to me exactly on time. I was given care instructions along with their guarantee.I would highly recommend these guys. They are the real deal.

Great service, Jordan was quite knowledgeable and honest about what needed to get done, we took our Toyota RAV4 2017 with two chipped on the windshield, we just replaced the all think at the end instead of just fixing it. I called Safelite and a few other places, who quoted me around $700 to fix my windshield. SLP quoted me half that and were able to see me the next day! Also the process took 30 minutes total. Incredible customer service experience. Hopefully won’t have to come back but if I do, they are who I will come to.

Been going here for years, I originally visited them before they had this shop, when they were off federal. Ive had 5 or 6 different vehicles here to replace windshields bc theyre the best priced and quickest. Support local businesses!

I will not be back. I took my car in to SLP to get a chip repaired and it was horribly botched. The tech also managed to chip the INSIDE pane of my windshield and the finished product looks terrible. The photo shows the chip after the repair.I took my car to a couple other glass shops in the area and they said that this had obviously been botched by an inexperienced technician. I went back to SLP to ask them what happened and give them a chance to make it right. The manager told me that this was a perfectly acceptable repair job and that they stood behind this work. Is this the quality you are looking for from an auto glass shop? I would not recommend SLP to anyone for any service.

We went for a walk while we waited with our 2 little girls and the guy that helped us was really nice. We drove 40 minutes but it was worth it. Great price and great service!

I had an issue with the sunroof on my 2013 Ford Raptor. I dont really use the sunroof, but when I drive over a certain speed, the sunroof would partially pop open and shake and make a lot of noise.Originally, I was going to replace the whole track, but Dee recommended that I bring the truck in so they could take a look. I told the lead tech, Jordan, (who literally met me at my car because they knew I was coming in) that I didnt really use it so Id be fine if they just glued it shut.He came back no less than 10 minutes later while I was sitting in the waiting room and said it was done. He said he made some adjustments, added a spacer so that the sunroof wouldnt pop open anymore. If in the future, I did want to fix it, I could still do it since we hadnt glued it shut.And to top it all off, they didnt charge me for it !!! I gave him a big tip, since I was prepared to spend some money to fix it.Great service, incredibly honest, and a locally owned, family company. What more can you ask for? Highly, highly recommended. I know exactly where Im coming if I ever need any type of auto glass repair in the future.

Call another company...and then call this one!!! The price point is crazy. I hope I dont need them soon, but Ill only go through them from here on out. Professional, friendly and they come to you. It might have taken 35 minutes total!!! You wont be disappointed.

Very unsatisfied. Poor workmanship and work ethic. Installed new windshield poorly with multiple mistakes and missing parts that were there when I brought it in. After I complained, the owner offered to reinstall it correctly the next day. Next day the install manager argued with me that he was not redoing it and my issues were unfixable because my car is older, hes the manager and thats how it is.. After calling the owner, the manager finally did the reinstall and returned my car with the exact same mistakes plus new ones including scratching my paint in two areas (hidden under excessive tape!) Its a classic and I dont appreciate it returned with damage, pieces missing, installed incorrectly, being argued with and undermined that my car is old and wont be done right when Im a paying customer! Im afraid to take it back again for what may happen next.

I had my vehicle in for a sliding back glass and the price was so good that I had them install a windshield also. It was all done for at least half of what I had been quoted at other shops. I called several places and these guys had the best offer for windshield replacement. They even did mobile service - came to my house for the work - for an extra $16. The repairman came during the 2 hour call window, even gave me a call ahead of time to confirm. He was friendly and efficiently completed the job. I had a great experience with SLP Auto Glass. A rock broke through my sunroof glass so I needed it replaced pretty quickly. Dee at SLP promptly found/ordered a replacement glass so I could get it taken care of asap. For installation, she kindly worked with my schedule so I could get the glass installed and still pick up my son in time from school. I am so grateful for that. Staff is friendly and professional. It was a pleasure working with this business!

Dont waste your time, unprofessional. I called in to request a windshield and they said it would ship from Salt Lake City and that they had placed the order. However, no one let me know that the part was on back-order for possibly a month so I wasted 6 days waiting for the part. Also, youd think if they didnt have the part the day of your repair they would call you rather than waste your time to tell you in person. After speaking with customer service all it was a bunch of finger pointing. I spoke with two other companies and they knew of this back order problem immediately.

Came here for a windshield replacement because they have a good reviews and low quote. They didnt installed it properly and i had to come back 3 times (got $50 refund for inconvenient. They said Im missing a clip molding on my trim, so I went to Nissan dealership who told me that this is just 1 clip and theres nothing missing. They told me that they didnt resealed it properly and put too much glue in it.

I recently had a rock crack my windshield so I called a few places for a quote. By far SLP Auto Glass had the best price. They were able to get me in without an appointment and got it done quickly. Dees customer service was/is exceptional! I was so satisfied with their work, pricing and customer service that I brought my girlfriends car in the next day.

John and the folks here really took care of my wifes car, beating the next windshield replacement quote by $250 (before taxes.) Because the price was so low we spontaneously decided to get the vehicle tinted, too - John was very knowledgeable about the legalities and provided another great quote. We decided to do both and they got it done same day. I would recommend this spot for windows or tint in a heartbeat, great experience at a great price.

I showed up late because I went to the wrong shop and they still serviced my car. Not only did they fix my shattered rear and side window in less than an hour, but Jorden was also able to fix the broken wiper motor FOR FREE that otherwise wouldve cost me $500! I am from out of town and was hiding in the mountains on Vacation. I was having some fun with the jeep down in Slaughterhouse Gulch when someone in an ATV kicked up a sharp rock that ruined the windshield. Not so fun anymore. The whole process of getting my windshield replaced was super easy and straightforward. The price they quoted me was the price I paid and although they received the wrong glass for my car, they were able to find a solution quickly and still get the job done within the predicted time frame. Service was great but they put my windshield wipers on backwards. They put the right one on the left and the left one on the right. I had to pay extra to get that simple mistake fixed.

They left one of my windshield parts broken and didn’t tell me. Now 1 year later my car is leaking from the roof! Dealership told me they broke it.

Overall good, fast and friendly, lady at the front desk was friendly & welcoming. They gave me a good quote cheaper then my local glass replacement I made a one hour drive from the mountains it was worth it but on my way home my rear view mirror did fall off the windshield when I tried to adjust but I went back and they adjusted it. However there are NO public health precautions no mask usage amongst any of the employees, no glass protector at front desk nor signage on public health precautions or hand sanitizer for customers only precaution they take is no waiting room which is appreciated. Overall recommend I would go again.

Cheap price and not worth it. Repair guy was friendly and fast but broke the A pillars on both sides of my car. Was not offered a discount, or to have them replace the pieces which are now held together with duct tape and I now have to pay out of pocket to have them replaced. Excuse I was given was the Pillars were old. Doesn’t excuse breaking something and not making it right. All they offered to do was call a dealership and see about maybe getting a cheaper price then id get online to buy the parts myself. Not sure why you’d want to go to a repair shop that actually causes damage and washes their hands clean of it with you having to pay to fix their mistake. 1/5 would not use ever again. Terrible customer service practices and business practices.

There guys were great, I would recommend them to anyone. They quoted me $100 less then the best deals I could find. The receptionist was extremely helpful seems like she does everything thing at once, but she does a great job at it. Super friendly and nice atmosphere, the technicians even checked with me before they went ahead and did extra work. I would ignore the negative reviews, they were great!

Do not go here. They will break parts off your car to put the windshield on and wont do anything to replace the broken parts. Theyll shrug their shoulders and tell you its your problem.I have previously called about this issue with SLP and brought it back in to show the damage, thats when I got the shrug off.

Would highly recommend SLP. D was great to work with and got me in day of. They were about 150 less than other quotes I had received. Chad and Sammy did a great job on the installation. Took about an hour and a half start to finish.

Drove over 45 minutes to get over there and after 20 minutes their technician stated that he could not replace the windshield without destroying a body panel because the previous people to replace the windshield and glued the panel in place they in fact did not, the technician was inexperienced and did not know about the screws hidden below the access panel.

Wonderful shop with the friendliest staff always prompt and ensuring that customers are taken care of and being given the most up to date information when needed.Also good to their words as they quoted us a fair price before realizing the nightmare they were about to beheld.be held. Long story short a normal glass repair is like an hour or two at most and this was an semi all day affair. Granted while we were promptly notified and promised it would be soon, it did get a little tiresome. Again I blame more not realizing the extent of the horror they were about to behold.
