Amazing! They arrived earlier than expected and got the job done in about 30 minutes. The price was more than reasonable and they were very kind and professional!Other places I called quoted me 3x the price and didn’t have time available for over two weeks. EAG auto glass completely saved the day!

All seemed well and good until our appointment, inconveniently the wrong window was brought to the appointment a reschedule was requested. Since this meant that the time I spent looking for a providor and choosing Eag, blocking out the time for the appointment and showing up on time to the agreed location would now be doubled, when Eag showed up 40 minutes late I decided not to reschedule this appointment but to finds a new providor. Not having a functional wiindsheild is inconvenient and debilitating enough without dealing with rookie mistakes like not double checking to ensure proper replacement materials are ready for an appointment made 2 days prior.

First appointment i waited 4 hours. No show. I called to find out What happened he then rescheduled my appointment for the next day between 11 and 1. Called to confirm the rescheduled appointment the morning of, he switched times to between 12-3. No show. Now he wont answer. Unprofessional.. I do not recommend wasting your time. He will waste yours.

Called and was told appt was for 10:30am. Then was changed to 12pm. To them never showing up or answering txt when they asked me to txt address. Poor communication and unrealiable. Wouldn’t recommend.

They came the next morning after I called them the previous evening. They cleaned up all the broken glass from my back windshield and replaced my window in about 30 minutes. On top of that the price was the best around! So happy and thankful for them fixing my window so quickly! I would have had to wait almost a week anywhere else!

Really Bad customer services I tried to go get my window fixed and made an appointment and took the day off work. To get my window fixed, and called waiting for the guy out side.He said “sorry I can’t do it today can we reschedule for the next day?”I said “ yes, that’s fine.”Even tho I didn’t want to reschedule because I already took the day off work to get it fixed, and had to take other day off. All because he couldn’t do it.Next day came in and was waiting once again.I called and he didn’t answer.So I never got my window fixed.I am really furious with his customer service. So unprofessional!!!!

They came the day I called and were the BEST PRICE AROUND. Plus, they come to you!! Very quick, experiencing NO issues with the install.Highly recommend. Called them a few months back.

Scheduled an appointment for this morning between 9-10am. Nobody arrived this morning and my phone calls went unanswered. Very disappointed as I took the day off from work to have this completed. Will NEVER use this service again.

I called them and we had next morning service they picked up the truck and fixed windshield and 3 door windows that were tinted and replaced the windows with the same tinted windows we had with out us saying anything to them it slipped my mind .we were so happy they used the same tinted windows that came with the truckTHE PRICE WAS GREAT !We only had to wait a few hours to get the truck back..

Cheapest place Ive called about front windshield. All day they quoted me at 190.00 with tax included. For my 04subrau outback
