I would highly recommend Hertaus Floors. I live just down the street from Hertaus, but had originally gotten a quote from Home Depot, assuming they would be more affordable than a local business. My sister used Hertaus for the carpeting in their new house and said I should get a quote from them too. Not only was Hertaus less expensive, being a family owned business made my experience so personal. The owner even called me to check in after the installation to make sure everything was the way I wanted it. I also ended up having them re-finish my wood floors - which turned out amazing. I waited over 11 years to get new carpeting in my house and I cannot believe the transformation in my house. I also love that I was able to shop local. Get a quote from them, you wont regret it!

Hired Hertaus flooring for wood flooring and carpet. Was told project would take 3-4 days. Reality was it took 3 weeks. The supplies needed for job were not all available for installer at the start of project. Installer never arrived on time and brought his child to the install on 2 occasions. We had a custom fee added to project at the end that was described to us as standard and was not discussed at the measure or included in the estimate. When laying wood floors in room with existing fireplace, installer made irregular cuts close to brick and caulked the gap instead of undercutting the brick for a clean finish. Installer made a small dent in our cupboards and did not fill his nail holes after installing trim molding. Lastly, installer cracked adjacent tile flooring grout without repair. Discussed concerns & shared pictures with owner after paying for job in full including the custom fee. Was told they wanted to make things right. We are still waiting. So with no further contact from them it appears they are hoping well just go away - so we decided to share our experience

We would highly recommend Hertaus Floors. They installed Luxury Vinyl Plank in our kitchen and dining room and removed the original linoleum and carpet. They installed Luxury Vinyl Tile in our bathrooms. The linoleum in the bathrooms was starting to pull up next to the tub/shower and was dated, so what we chose and had installed looks amazing! The carpet we had was old (original to the house) and stained from previous owners, so now having new, neutral carpet makes the house feel and look like new!The customer service we received at the Lakeville store was awesome! We worked with Tom and Norleen who were both very helpful in steering us in the right direction. When we first started our project, we had an idea of what we wanted, but didnt think of the vinyl options until visiting the store. The Hertaus family was great to work with and answered all my questions! I definitely would consider them for future projects.
