Talk about options!!! The staff is willing to show you around and help find the color you want! Even the owner helped me find my particular color, and had it done within a couple of days! Perfect fit for my knee wall cap! I will definitely be coming back for my upcoming remodels and tell others about Granite Unlimited!

Yesterday (7/9/21) we had Granite installed throughout our house. The project was to replace all kitchen countertops, island, inset desk, laundry room and two 2nd floor bathrooms one of which was a master bedroom.Standing back and looking at the Extremely Gorgeous finished product... two words come to mind: EXTREMELY HAPPY!!!!The co-owner Pavel came to our house to give us a free estimate which originally was just for the just the 1st floor. However Pavels bid was so reasonable we extended the project to the two 2nd floor bathrooms.This was our first time installing granite so we were a little nervous and unsure. Pavel set everything up so all we had to do was go out and buy the new faucets and they would take care of everything else disposal, plumbing, ect.And when the 2 installers got here we were concerned that it would take a couple days... well we were very pleased with Daniel (lead) and Pacos work. They were very meticulous and Daniel was so patient and friendly inanswering any and all questions we had about what and why? They didnt even take a lunch break(talk about dedication... my wife happily served them up a nice plate of cookies😇). HAD NEW COUNTERTOP INSTALLED. EVERYTHING WENT FANTASTIC!!! THEY WERE RIGHT ON TIME AND VERY PROFESSIONAL!! DID NOT LEAVE A MESS. COUNTERTOPS LOOK BEAUTIFUL!! ALSO THE PLUMBER WAS GREAT. INSTALLED NEW KITCHEN SINK. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

When the installers put in our bathroom vanity, they busted a pipe, and we had water pouring into our dining room and lower level. They would hardly help with the clean up, and left our house and we had no water. Eventually the owner sent out a handyman to turn on the water, but had to cut a hole in our dining room ceiling. He has said he will fix it, but said it’s not his fault. We have been waiting for two weeks for it to be repaired. Poor communication. I would never recommend them to anyone

VERY SHADY! So our builder sent us here and it is conveniently located under 10 miles from where we live. We were so excited because building a home is exciting. In order to pick out what we wanted, we visited the shop several months ahead of our scheduled build.We met with Voila and looked over the slabs while asking about pricing. Our builder had told us we had a budget of $50/ft. so we based our choice on that budget. We considered remnants because we knew they were priced to sell and move out of the warehouse. We found 3 matching suitable remnants that had pricing of $40/ft., but Voila promised us we could get them for $30/ft. We had been there more than once and she had quoted the $30/ft. more than once!The months fly by and its getting to be crunch time! We get an email from our builder, stating that we do not have enough in our budget to do the kitchen, bathroom and laundry room! What? All this time we thought we were completely under budget due to our allowance being $50/ft. and the granite being priced @ $30/ft. So we decided to go there and find out what happened?Turns out Sergei or whatever the owners/co-owners name is, DOUBLED the price of these remnants and they are now $60/ft. REALLY? So Voila contacted him and he said the best he could do is come down to $53/ft. That is ludicrous!! Why would you do that? We thought we were at the mercy of this guy, but actually we are not. We got our granite tops elsewhere.

Very happy with my new countertops. Great job. I really liked being able to pick my slab out at their warehouse. I totally recommend them.

I needed to have a piece of marble cut to fit a table and the guys did a stellar job on it. The piece I asked them to cut was very sentimental to me. Soon after that I had some work done in my house and the construction people set their tools on my table (even though it was covered) ruining - etching and scratching the lovely finish on my new marble top. I took it back up to Granite Unlimited and they were able to return it to the original impeccable finish. Mostly they were understanding how much this piece meant to me. Yar was the crafts person who was able to do the transformation. Highly recommend this company!

I would not recommend Granite Unlimited due to the poor customer service/communication and quality of the quartz countertops we received. Our quartz countertops that were installed had several nicks/chunks gone on edges due to poor cutting.

I deal on a regular basis with at least 6 other companies that do the same thing. These guys are my favorite. From the helpful front desk to the final install it went very well. A+

Up to this point in my life I have never had an experience that compelled me to review a company up until getting counter tops from Granite Unlimited. Positives before the negatives they have a quick turn around time. Negatives. They assume cabinets are level as it the cabinet installers job (pass the buck). With older homes and cabinets the house shifts making it the counter top installer job to check if it is level. They sell clear shims for this issue. Also sinks do not drain correctly if not level. They do not use silicon to attach countertop to cabinet only fill in along the edge. For the island countertop they could not provide detailed info for supports regarding placement or length needed for support. It is cabinet guys job. At measurement time we discussed installing the sink backwards so I had a 40/60 split instead of 60/40. No information was passed to the installers so it was put in wrong until I advised them of the issue. They also only eye balled the placement of the sink in the opening and smeared chalk at least an inch down the sink. For the non standard overhang in one area this info was not shared with installer either. They billed me for a bigger piece of countertop than they delivered for width.

Great people, I used to work for them in 2012. Great teamwork, lots of experience, when they show up they get it done fast from demolition to installation of your new BEAUTIFUL GRANITE that you chose out of the warehouse choice. Affordable, Respectful, They will be in and out of your home before you know it. IF YOU THOUGHT GRANITE, THINK OF THEM FIRST!!!

We were referred to Granite Unlimited Inc by a previous customer who was extremely satisfied with the work that was done at there house. I called the company to make an appointment for a free estimate that they offer. Within 24 hours a sales person came out to the house and took down all the measurements. He was also really nice and gave us a few ideas on different style of an edge that you can do. We made an appointment to come visit there showroom to pick out a color and the class of granite. We were really amazed by how many different choices they offer as well as the knowledge of all the different stones.Once we placed the order the granite was installed in a really short time. The installers were really nice and super careful to make sure they dont damage anything in the house. They did an awesome job cleaning after and wiping down the granite. We also received a call from the owner (Paul) who wanted to make sure that we were happy and if we had any questions. I would recommend Granite Unlimited Inc to anyone who wants great service and a great price. Thank you to the whole team at Granite Unlimited Inc.

We ordered quartz counter tops from Granite and Flooring Unlimited/Granite Unlimited, Inc. I would recommend this company and would use them again. Their staff was very responsive and courteous throughout the process. They under promised and over delivered. Under two weeks from the time we pick out counter tops to install. Very quick. I found their prices to be very competitive.

Nice selection of quartz and the woman in the showroom was very helpful. The installation on the other hand did not go so smooth and there were several things I did not like. I also allowed the installation crew to use my personal craftsman 6 in 1 screwdriver that I have had for years and now I cant find it anywhere. I have contacted the office to see if the crew happened to take it by accident but I havent heard anything from them. Since I have had that screwdriver for so long, it can not be replaced. Overall it was not the best experience.

Had our countertops installed last summer. This place was fabulous! Excellent price, great install. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Would not go anywhere else honestly.

My wife and I were very pleased with our experience working with Granite Unlimited. Their warehouse has many styles of granite to choose from and the sales team was very knowledgeable and helpful. The process of having our house measured and the actual install went flawlessly; the owner actually showed up during the install to make sure we were happy. I would highly recommend Granite Unlimited to anyone who appreciated good service and is looking for quality granite at a reasonable price.

UPDATE: I ended up choosing a granite that was EXACTLY what I was looking for. One of the owners came on time to take the measurements, gave me a quote on the spot, which we found to be fair compared to other options. After finalizing the deal, he texted me right away a time and date they would come to make the installation, and also the time when they would do the plumbing, same day with a few hours difference. They came on on time, the people who came to install were kind and did a great job. The owners were there and made sure everything was done correctly. I had to change the time of the plumbing, and the plumber was accomodating as well, he took his time and we believe he did a good job. We have been enjoying our new beuatiful granite for a few days now.I just have one suggestion. When getting a quote, ask for it in writing. They did honor what they quoted, but its always good to have it written as a reference.***The young lady who was there was very professional and knowledgeable about their products, and very kind. They will come to measure and then install, so I will update once the work is completed.

When we first decided to replace our countertops with granite, I shopped around and recieved multiple in-home consultations before choosing. Granite Unlimited Inc sent one of their owners, Sergei, right away to view my kitchen and take measurements. He was the only one during the in-home consultation to bring up the shape of our kitchen and talk about where it was best to place the seam so it would look perfect. He took his time and I saw that he cared about which option would be best, seeing this made my decision to choose their company over others. My husband and I both went to their office to view granite choices and their office staff was very helpful and answered all of our questions. The owner, Sergie came once again to finalize measurements and helped me decide on the best granite option based on our wood cabinets and flooring. Overall, our kitchen was not without issues, but any issue that came up was personally addressed by Sergei and fixed right away and with perfection. The company has high standards and as a customer I appreciated every effort they made to finish the installation at its best. The granite chosen was perfect, not just perfect but gorgeous. I attempted to visit this location to pick out new counter tops for my kitchen. After making the long drive, I discovered they were closed. The hours on the door and on Google said that they were open but the doors were locked and the lights were off. I called and left a voicemail in regards to when they are open but no one got back to me. Very disappointed in the service of this company.
