Worst experience ever! Had a appointment for a Covid booster. Walgreens requires you to show up 15 minutes before your appointment .I did, only to wait over an hour for my shot. When they finally were calling names for the shots, they called two people that had appointments after me. They said “sorry” we must have lost track of the orders. Seriously! What’s the point of having a appointment !! Walmart did a better job of my first two shots, and that is not saying much!

Mud all over the store in every aisle. Pharmacy drive-thru line was not moving for over 20 minutes. Went inside and the line was so long. People were frustrated around me saying their flu shot took over an hour to get. If you cant operate a store the way it should be done, you shouldnt be open. I was a manager for Walgreens for a few years I know how things should be. Get your store manager to clean it up!

The last 4 times I have re filled my thyroid pill I’ve always gotten less than the 90-day supply I have requested.On a good day I go home with a 30-day supply, worst-case scenario with a 5-day supply.This Walgreens’ service is poor. That hadn’t been my experience with other Walgreens.Definitely frustrating and has me considering using CVS

If you want to wait for 45 minutes to pick up your medication then this is the place for you.i gotten a walgreen gift card so i decided to switch my pharmacy to walgreens since i never go to walgreens. i usually go to cubs food and the longest i have waited was 20 minutes.

Lori in photo was such a blessing! She’s a woman of her word. I needed a last minute picture, over the phone she said to upload it in time and she’d have it done. Sure enough I come and it’s ready! What fantastic service!

Went to the Lakeville Walgreens off Kenwood Trail, and had a wonderful experience! Diane Burton was so incredibly nice and helpful. Ive never been to a Walgreens and experienced the kind of service that Diane gave today. She went out of her way to help me find a hair product that would work for me and brightened my day. Thank you Diane for making my day!

This Walgreens drive through pharmacy is painfully slow and understaffed. They used to have a double drive through at one point but for some reason it was reduced to one. Because of this, you can easily sit in line for up to 30 min if theres 5 or so cars in front of you. I think their computer system has to be out dated as well for it to take sooooo long to process each persons order. CVS is right across the street so Ill see if they are any better.

Inept at best. Placed an order for ship to store which arrived on the 5th. We arrived on the 7th and it couldnt be found. They decided to check the mail, which apparently hadnt been done in 3 days. When they checked the mailbox they found a locker key but didnt know what that was for. SMH. 20 minutes later we finally had our package

People in the pharmacy are nice but the pharmacy moves at a glacial pace. It’s been like that for a while so I guess it will take someone dying in the store or in the drive thru waiting on a prescription for that to change. After talking to Walgreen’s customer service, that probably won’t spur change either.

Just switched from another pharmacy. Urgent care sent my rx to my old pharmacy and then when I called (because Walgreens never got it) they resent it to this one. But my insurance wouldnt cover it because it had already been filled at the old pharmacy. The pharmacist got on the phone to try and sort things out but the insurance place was closed by then. They said I could pay and come back today to get it sorted out and refunded. I assumed I was just gonna have to eat this one. Wake up the next day to a voicemail from the pharmacist saying she got everything figured out with insurance and I could come in anytime for the cost adjustment. Totally blown away that she did that on her own and even remembered me today. Definitely sticking with these guys. Previous experiences here have been good but this just was above and beyond. Thank you!

The worse service and long lines and terrible customer service. I have never been in there and it went smoothly in the pharmacy. Very unprofessional, unfriendly people. Will never be back. I tried at least 5x.

Horrible service when it comes to informing when your order is filled and ready, and or letting you know if they are waiting for authorization from your doctor. I never ever get a call if something is wrong or is needed doctors authorization. They dont give me the proper amount Im prescribed, and then I miss doses of my meds because they never call to inform you that your order isnt ready. Horrible horrible place to bring your familys important meds.

I always have trouble with the pharmacy here. Im not sure if they are understaffed or unorganized or if its just bad luck for me. Maybe its lack of communication but Ive waited for 30min (which is fine) for a perscription for them to realize they filled the wrong one.then had to wait. Numerous times Ive filled my b.c. and had to wait an extra day or two before it actually got filled. This includes calling in about the status. One time I was 3 days late taking it cause they didnt process it. So I just went to a different place. And just yesterday I dropped my script off and asked if I could get it filled and picked up in the morning. Sure no problem. Its afternoon now and they are just now filling it only cause I went up there. Mind you they are not busy today. I will be talking to someone about this because I dont want to be so hostile towards this place. They have very pleasant staff here but its been very inconvenient.

Looks crazy to rate a place like Walgreens but staffs at this location are awesome. I had my picture taken a couple of times and lady and the guys were so helpful and they made my experience a pleasant experience.

Stopped in looking for a certain over the counter medication. I couldnt find in on the floor, so I wanted to ask someone behind the counter if Walgreens even carried it. I stood next to the ask a pharmacist sign. Three individuals saw me standing there, and they ended up helping those individuals in the other line, after I had been standing there. (My question would have taken 10 seconds, if that.) No one said anything to me, so after they assisted the third person that was waiting after me, I left. I will not be going back, and telling everyone I know about the treatment from the pharmacy staff at this location.I wouldnt even rate them the minimum 1 star based off of their customer service skills. Sad!!

Says they have computer problems so cant fill prescriptions as the prices are not showing. They expect me to not take my medications. Lawsuits waiting to happen. Wakeup walgreens, you are dealing with peoples meds.

My Grandma just died and I was trying to get a script filled before I leave town for the funeral. I called and spoke to Cindy. She couldnt get my insurance to approve it. She said she would call and talk to my Insurance company and get back to me. I didnt hear back so I called my Insurance company and they called Cindy at the pharmacy with me on the call. Cindy was the most disrespectful person Ive ever talked to at a pharmacy. She was so rude that the lady from BCBS said she was going to report her to her supervisor. It doesnt even matter that my Grandma died, they shouldnt treat anyone with the impatient attitude that Cindy showed. Very poor customer service
