This review is for the service department. Not for the dealership.I called the service department and explained the issue I had and asked for an appointment. The gal explained that they were pretty backed up on appointments and asked if I would rather make appointment at their other dealership. That dealership is further away and I wasnt in a hurry and made the appointment there.On the day of the appointment, the service department was extremely busy and pretty crazy. They took my car, looked her over and diagnosed the issue. The problem was they didnt have that part on hand and I left empty handed (if you will). Later that day they called me back and said that they would be able to get the part in by tomorrow morning and to come back tomorrow.Again the place was crazy. But everyone was friendly. My car was in and out in two hours.It was easy to speak with them and get my vehicles needs taken care of it. The waiting area is clean and comfortable.If you need to bring your vehicle to the dealership, then I do indeed recommend this service department.I hope this helps. Cheers.
I bought my car from there and tried to find out a price on replacing the radiator and could not get one they said I had to bring the vehicle in before they could give me a price. Service manager does not seem to have access to the cost of a radiator or they are trying to get the vehicle there and give me a price that might be higher than the norm and then charge me to look at it . Its a visible leak I can see the exact location with a flashlight maybe they think an engineering director might not know what a leaking radiator looks like !!! Not worth the risk seems shady. 2 other places gave me a price withing 5 minutes Christian brothers won my business on this one!

Turned in our KIA in tip top shape super low miles and the turn in person walked around the car and took the milage and said we were good. Months later they said it was not officially checked in until a few weeks latter, and by then they say there was bumper damage. They sent very blurry photos that you could not tell what it was and said the repair were $800+ that we owed them.We had taken out the extended coverage for any damage that might occur per the sales rep. Who said we could total the vehicle with this coverage and walk away from it no problem. They reported the damage as late payments to the credit beurau, that hit my wifes credit. While I have a second vehicle on lease from this dealership, when done, I will never have another! EVERY ONE BEWARE!!!

We brought our vehicle in for the first time for service and when my wife arrived at your dealership on Monday April 19th, the service advisor greeted her quickly and was great, the she was waiting around for about 30 minutes until someone decided to help her with a loaner vehicle, that is unacceptable for any dealership. The car was done before the time they told her it would be and that was great! Then when she picked up our vehicle it was quick and with in a reasonable amount of time, but she started to drive and drove home and there was a light that was on and it said AWD LOW was on, she called me and I told her to imminently stop and pull over and helped her shut it off. That being turned on is very very unacceptable and if anything happens to the transmission, transfer case or the differential that is on all of you at Jeff Belzers! There should be a quality control person or the service advisor to inspect and check all vehicles before the customer picks up the car!!!
Great service done today. Helpful, friendly and easy in/out. Only reason for 4 stars is that their express lube still closed. Enough with the covid.

I love the vehicle but my experience buying it & with Service wasnt great. The website mentioned a warranty and new snow tires, didnt get either (I did get a discount on the price, but the snow tires were the main reason why I came to this dealership before any other). The carfax said detailing was completed on 4/20 (I purchased the vehicle 4/24) and the car was as dirty as the previous owner traded it in. I brought it in 6 days later for a detailing appointment and they did a 2/10 job (maybe because the car was already sold and they didnt need to put in the extra effort to make it look appealing) I got home and cleaned it myself right after the detailing appointment- I used about 20 cleaning wipes to get it somewhat clean
Sometimes you cannot get an appointment as soon as you want, but the service is worth it. Very friendly and well organized.

I would never recommend going to Jeff Belzers to any family or friends or anyone at that I felt pushed and rushed into my vehicle, I asked to test drive another vehicle at the Lakeville location and was automatically turned down by the dealer Due to a small price difference supposedly. Made me think how would he know if financing would give me a loan or not i asked financing about it the other truck I was interested in as well and was blown off nobody wanted to even try to help me and seemed as if they just wanted to go home for the night. I still got into a vehicle regardless I needed one bad, it was dirty on the inside they didn’t clean it at all. I thought since I was doing business with them the least they might do is put gas in it to get me to a gas station so I can fill it up but when I left after they washed it it was pretty close to empty in gas which is whatever but I mean I just made a 30,000 dollar purchase I think they would at least throw me a bone.the worst part of this trip was once it was all said and done and I traded my vehicle in the dealer took my old truck to the back parking lot and a few of his co-workers came out and started pointing and laughing at him I got the feeling like I should have been embarrassed to be driving in my old truck. I would recommend just going to a different dealership there a dime a dozen.
Call previously and set up appointment for 3:00 show up there with my brother the doors are locked I knock on the door the people inside just stared at us so we went got back into the car drove to waconia and bought a truck from them ... Must be mad at money

Had my oil changed. Friendly folks and clean facilities. Took about 45 minutes. Need an appointment as no longer doing drive ups. About same cost as any other place and they rotate tires.
Just went in to purchase a trucks.Salesman was rude and gave high pressure sales tactics.Salesman said we could only test drive if we were serious about buying a car TODAY due to covid. “Can’t have people touching all the cars” Meanwhile the entire place was packed and there were no covid safety measures in place.Salesman was a arrogant and new nothing of the inventory on the lot.You just lost a sale. Plan is to purchase a 2020 truck today and it won’t be with you.
BAIT AND SWITCH!!!! This place is a JOKE! Beware of there numbers they give you, they will lower you in with a low price and then switch prices on you. Take your money to a dealer who will be honest.. Wont honor manufacturer rebates either.

I wanted to lease a vehicle from this dealership, i have a credit score of over 700 and no other bills/mortgage. i make three times the monthly payment per month so there is no reason i shouldnt have been qualified for the lease. the sales person tried to talk me into a purchase saying that my credit wasnt good enough. i feel like they didnt want to hwlp me because they wouldnt receive a commission, so my credit took a hit a dropped 6 points for nothing. very dis satisfied

Dan killed me with kindness the entire time. Kept calling me that the paperwork is done before I even had the chance to look at the pre-owned vehicle. Before I test drive the vehicle I asked for the Carfax and the maintenance report. He said that the maintenance report was in the Carfax. I loved driving the car. Drove straight as a arrow and the inside was super clean. I had concerns that it was a rougher ride than the other Camrys that I drove so I thought it was the suspension or the struts. They do a full bumper to bumper inspection so dont get me wrong there. The only thing that concerned me was who inspected it because they forgot to add to maintenance report about the mouse nest under the engine cover but they armour all the engine cover to have a mirror finish. When I got back he asked me how I like the car. I told the salesman that it was a rough ride and the undercarriage was caked in mud. I asked if the price is set and he said it was non negotiable. So I told him then I wasnt interested in the car and thats when the killing with kindness stopped. He told me that I would jeopardize my credit if I kept getting pre-approved for a loan before looking at the vehicle. Learning curve, always look at the car first before going to the bank and getting pre-approved for your loan. Never once did he say let bring the car in and check out your concerns. Finally the salesman walked away and thats when I told him about the mouse nest. He shrugged it off. I called to him again and said no seriously there is a mouse nest under the engine cover and probably should remove it for the next person. He replied back Dont worry, I wont charge you extra for the nest.

Jeff Belzers is a total fraud.So we brought our leased vehicle to be serviced through the warranty because of an electrical issue. Were are told it will be 3 to 4 weeks before we can get it serviced. We are also told it will be 3 weeks before we can get a loaner vehicle. So basically we have our vehicle sitting there for a month, we have to make payments. DO NOT LEASE FROM HERE! THEY CAN NOT SERVICE IF YOU NEED IT!The idea that they can make you wait while you pay your lease is obnoxious. They need to close this dealership. Nothin but problems since we walked on the lot.

Good experiences each time I stop here. Well, as far as the service dept goes anyway. Change oil, change both fuel filters, prime fuel system, change water pump (recall item). I did think it was a bit ridiculous to charge me for antifreeze on top of the recall work. Adding antifreeze should be part of the recall work when it consists of changing out a water pump.
Oil change so fast I didnt get very far in my book I brought.

Tried multiple times to setup a service appointment online. Had an engine issue on a truck with only 50000 miles on it and wanted to know if repairs were covered by warranty. Never got a reply so I went to Dodge of Burnsville. They wanted my business.Why do you have on-line appointment options on your website if you just ignore them?Should have bought the damn truck there.
Biggest joke of a dealership I have ever seen. The most INCOMPETENT sales and sales managers I have ever seen. Not only did the 2 brand new trucks I test drove have mechanical issues, they were unwilling to fix them prior to the sale leaving me to bring it back or to another dealer, but when I actually did the credit application and gave them all my other information Adam Colon comes back and say the vehicle has been traded to another dealer now. AFTER he has me complete a credit application. So now I have a ding on my credit because of his incompetence! Save your time and go elsewhere where you wont be lied to, given the bait and switch, then in the end have no vehicle to even show for it. I wasted 13 hours and drove 300 miles to learn that....
Brought my truck for diagnosis. Told service rep that check engine light is on and I have pulled codes with my cheap scanner. All pertaining to turbo. Asked if tech can determine if its bad turbo or electronic issue. Service rep called back next day saying tech pulled codes and turbo is bad. Ok. No ather diagnostics was done. I fill there should have been more effort put in to determine if its bad or just clogged with soot. I found more possible causes online than from certified dealer service.$160 bucks for pulling codes excuse me what ridiculous!
Wanted to leave a review about our amazing experience with Rachel Clubb. A year and a half ago we leased a vehicle which we soon discovered was not a wise decision for us based on how far away we work and like to travel. Unfortunately after only a year and a half we were already at our mile allowance limit. We called up Rachel again and she worked super hard to help us get out of the hole we created. Yes we had negative equity but we learned a valuable lesson and now we are the proud OWNERS of a new 2019 Kia Sorento. Love this car way more than the one we leased and most importantly Rachel who made the whole experience less nerve wracking. Highly recommend that if you go to Jeff Belzer to ask for her!

We wanted to look at one car, this sales lady brought us keys to something completely different. Prices were really high, deals not to be found. We left frustrated and unable to drive the car we wanted. My wife ended up getting a Ford.
