I have been very happy with the team at Heartland Tire and Auto near Mills Fleet Farm. I had my truck tires painlessly replaced in the late winter. They helped my son with his car replacing his AC and some other minor repairs. He needed a new engine and they helped my son with that as well. They are replacing my daughters tires this week and helped us find the issue on one item. I have had enough interaction to see consistency and care. All around. Our family highly recommends the team at the Lakeville Heartland Tire and Auto!

I was just in to get a tire mounted because I was stranded on the highway. Bud took care of it with in ten minutes and got me on my way. I could tell they were slammed at the end of a long day but took the time anyway to help me out. Little acts of empathy is what makes a difference.

Recently I brought it in and had them do a tune up. When I got the car back, it was running so well and had its old pep back that I had to call and thank them. Highly recommend this place.

I go here for out-of-warranty repairs. I always feel like Im getting a fair price and never had any concerns with the service. In fact theyve gone out of their way to make sure everything is done right. Their frequent-customer discount card is a great deal too.

I borrowed my fathers car the other day and the engine light came on. I pulled over and heartland tire and auto was the nearest dealership. My father talked to the mechanic and explained what was wrong (he had it previously diagnosed) and the guy quoted him $250 and didn’t mention anything about a diagnostic fee.My father gave him his credit card (as he wasn’t present at the shop) and he was shocked when he was charged $550. When I went to drop off the keys, the man in line in front of me was very upset with his bill as well- I should have taken that as a warning sign.As we needed help right away, and the other reviews were good, we thought this shop would do a good job but charged over double what my father had paid for the exact same work (at a different shop) the year prior. I attached the bill so you can decide if it’s overpriced. The men were helpful enough, but if we were to go back and do it again, we’d tow it elsewhere.

Great repair shop! I was visiting from out of town and my vehicle broke down. They gave me a very fair price for the repair, let me use the loaner vehicle while they repaired my vehicle and fixed it fast. Highly trustworthy and good prices!

Awesome experience! All the staff including, Bud and Kirby, were so accommodating. We got a ride to lunch we had planned before a piece of my car bottom fell. Turns out it was the oil pan. Our driver was friendly and took us to a great restaurant and picked us up. The quality of their work is superior and prices very fair. I will definitely return and encourage you to try them out if you havent already.

I have been bringing all my cars to Heartland Tire and Auto in Lakeville, MN for 6 years. Mike, Ron and crew make the repairs right the first time. I even drive 22 miles past many other repair places to go to people who care about me and my car. The best part is they are fair and honest. I tell everyone I know that lives south of the river to go there. Amazing business.

I have had good experiences here, but this last time was not one of them. My radio was stolen out of my vehicle some time in the 6 days that it was at Heartland. Whether it was stolen in their parking lot, or while it was in the shop, I dont know, but I was basically told that I am SOL. I had just paid almost $900 in repairs, but when I questioned them on the missing radio, they became very defensive and offered no help. They said they have no surviellance video of the parking lot and that it had been in the shop 5 of those 6 days.I can only file a police report and move on, but will never trust my vehicle there again.

These guys seem to always do the right thing, even when its a bit inconvenient for them. Ive had my car repaired here three times and their service is one of a kind and loyal. Usually, I feel robbed and dumb (as a female), but they are quick to help explain why theyre doing what theyre doing.My break light went off on my car and I thought it would cost me $1500 for a repair (I assumed both front and back needed attention) and then labor would be steep. I forget their labor is reasonable and not overpriced. They called me and said your back breaks are new -- its the front ones that need to be done. I know my car well, and that was news to me.What Im saying is, is they take care of me every single time and theyre honest -- a rare find nowadays. I drive kind of out of my way to get repairs done here. Need help? This is place to go.

We have had such exceptional service from Bud, Kirby and their team at Heartland Tire and Auto. In the past it has been very hard to find a group of people we can trust with our vehicles. These guys are honest, fair, forthright and kind. Every experience is a good one and we currently bring 5 different cars into this shop for service. I have been coming to this location for a few years and always appreciated the level of service they give. A recent visit elevated my opinion of this business. I recently started hearing a howling noise in my car. I first thought it was out of alignment or a wheel bearing and brought it in. They did an alignment and the bearings were fine. They did suggest replacing one of the tires as they noticed some scalloping which could be the cause. I did so but to me the howling did not go away. I got them to recheck the alignment and it was fine. I was about ready to leave because I felt that maybe this was simply the sound the tires made. Still I was happy with how they addressed the issue. Two days later I received a call from them saying Goodyear was willing to replace all the tires in hopes of remedying the problem. I was surprised at this as I felt it was far above what was needed. We changed the tire style and the noise is gone. I dont know the names of the team at the front except for Kirby. He has always been upfront, knowledgeable and great to me. I wont go anywhere else.

Really liked the service. Really honest. I brought my van in for front brakes and it turned out to be rear. They could have easily sold me both, but they explained that the fronts were still good and really didnt need to be done. They then quoted me a fair price for the back brakes. Pricing was good. I highly recommend them. Its hard to find a honest place you can trust.

I have been going to Heartland tire for several years. I like that they always fix my specific car issue without trying to upsell me on other items. I even called the other day to get an appointment to fix a vibration and they suggested a fix over the phone (ice packed in wheel) versus charging me to come in. They are a classy outfit that I would recommend to anyone.

I went to Heartland and got a second opinion on a repair that needed to be done on one of our work vans. I spoke with Bud to get my estimate and was very pleased to hear that instead of the 1200.00 that I was quoted by a competitor, it would only be 900.00. I was driving on my way to my bus stop for work when my low tire pressure light turned on. Never been before but this Heartland was right on my way. Fast, pleasant service in the morning, courtesy drop off to my stop and a quick pick up once I got back in the evening. No up selling, no bullcrap, they got the small but important repair done. I was in and out in less than 5 min both ways and everyone was perfectly pleasant. Im thinking I know where to go in future.

I got tires at a decent rate for what I needed. I had some tire balancing issues and ended up having a bent rim, however, my other mechanics found the rest of the tires were off by about an ounce. Honest mistake, tire weights are easy to mis match. The staff is friendly. They gave me a credit for the balancing I got done at the other place and Ive been back a few times.

These guys did a great job! I was traveling from ND, my car wouldn’t start after driving all day and stopping for dinner. During a very busy day, they arranged a tow, and got me going in a few hours. Highly recommend and shout out to Brandon for excellent customer service.

THANKS for the great brake service! I had heard several great testimonials about Heartland Tire and Auto in Lakeville, so I took my wifes van in when her brakes were acting up. They got me in quickly...even though there were several people in the waiting room. They gave me a much lower estimate than my wife got months ago for the same work. They completed everything while I waited and we were pleased with their pricing, service and timeliness. Outstanding experience!!

Ive been taking my car here since weoved to Lakeville. These guys are excellent. They dont try and push services or phantom repairs on you. The prices are reasonable and I have no complaints about the work.

I was driving southbound on I-35 heading to Iowa for Easter, when my car was vibrating violently and felt like something was wrong. I checked for local tire place, and Heartland Tire and Auto were the ones closest to where I was and had a great review. After arriving, they got me in immediately, and diagnosed my car in a matter of minutes. They identified the problem, gave me my options. They had to go pick up my tires however, and would be a wait. I was not surprised, as my car is almost 15 years old, and the tires are not common anymore, and was told it would be about an hour to get everything done on my car (during rush hour). They did not disappoint! They picked up my tires, had them fitted and balanced, and on my way in almost exactly an hour (give or take a few minutes). They were prompt, and fixed my issue, and at a reasonable price! They came through in an emergency situation and got me back on the road to celebrate Easter with my family!

Went in for an oil change. Specifically asked for semi-synthetic. The mechanic put in full synthetic. Service writer argued with about paying for the full synthetic. Unfortunately had to go back shortly after because I ended up with a bulge in a tire that was purchased on Goodyear website and installed by them. They were no help with handling Goodyear for a warranty. I contacted Goodyear customer service directly. They were very helpful. Sent me to a different dealer where the replaced the tire. I will not be returning.

I contacted a few places via phone and email about prices for tires. Both over the phone and in person the different options were very well explained. Service was quick and the tires are perfectly balanced.

Needed some new tires last winter. Heartland Tire and Auto was able to get the tires in and get me scheduled for mounting in 48 hours. Pretty fast in my eyes. Price was very competitive. Also very easy and quick to work with on lifetime rotation. Staff is all very friendly and honest - they even offered some very sage advise on resell value of my old tires (still 20K+ miles on them) and I used that encouragement to sell on craigslist. Sure beat throwing out perfectly good tires (that didnt suit my particular off road requirements). As a side note, the Duratracs are fantastic in snow and mud and though a little rough, nothing that I find obnoxious. getting a true all-terrain tire certainly has some trade-offs

I brought my vehicle to Bud and crew yesterday. I made them aware of my repair concerns and they did a very thorough check of my vehicle. Bud presented his findings and recommendations based on their inspections. They recommended certain repairs that should be done because of safety concerns and also shared other less urgent needs. I slide into a curb and damaged my front tire. There was some damage to the tie rod, and the lower steering unit. The guys at Heartland made everything painless and took care of me. So happy with the way the handled everything. I will not bring my vehicle to anyone else. Thank you.

Told them to replace my front right wheel bearing they ending up charging 110 to diagnose it. I knew my wheel bearing was going out thats why I brought it their, then charged me 2 hours of labor to replace a wheel bearing!!?? Thats maybe 30 minutes of work tops. This place is a TOTAL SCAM do not bring your vechile here if it is the last place on earth. Will tell everyone I know to avoid this place, they prey on people who dont know anything about vechile repair. Absolute shame how this place is ran horrible customer service and even worse mechanics do not go here they will upcharge you on everything they can.

Ive been taking my new and old vehicles to Heartland for years. At first, it was just for convenience sake, but also theyve been very thorough with their repair diagnosis, transparent when things could get costly, and great with their pricing on repairs.

Service was fast, especially considering the weather but they werent completely forthcoming about repair costs.

Performed an engine diagnostic test on my car when I already had one done and had relayed the problem to them ahead of time. They charged me $100, but reduced to $60 when I reminded them I told them the issue beforehand. I had gone in to have some belts tightened they had replaced a few months prior, so I assumed thats all they were doing. They were unfriendly and unreasonable. I do not recommend.

Good, but they put on oil cap so tight a big giant stranger at the gad statiin could not get it off and they had a hard time. Then messed up my reservetion for service and tires went some where else. But still go there for reg oil changeThings happen.

Ive been coming to these guys since I got my drivers license as a kid in high school, and Ill be coming here until I die or they close (whichever comes first, hah!). The group who work here are awesome: theyre all quick, courteous, friendly, helpful, and they genuinely care about you and your car. Theres no other shop you need to go other than here-- the prices are fair, the mechanics are great, and the team running the shop are even better. Most shops would find lots of problems with your car that they need to fix just to get a quick buck, and this shop is NOT one of those. I remember I needed to get my tires replaced recently, and instead of trying to upsell me some expensive tires I didnt need, Desmond recommended a pair that was essentially the same quality for about half the price. And they even greet me by name!

Scheduled appointment for lube, oil, filter and tire rotation. Appointment took over an hour, and upon inspection tires were improperly inflated and grease zerks were dry. Technician stated he was unfamiliar some vehicles still had zerks. Then he said they were difficult to service after pointing out this was a miss which makes me question their trainkng/expertise. Missing something this basic scares me! To make things worse one of my hub covers was improperly installed and lost by the time I made it home. My vehicle only has 8,000miles and this was the first time the tires had been touched. The manager tried to dismiss their mistakes by saying no one is perfect. They made way too many mistakes on a simple job for me to consider returning. Save yourself the headache and stay away from this shop!
