Company and the staff dont care about the employees or the drivers. We are just a number. The transportation supervisor is unfit for his position. He has no clue how to operate or manage a transportation department. There has been lots of favouritism. While the hard working drivers(black) are treated wrong. One reason why they cant keep good employees or drivers.

Driver 268363 who comes to blake medical center alot is very rude and blocks the second loading dock space I asked if he could adjust his truck so I could get in and he said what you gonna get in and hold the carts (inside the back of the truck) he still blocks the second space and wont move if you need to leave.
