My garage came off track and my husband was Traveling for a couple of days. I called a competitor and they came out and told me that a repair would be around $3500.00. I was shellshocked thinking that that whole garage door couldn’t possibly cost that much. So I made a call to overhead door company they sent somebody right out and come to find out to replace my whole door and motor Was less than the “repair job” from the other company.I opted to fix my door since it was in acceptable condition. They did a great job, very quickly and fixed me ip with a new garage remote and programmed my car for less than 10% of the cost of the other company. I am so grateful.Junior was very kind and efficient and professional. Kelley at the office was very helpful and kind as well. I now have their number in my phone for any future issues. I highly recommend them!

I needed a remote for my garage door. I called and ordered one. When I showed up, they had it ready and with instructions on how to program it. Later in the year the circuit board went out in the garage door opener and I called and scheduled the replacement. They showed up on time and were very professional and knowledgeable. Good job!!!

I had an appointment for garage door repair and was promised I would be the first call of the day and the technician would come at 8 am if not earlier. I specifically said I can wait few days to be the first call of the day. 8.45 am no call, no technician. I call the company and they office says they dont know what happened. They said they would call the technician and get back with me. Another 30 minutes, silence. I call them and they say they cant get a hold of him, sorry about that. I said this is unacceptable service, can I have a discount due to missing so much work due to your companys fault? They answer no, at this point we cant even confirm you would get a service today at all. If you need to go to work, I guess go to work. So I left. About an hour later the technician calls saying he is on his way and would be at the house in 30 minutes. I say what about arranged time of 8 am? He didnt have a good answer other than saying he thought I would wait. What an awful communication between him and the office! I said forget it, I will find someone else. I called Central Door Company and they were able to fit me in that same day with a lot better communication and professionalism. Go to them instead!

Made an appointment for a broken spring. Set for a Friday. No call,no show. Called to see what happened. Rudely was told We had no appointment. Waited all week for them. Called Precision garage door. They came out on a Sunday and fixed us right up.

AWESOME. My spring was shot, door would was stuck in the closed position! Andrew responded to my call and replaced the spring lubed the track and was on his way home in about 45 minutes! I highly recommend this company and Andrew.

We were planning on buying a garage door they came gave estimate and everything and very next day cursed out the worker in front of us and my children! Very unprofessional and rude! And we were getting the most expensive door too no questions asked which glad it didn’t work out cause we found same door a lot cheaper! Never will I suggest them!

I had them come to my house to replace the springs on my garage door. While working on the door the technician proceeded to ask me out on a golfing date bc he saw that I had golf clubs in my garage. He kept pushing the subject to the point of me getting very uncomfortable. I just wanted him to get done and go. He also had a wedding ring on. Very creepy. Ive been having problems with a loud noise when the door opens now since he did his work so I called them and asked them to come back out but to please not send the same technician. They, including the manager, proceeded to ask me to give a full description of what kind of date he was asking me on and that they wanted to put him on the phone too to verify this. Are you kidding me?! I told them that doing that was also inappropriate and that I should not be subjected to this. Unbelievable. I told them to just forget about coming to my house and that I dont want them there. Very unprofessional and the work done was as well.
