They installed Gutters and Facia in 2020. Recently we put our house on the market and an inspection was done as the new owners were financing. The Inspection Report came back in Sept 2021 that the gutters were improperly sloped in areas, which could result in damage to fascia and soffit. It was recommended to us to have a qualified gutter contractor make the necessary repairs. I called CHI numerous times to have someone come out. Finally someone from the company was going to be in the area so they would stop back out. I have not seen them yet. More phone calls and finally I received an email from Brad on 10/13/21 that he had been out of town and can have one of his guys stop by and take a look. We still have not seen anyone yet or been notified. Now 2 weeks later and still nothing. We paid half down cash and the rest cash when the job was done. If you are looking for gutters go somewhere else. Pretty poor customer service….

My wife gave them a call this weekend to come out for a quote to get some renovations done around the house. They explained on how theyd provide a free quote but her husband had to be home. So, she explained how radically different our schedules are and that wouldnt be able to happen. They flat out rejected giving her a quote and told us to call back when Id be home.So I called back and tried to schedule it on my time but again when I voiced that my wife wouldnt be able to attend because of our schedules, they got upset and told me they had spoken with my wife and she told them the same thing. Id figure they would understand at this point that we needed the quote but again I was denied.This policy is a complete joke and a waste of our time. We are willing to pay you to do the work, what does it matter if both of us are not available during your schedule? Id understand if we lived in a completely different city, but our home is about 20 mins out from the business with traffic. This policy needs to re-evaluated if you want to keep your future customers happy.

I contacted the company for an estimate for a bathroom remodel. Apparently it’s company’s policy to only work with a husband and wife. I don’t feel I should have to go in to detail about my personal life with a contractor. I hold the money and I make decisions. Plus my home is solely in my name. It’s not the 1920’s .You may want to reevaluate your company policies.

Highly recommend! I had entire house siding replaced. they did a great job, very neat and respectful. They had no issue dealing with this female!!Will use in the future for additional jobs.

Do not walk pass my no trespassing sign and trespass on my property again nick. If I wanted your service I would look for it on google. You are on camera and I will have you arrested if you do it agian.

We had a wooden house and were tired of fooling around with mold and rotten wood. We called Connor Home Improvements and Brad the owner came out, met with us and we formulated a plan. We decided to put vinyl siding on our entire house, replace 7 windows and replace the shutters. Brad had some great ideas that we decided to go with like changing our window style to replace 7 with only 5 to save some money. We went from having the worst looking house in the neighborhood to the best! All of our neighbors couldn’t believe the outcome! We couldn’t be more pleased with Brad and his team and we were glad to support a great family business! I would recommend them to anyone!

Took three month to reroof a manufactured home . Was given one reason after another why it couldn’t be done. Rain was the main, however I saw many places around me being done. They were able to work around the rain. Was given false information on numerous occasions. The salesman I worked with could not be trusted to give you a straight answer.

Bard and his crew showed up there days early to make sure my house looked its best while visitors were in the neighborhood for the annual Historic Home Tour. Got everything buttoned up and helped rescue the raccoons that did the damage! First rate work and service!

Beware! As nice as can be until the job is done, and Brad has his money. What he does is use your money to pay for work done on the previous job. I believe one would call that robbing Peter to pay Paul. The painters were horrible, had to have my house re-painted along w/about $2500 in touch ups and repairs. My mistake was paying in full before everything was right. When I tried to discuss this w/ Brad he constantly made excuses as to when someone could come. This evolved into progressively unpleasant discussions w/ Brad to the point that he got so nasty, and was yelling at me until his face got red and spittle was escaping from his mouth. Finally after more than a year I gave up which is exactly what he wanted. As to his claim to be a GC, he is lying through his teeth, his wife has the contractor’s license. Wish I had filed a complaint w/ the Dept. of Professional Regulation, but it’s too late now.

Have had 2 jobs done and found the employees confident, knowledgeable, respectable and honest.Projects included closing Florida room, replacing 10 windows, entrance door to garage, outside lighting with electrical. My husband, Mark Sullivan and I are extremely pleased with their work.

Great Job. The Conner Team worked quickly and solved all problems that they came across during the job. They were quick to resolve all problems and unseen issues during the project.

Steve promptly responded to my request for an estimate and explained in great detail what the company would do to fix my leaky patio roof. They fulfilled what he promised and I found that the Company really cares about their customers satisfaction with the job. Frankly, I had some issues with continued leaking after having my patio roof replaced. They came back to my house a few times and it didnt seem to go get any better in fact it got worse. Brian came to my house on his day off to check it out and found it wasnt the roof at all it was that my gutter drain was so packed with leaves etc, in fact there were frogs living in it, which he found when he took it apart, and the water was backing up so much it caused leakage. Instead of saying, this isnt our problem he and his coworker cleaned out my gutters and drains and caulked anywhere there was a possibility of leakage. I really feel they went way above and beyond the call to see that I was pleased with the outcome, they certainly did not have to but I greatly appreciated their willingness to do so.Peggie

This is to warn all of my friends about a company working in the Lakeland, Winter Haven, Plant City area under the name of Conner Home Improvements, Inc. Their license is only in aluminum work under the name of Stephanie Conner, wife and business partner with Brad Conner along with an employee, Steve Staley. I paid this company $17,000. In Feb. 8 to remodel my flooring and kitchen. For them to start the job, I had to pay them another $16,500. In March. As of last week I only had defective flooring and a garage full of boxed cabinets that are not what I ordered. When I reported them to the permitting office in Bartow, Brad Conner called me and told me he had a general contractors license and he was pulling a permit to finish the job. This, too, was a lie, he is not licensed as a GC. I have contacted an attorney who has tried to contact Brad Conner to no avail. My attorney said I could sue them but chances are I will only get a judgment against Conner and a hefty atty. Fee and court costs. I have now contracted with Complete Kitchen and Bath who have a GC and will cost me another $37,500 to fix the defective work done and complete the job. I am filing complaints with the Florida licensing board to nullify the business license of Conner Home Improvement. Your prayers are needed, I am my witts end. Please share this with all your friends so they will not get screwed like I did.
