As I described my design idea to Ron and Pat they were able to create a ring that I am extremely happy to own. They know their stuff and from our experience they have humor too. We went in to get an engagement ring resized and they said it could take a few days due to other work. My fiancée was a little sad to let her new ring go for so long since she hadnt shown it off yet. They called us back an hour later and said they got it done for us and it was ready to pickup!
