This is a company to trust even with the most difficult jewelry requests. Their jewelry is great quality reasonal prices and the staff are super amazing well educated on what theyre doing. Basically this company treats your needs as if it was their very own. I JUST LOVE THEM

After viewing the ratings on here I was a bit skeptical about going to this place.But to my surprise all of the staff that I encountered was very friendly, very helpful and understanding due to the fact that this would of been my first ring purchase ever, specially for something that was so expensive. I had a great experience here.Only thing I seen that could of went differently was when an employee was being friendly and talking to my fiancé and I, the associate that I was working with kind of shooed her away rudely and I didn’t like that because she wasn’t bothering us at all and was making the experience even more enjoyable. But overall great service, beautiful rings and very satisfied :)

Worst Jewerly store experience ive had in 30 years. Sells cheap quality and do not care if you have any issue. This store needs to be closed. Terrible and condescending customer service. Another Jeweler in the mall, fixed the problem and got the money I intended to spend at Zales. I will never spend a single dollar here again. If you are at the location when you see this, there are at least 4 better options very near you.

Horrible in- store customer service ( at the Lakeland location). Also, the waiting time for resizing items is very long and their return policy adds one more month until the refund is processed. I am now shopping somewhere else.....I wish I had read some of these reviews before going there as I could identify myself in other peoples equally horrible experience.

Today I experienced the best customer service as you would expect to expect in a jewelry store. Looking for seasonal employment for the opportunity to learn more about working in the jewelry industry. I encountered a team of staff who where outgoing, kind, helpful and informative. I look forward to shopping at Zales.Simply Other jewelry stores in Lakeland do not compare to Zales.

Im beyond upset with the service Ive received here. I took my wedding ring in to be resized. They sent it off and never called when it was ready. Several weeks went by so I called. It was ready so I took the 40 minute drive to pick it up. It was saudered crooked! They had to send it back to get fixed. Then today I went to pick it up again and they said I couldnt because the security gate was down. Its 6:41PM. The mall closes at 7PM. This was never communicated through their voicemail to be there early. The communication with this store is terrible. After I finally get my ring back, Ill definitely not recommend this Zales.

On 08/10/2020 I dropped my rings off at the north Lakeland store so they could send them off to resize them and re rhodium plate them.On 09/11/2020 I went back to the store to pick up my wedding band and engagement ring, but I was only given one back. I asked the associate where my other ring was and she acted like I never gave it to them. I explained I turned in both rings, they were a bridal set and they were turned in to be resized. Why would I only have one resized? I had the paperwork with me from when I turned it in. The associate kept saying I should have two tickets since it was two rings. I said well this is what they gave us and no one said I needed two tickets. After going around in circles with her and being treated like I was a thief, I finally told her to pull their surveillance video. The manager came over and said they did take it and took responsibility for it. She then proceeded to pull the picture of the rings up on their tablet from the day I turned it in. She said I only needed the one ticket since it was a set. She said she’d call whomever was resizing it and rerhodium playing it to see if they still have, but they’d take care of it. She wanted me to leave my engagement ring, but finally agreed to let me take it due to my hesitation since the band was missing.On 9/12/2020 they called my husband to let him know my wedding band was lost. No one knew where it was. Emily, the manager told my husband they sent a claim in to customer service and they’d be following up.Since then my husband has spoken and been overly nice with customer care. We have been patient, far more patient than any other person would be, but after today, my patience has worn thin.Yesterday, 09/28/2020 my husband spoke to customer care. They said they spoke direct to the district or regional manager and that they would have my replacement ring there today. I asked my husband if he was sure because it sounded so simple. He said customer care reassured him it would be there for me to pick up.Today, 09/29/2020 I went back up to zales where I was met by a different associate. She seemed mortified and kept apologizing for the lost band. She went and spoke to the manager whom was on a conference call. The sales associate came back and said that the manager had not heard anything from customer care and they did not have a replacement for me yet. She advised she’d have the manager call my husband once her meeting was over. The manager did call him a little bit later and told him she had the ring, but couldn’t give it to me because she hadn’t been told anything and there was a process.So long story short I’ve been back and forth to the store multiple times, which takes me a good 40-45 minutes to get there in traffic with my toddler, a newborn, and today in the rain. I still have NO ring. This isn’t a 10k ring. It’s a $499 wedding band. It’s not fancy, but it was mine, given to me by my husband the day we got married, and it was paid for.At no fault of my own, my original wedding band is gone. I was treated like a crook. We have been given the run around, literally. I’m still without a replacement, refund, or anything to show other than a .02 piece of paper showing I turned it in. I will eventually have to trek back up to the store with the kids once someone in the company finally figures out what they’re doing.I’m incredibly frustrated and angry at this point and something should have been done way before now.#zales #jewelry #lostweddingring #worstcustomerservice

Terrible customer service. I was helped by an older lady with medium length hair. She acted like it was inconvenient that I was there, but she was the only one not helping anyone else so she had to help me. She was only half listening when I explained what I needed help with and she kept interrupting me, so much that I had to clarify the situation twice, and spell my name slowly five times. She rolled her eyes at me once, and when I explained what another Zales location told me (the mobile location, which was wonderful to us) she shook her head and said, well we cant do that, they shouldnt have told you that and then proceeded to tell me there was nothing she could do about the ring that my husband and I spend almost $700 plus a lifetime warranty plan on. I will not buy from Zales again. Luckily, the manufacturer of the ring said they could in fact replace the ring, so the issue has been resolved. Not by Lakeland Zales, though. The lady was so rude to me I almost cried. She was extremely stuck-up and acted like she didnt want to help me at all.

They do not deserve one star. When my husband went to pick up some Jewelry we ordered online they did not seem interested in helping. Not only did they stare at us as if we were less then them but, when we did finally get help they rushed everything. This is not my first time shopping at Zales. I believe that because my husband looks more hispanic than me they decided to treat us a certain way. I will never shop here again.

I got my first wedding and engagement ring from zales over 5 years ago and wanted to upgrade my engagement ring to a ring that my husband picked out for me but I had misplaced my original papers showing the price for my first engagement ring. When you have the papers then Zales will give you full price for what you originally payed as long as you buy a more expensive ring. Well the manager Emily was so courteous and lovely. The manager went above and beyond to find my old paperwork and contact me and then my husband went online and picked out a gorgeous ring so when I called Emily they had one on display so she sat the ring aside for me. Everything was wonderful and I am very pleased with zales. Also you get a lifetime guarantee and diamond bond on everything. We also got 20 percent off and no interest for 12 months on our payment plan.

Usually a good place except I bought my wife a very expensive ring for Christmas, and they sent a letter to my house about the purchase and totally ruined the surprise. To me that is just money thrown down the drain. All I got was an apology and them telling me I should have known. Unacceptable.

Called ahead of time for a ring to be put to the side and I was assured that it would be.. Came in to the store and no one knew where the ring was, apparently they didnt put it aside. Irresponsible jewelry store. I dont reccomend it at all.

I was treated with the upmost interest when my fiance and I were purchasing my expensive engagement ring. However! each time that the ring has had to be returned to the store for stones falling out; which has now been three times in just one year the staff are less and less friendly. The ring is gone for 4 to 6 weeks each time. It feels as if the ring is in for repair more than on my finger. The staff are rude to my face and over the phone. I have had bad customer service from Kathy and Emily! Im not happy at all. The ring is a big disappointment and so is Zales!!!

This location does not even get ONE star from me. Its a long story, but the manager on dusty yesterday at around 3:00pm was horribly rude, sarcastic and completly ignorant to what she was doing or trying to do. The sales associate Trina was AMAZING and was apologizing for her managers behavior. This manager was talking loudly about the mistake that her sales associate made infront of other customers this associate was helping, interuppted the associate while she was talking to customers to ask her why she did this and that. She falseified a date of purchase on my account, used scare tatics and was very very rude. I returned a ring that was purchased for me, becasue when I called to see if they could send it away to be fixed(as the prongs stuck out and was very sharp) they said no and if I wasnt happy wiht it bring it back. I brought it back, fully intending to purchase another ring another time with my husband present. They returned it and then called me back into the store after I was half way to my car because there was a boo boo. Thge manager stated I was way out of my 60 days (infact corporate was able to verify I purchased the ring on Dec 3RD, not the 11/25/16 date they were telling me) So I was well withing my 60 days to return. But regardless corporate also said I have longer than that per Zales policy and that the store can say 60 but that is not the case. Either way, they created a case number for said store and coorporate is highly highly angry with this location. I will NEVER go back there.. EVER
