100% the very best customer service. Do let the boutique shop fool you. Just about anything you could possibly need/want they have. I love calling/messaging/Facebooking in something I am looking for and within minutes I get a text with a picture is this what you are looking for? The answer is always YES that is exactly it. Pay over the phone and curbside pick-up. OH, and shipping.... Why yes, they will ship anywhere, anything, anytime. I cannot brag enough about my favorite hometown shop.

Store is very well kept and the sales associates were the right kind of helpful. They discovered my needs, took me to the area where my items were, and then left me to shop. Didnt feel pressured into a sale or hovered over like I was going to try and nab something. Excellent variety of the more popular name brands... Vera Bradley, Lilly Pulitzer, Alex and Ani, etc.

Buyer beware!!! 3 days after purchasing a necklace as a gift. The gift was found to be a duplicate. Both purchased from Yates & Hagan. The stores company policy is absolutely no returns. Still in box, bag and with receipt. And small business wonders why its hard to do business against bigger chain stores!!?? Super unsatisfied, not any where close to a good customer service model. Obviously more profit-driven than customer friendly. Lost a long time customer that typically tries to shop towards small business.

The ladies are always there to help answer any questions you may have or help you to pick out that perfect item your looking for. I love the quality of the items in the store and some things will just make you smile.

My wife loves(d) your store. We have purchased everything from swell bottles to yetis here. I too make purchases as well. We were in your store last month and I specifically asked if you had both size sports caps for the swell bottle. I was told yes. I purchased the one for the larger bottle however I was told I could not purchase the one for the smaller bottle because someone had called that morning and “inquired” about it. They never even said they would be in to purchase it. The manager then took it from me and hid it and said they were out of stock. HORRIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL. Needless to say I will make sure my wife nor myself ever steps foot in your retail location as well. We have told several friends of ours about this and they have agreed to never step foot back in your store as well as to spread the word of how unprofessional your manager is. I was astonished when this happened. Lost a customer forever 😞

Needed mothers day gift, found them on line for Alex and Ani jewelry. Very busy but pleasant staff. They are following covid 19 rules, so bring your mask. I was impressed with all the great gifts they had, even had hand sanitizer. I will be back.

Lovely store. There are many different and unique pieces I havent seen anywhere else. The staff is great... the only thing was the return policy was not clearly stated. They only do store credit, but luckily there are lots of cute things!

Went to shop with my mother. Have purchased Brighton jewelry in this store previously. There were 4 sales people. One asked if we needed help, but then became busy with another customer and never came back. The other 3 were too busy talking to each other to be bothered to help us. Very snooty younger sales people. Will not be back.

I bought a pair of flip flops for my mom this afternoon and they didnt fit her. Keep in mind I payed with cash. I went to go return them because they didnt fit her correctly and they gave me store credit. I understand that on the receipt it says no refunds but my friend went into the store once and she payed with cash as well and she got all of her cash back. Overall they have cute stuff but they do not do refunds!

Buyers beware... they don’t offer any sort of refund even with your original receipt. I bought my husband a gift for our anniversary. After he opened it we realized we already had the item. Literally, two days after purchasing the gift we took it back in to get a refund with the original receipt just to be told they don’t offer refunds. Very disappointed.
