Went to Pac Sun today at Lakeside Village and they were supposed to close at 7pm and they were already closed and locked up at 6:30pm. They young girl working started laughing as we tugged on the door. Not cool Pac Sun!

I visited Pac Sun 2 weeks ago looking for a present for my granddaughter. Needless to say, I, at 74 yrs of age, was the oldest person in the store and only knew the brand name she wanted. The nicest young man came over and asked if he could help me. He could not have been more helpful and friendly! After reading some reviews, I was a bit apprehensive but left the store a happy granny and plan to return soon.

Its ok, very expensive and not much to look at. They do have buy one get one, but the price for a tiny tee was $24!!

This place is so rude and awful. I’d give them zero stars if I could. I didn’t even step two feet in the Lakeland lakeside store and they yelled at me to get out because I wasn’t wearing a mask. It was Wednesday at 2:45pm. Where is the kindness these days?? I respect other people wearing masks, but it doesn’t give those people the right to act like that.

Called and asked if they were open and was told yes and after driving 25 minutes to get there the girl employee was going on “break” and wasn’t opening for another hour. Bad customer service.

Favorite clothes and great deals! The customer service though is not the friendliest.

Currently, on the store and the manager and her workers are arm wrestling. We were not greeted or asked if we needed any help. Had to interrupt their arm wrestling match for someone to unlock the dressing room.
