This place is the only Metro I go to. Great customer service. The guy reminds me of Vinnie from Jersey shore. He is awesome very knowledgeable.

The guy that runs the joint is also the same Nguyen that left the last review and reminds himself of Vinny from Jersey Shore. Very funny. Also very obnoxious, condescending, and is just Gods gift to everything apparently. My ONE experience there was awful, treated very rudely, almost like I was a complete idiot. I own and use a cell phone, I dont run a cell phone business. I know how to hit numbers and talk. I needed help and advice, not arrogance like I was holding up your salon time. I will never go back. You lost not only my business that day, but every future sale, and the business of everyone I know. This is NOT the only Metro in town.

New Manager (guy with the cool haircut) very knowledgeable and attentive.

My wife went there to purchase a phone for our son, the phone was listed on line for 179 but you could get a mail in rebate of 50 back, but there was a caption below that said or go to the store for instant rebate. Anyway phone ended up being 173. The lady, if you can call her that, told my wife that was a price for new service only, but again the ad does not say that at all. I called them when I got home and the girl that answered said I explained to her that the phone should have been 129 per the web site, she said well as soon as you put it in your cart the price will be 179, and I said right, but you get a mail in rebate or it says to go to the store for instant rebate, once I said that she says well if you are going to yell at me then I am going to hang up and before I could say anything else she hung up. I called back and basically got the same treatment, needless to say that I will be down there first thing in the morning getting a full refund....I will never do business with this store and probably not any other metro store unless they are company owned stores. Rudest people, I wonder if Metro PCS knows who is representing them in the market place, Also does the owner of this establishment know how his employees are treating the customers. I will make sure that I tell everyone that I know about this store and not to go there and I will share on facebook as much as I can..

Sold us some crap phones. No advice, bad service

Worst experience of my life. Associates were rude and gave me a hard time. Will never go there again. Associates should not be in customer service business. They are both racist.
