Terrible, terrible experience with NEWGEN motors. I was basically sold a dead Honda Fit for double or more the price that it is worth. I had to pay almost $4,000 extra in repairs (pcm, spark plugs, ignition coils, etc.) on top of the original price of the car within a span of not even 2 months of owning the car. Keep in mind that I was told that the car was fully serviced before purchasing it, which meant that spark plugs and ignition coils should not have needed to be changed within less than 2 months of owning the car, but that was not the case. They will steal your money and run with it! Do NOT get caught in their business.

Weve been searching for months for a used car for our son and didnt have a large budget. We visited several dealers from Tampa to Orlando and were always hesitant to pull the trigger as the places did not look like they were taken care of. If the place was not kept up then we can imagine the cars were not either or atleast presentable, but its what you expect, I guess. NewGen was not the case. Didnt feel like a used car dealer, the cars we tested were in great clean shape. Steve is amazing, laid back, no hassle, wants you happy kind of guy. It was a pleasure dealing with him. Well need another car soon and we know where to get it.😊

Reviewing the inventory i see a few that you could do better on price, they have been on the lot a long time and not the best of shape for the year or price, guess we shall see how covid finishes up and if the mitsubishi pick up sells ..been there at least 4 months 2007 for 8k ...banged up, fogged lens...

He keeps his word. A month later my AC stopped blowing cold and it was still under warranty, so he told me where to take it and got it fixed. This was hands down my best experience at a car dealership. I live nearly 3 hours north of Lakeland and found the vehicle on their website. I called and Frank was super helpful. He provided all the information, Carfax, and even extra photos of the vehicle I requested. They even put the vehicle I was interested in on hold for 24 hours because I live out of town. I arrived the next day in my trade-in vehicle and was greeted by Steve, who was an absolute pleasure to work with. I most definitely would not recommend this place I was a cosigner for my sons vehicle which she started having problems with barely three months in to purchasing it needed transmission work by the time the warranty on the transmission need a new transmission work overheating no I’m the cosigner on this account so someone explain to me whyI was not contacted before this vehicle was put into a repossession status and re-Po’ed without ever even contacting me to let me know and be aware of the situation and then doesn’t give me an option to pick it up without paying a repo fee or bring it current with it being as far behind as it was I wanna know why I was never contacted and made aware of this situation definitely not want to recommend

Kind workers. Only car place ive been to that will work with you on payments. They dont like having your car towed. Theyll call you alot before they resort to it. If you have a problem with making a payment, call and let them know when you can pay. Quality cars, quality pricing.
