Well first off my car was bumped in the beginning but is was a minor cosmetic my fault. But it didn’t cause all my lights to turn on after 1 week of having the car. Oil check, check power steering, tire pressure, their response go into settings restart it 😂 bro doesn’t change the fact it needs oil change and tires changed. The break pads needed to be changed and they did fix that. 2 weeks later my car wouldn’t start the starter went out I called about it. They said because my car had been bumped it caused my starter to fail. My bumper was a little damaged not my whole car. Then they said we’ll pay for only to text me back can you go half on it. I went half on it and 3 days later it’s doing the same thing. I haven’t texted them back told them they can come get it. It’s been 3 months haven’t heard from them still waiting for the pick up.

We dealt with Luis and the owner directly and I honestly wouldn’t recommend any other dealership but this one. They treated us GREAT, worked with our budget and were very accommodating. Most of all they were very humble, respectful and treated us like family. We weren’t pressured to purchase something we didn’t want. So I went here to look at a 07 mustang, let me tell you these guys, especially Luis, were absolutely top tier. My car blew its engine on Thursday. Luis had me in that Mustang by Saturday. Friendly, genuine, and actually care about how you feel in the car hes selling you. Automatically you know he wants a lifetime customer and he just got one today. By far the best place to buy a car!!! I got a 2012 Chevy Cruz from here and I wasn’t approved for it at first, the manager knew how bad I wanted it so he worked for three days making sure he could get me approved for this car.. not too many people will do that!! They’re seriously the best place ever!

This place is a joke.i tried to pay my bill multiple times and they never ever answered the phone or gave us a call back.they took my car even though i did everything my efforts to pay my bill. this place is trash. if i could give it zero stars i would.

These guys are amazing!! My fiancee and i literally walked in after going to many places then looked online and found this place, i was about to give up hope to be honest. Then we walked in, told him about my situation about my current car and the motor blowing in it after owning it for only 5 months he said say no more! Gave us different sets of keys for me to go fine a vehicle that i liked and i left that day with my 07 dodge nitro! I love it and i have nothing but good things to say about them! I had to give ABC Auto five stars. Luis was very helpful and extremely nice. I was turned down by so many place I start to give up, when a co-worker told me about them. I told Luis I had poor credit and was turned down by so many other places, he insured me to give him a try and guarantee to get me into something. Before he even began the procces he called me and said he has the perfect car for me, that he can see me in this car and he was going to get me approved. In the back of my mind I was like dont get excited Folisha. He keep in contact with me every step of the way. And the next day I got the call the car was mine. I didnt have all the money the bank wanted for a deposit, but Luis worked his magic and Im riding home today in my car and it look damn good. THIS PLACE IS A RIPOFF DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM. ON AUG.23RD I PURCHASED A 2007 BUICK TERRAZA FROM THEM REVIEWED THE CAR CHECKED ALL WEBSITES AND EVEN CALLED THE LOCAL HIGHWAY AND SAFETY TO CHECK THE VIN. AFTER WE PURCHASED THE CAR WE STOPPED AT THE STORE NOT EVEN 20 MIN AND THE KEY WE WERE GIVEN DIDNT MATCH THE LOCKS ON THE CAR. THEY PROMISED TO TAKE CARE OF IT I HAD TO PAY FOR THE LOCKSMITH MYSELF. THE NEXT DAY WE TAKE THE CAR BACK TO THEM ABOUT THE LOCKS THEY ASK IF WE CAN GO HALF ON THE KEY. AFTER GETTING THE KEY WE DRIVE THE CAR HOME AND A HOUR LATER THE CAR WOULDNT START. WE CALLING AND CALLING NO ANSWER A LITTLE AFTER 5PM THE LADY FROM THE OFFICE CALLS AND APOLOGIZES AND PROMISES THEY WILL COME GET THE CAR ON MONDAY WHICH WOULD HAVE BEEN 27TH. WELL HERE IT IS A WEEK LATER AND THEY HAVE NOT ANSWERED OUR CALLS OR CALLED US BACK. WE WENT UP TO THE LOT AND THE DOOR IS LOCKED BUT THEY SAY THEY ARE OPENED FROM 9-7. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. Worst bunch of liars there is. Sold my brother a 2003 Mitsubishi Lancer for me. A little over 3 months since the purchase service engine soon came on. Took it to an honest mechanic catalytic converter, 02 sensor front axle is so bad it is unsafe to drive. Rear wheel is so bad from defective wheel bearings it is wobbling and wheel is about to come off. Front brakes are clear down to the rotor. This car was represented as a good car with no issues by Mr Diaz. Some good car to the tune of 1600 in issues.
