Great place to do business. When I dropped my truck off at the body shop, I warned Preston about my door handle coming loose, just so he knew it wasnt something that happened while it was there. He and the guys in the body shop went above and beyond by fixing the handle at no extra charge. This is a business that really cares about helping their customers. I highly recommend these guys.

Amazing company and staff! I just purchased my second car from this dealership, originally being there in 2015, my car sales man Clark was still there and greeted me by name at the door when I went back for my second car! Darryl Jones was a fun & amazing salesman and made the time we were there fly by! A big shout out to David the manager, who bought us lunch while we waited for the car to be detailed! Andrea the finance manager knew her stuff and was so personable. The whole car buying experience was glorious! We purchased a new Outback less then 2 years ago. Now with almost 90,000 miles we couldnt have made a better decision on the vehicle or dealership! From oil changes and tire rotations to replacement windshield and calibration they have always provided excellent service! They are well over an hour from us but well worth the drive. I have been to many dealership where the customer service representatives are nice in that they are cool, but you can tell they are nice because they are supposed to be. The people here at Cannon, whether its the customer service representatives or the service workers are genuinely nice and are concerned with each of their customers. Every time Im there, I leave happy and not feel like Ive somehow been tricked into or cheated out of something. Your service department is absolutely the worst for warranty work! Jon you’re a little New York attitude after you had my truck for a day and a half and made me come down to show the tech what it was doing and he couldn’t find a problem and as soon as I got there I showed you and the problem happened and you wanted me to let him to try to fix it then no thanks I’ll take it to a more qualified Regal automotive there is a reason they are so busy and you guys are like a ghost town. Anyone wanting information I have pictures I’ll be glad to send how they couldn’t fix it and did nothing but take it to regal and they fixed it thanks regal automotive for having qualified technicians!! PS Jon they washed my truck that got cover full of grass clippings as you amid it to getting your grass cut that day as you lie straight to my face and told me they washed my truck then offered to rinse it off when you seen it!

Car buying has got to be my least favorite chore on the planet. Thanks to Todd Kingman at Cannon Automotive group, that certainly was not the case today. After finding out my specific needs, Todd found me a vehicle with a built-in air ionizer, reduced noise and plenty of room to haul things...effectively meeting all of my specifications. He also took the time to familiarize me with my vehicles unique features and how to use them. Getting the car financed in-house was a breeze and took much less time than I anticipated. I got exactly what I wanted at the price I wanted. They even threw in free car washes and free oil changes for the lifetime of the vehicle! With service like this, I probably wont wait 16 years to buy my next vehicle like I did with this one. Thanks Todd & Cannon for a great car buying experience!

They only wanted to give me 500 below NADA ROUGH trade in. I put over $2500 in rims and tires on this vehicle. I went to 4 other dealers and all gave at least 2k more and I thought that was too low. Will never go there in the future. I gave 3 stars instead of 1 just because they save me a trip to their dealership.

I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND you letting them touch your car. Here is my experience with Cannon Buick in Lakeland: I purchased my car from Cannon Buick, but before even going to Buick for the first time, I had taken a screen shot of the car for sale on their site (with the list price). After test driving, I decided that was the car for me. They attempted charging me a couple thousand more than the original list price. I asked them why the price was different and he came up with excuses then asked if I had the screen shot, so I showed him the screenshot. They did end up dropping the price back down to the original price that they had posted. I began having electrical issues with my car so since my car was under warranty, I ended up having it serviced there (unfortunately). Service Visit #1: In November 2017, I took the car back to Buick in hopes they would let me know what was wrong with it. This was less than a year after purchase when I began having issues - the steering wheel would lock up and the radio would completely shut off whenever I: turned the wheel, put on my bright lights on or anytime I went over any bumps (such as railroad tracks).They had my car for a couple days and called me to saying it was simply the battery (I was still under warranty, so it was covered). Service Visit #2: In April 2018, I scheduled an appointment for an oil change. I waited in their lobby while they had my car for oil change. About an hour in the Service Rep came to me saying they found a few things that they recommend fixing/addressing. They wanted to up sale me on a bunch of BS. The most comical one - they wanted to charge me over $100 for cleaning out leaves under my hood. I asked why cleaning out leaves would be so costly and she said because of the special machine they used that also helps get rid of any mold that might be there.” Lol of course I did not let them do any of that since it was completely ridiculous. I shouldve known that they were useless after that visit. Well, here we are a little less than 11 months later (from when my battery issue was fixed) and THE EXACT SAME ISSUES are reoccurring. I called Buick Service department and explained the issue, he said he made notes and then I scheduled an appointment to take my car over there. I showed up about 10 min prior to my appt and the Service Rep I talked to said oh, youre here for an oil change, correct? I replied no and again stated all the issues I had been having with my car. I also explained to her that 11 months ago they said it was the battery and told her I believed the battery they put in is bad. The Service Rep let me know that its probably a different issue (Haha!), so I said “ok, so you never really fixed the issue then if my 11 month old battery isn’t bad” and she said no you would have known within a couple weeks of it being replaced, if the battery wasnt the issue, so its probably something else. Mind you shes saying this without anyone even looking at my car. She let me know that they could look at my car, but since it was not under warranty no matter what they did it would cost something. Which, I’m not okay with since either 1) the battery was not the issue or 2) they gave me a bum battery. She didn’t even know an approximation of how long they would have my car to “look at it.” I decided not to leave my car there since they clearly couldnt fix the issue the 1st time (11mos prior), plus they had no idea how long they would need my car to “look at it” and I didnt want to leave my car there a 2nd time for a few days just so they could dink around. Quick recap: While under warranty Buick claimed it was my battery that needed to be replaced. Now that I am not under warranty they suspect its a different issue and has nothing to do with the battery. Personally, I prefer to have my car serviced at places I feel are ethical. Based on my experience I would not recommend Lakeland Cannon Buick.

A wonderful family owned dealership. Their sales personal are knowledgeable and are not pushy. They also honor their commitment. They promised to fix something at the time of our signing. They actually sent a driver with a loaner car to our work, a few days later and picked up our recently purchased certified pre-owned car. They fixed our problem and returned our car washed and fueled up within a couple of days. Their selection of used cars is nice and are of good quality. There is a definite different feeling dealing with this type of dealership and its a good different.

Overpriced and under-delivered service. Their version of 60k service for a Subaru Forester was almost twice what an independent service center quoted but did not include oil and filter change. It did include an unnecessary air / fuel intake service, multiple grease stains on the front seat and a strange new smell coming from the engine compartment.

If your looking for a car from a reputable dealership you must visit Clark at Cannon Buick Cadillac in Lakeland. They have a wide selection of both new and used autos and go out of their way to satisfy their customers. Our salesman, Clark, goes the extra mile without pressure to get the customer what they want. He spent an hour after we bought our car explaining every little option available, even downloading apps to our phone even though it was near closing time. We love our car, our salesman and Cannon.

I submit a request for price watch updates in November for a particular vehicle. Began receiving several emails from Jim in the internet sales department however when I would respond to the emails he never responded. First bad sign.So after a month of that I came into the dealership to see the vehicle in person and test drive it. Was immediately greeted by salesperson Burt. I noticed inconsistencies in the website description and was advised that car gurus doesnt give accurate info for their vehicles? however when I went directly onto cannons website to compare they also listed features that the vehicle did not actually have. Misleading. I still chose to move forward.Provided my info for financing and requested the finance info and quote be emailed to me because I could not stay.Over the next few days I sent several emails requesting updates and asking more questions on the vehicle and financing. The salesperson only answered the easy questions and ignored my other questions. And this is only after emailing again asking for updates on status of responding to my original emails and the paperwork they said they would be sending so that I could move forward with the purchase.Since then two things have happened. They sold the vehicle and didnt tell me (I just found out through the automated email from when I originally signed up for the price watch) and I now have hard inquiries from three different lenders showing on my credit report.Cannons follow up and customer service is seriously lacking and disappointing. Complete waste of time and they didnt even bother telling me the car had already sold before dragging me along for days of emailing and waiting.

I brought a 2014 Nissan pathfinder from this dealership in December. This is a great dealership with very competitive pricing. I got the best deal for my car at this dealership. Me and my wife had been looking for a decent family SUV for 3 days and visited several dealership in Tampa, Ocala and Lakeland. There are several dealerships in the area which compete for pricing and this dealership offered best pricing for the make and model in the entire central Florida region.If you happen to visit this dealership, ask for Emmett Hall who is the Sales & Leasing Consultant. I was really tired by the salesman pitch at various dealerships who try so hard to sell vehicles. But Emmett did not try to sell anything to us and just showed us the car and make our own judgement. He was knowledgeable and answered all our questions adequately when asked. And when we liked the car and wanted to buy it he made his best effort to get us the best deal possible.
