Very friendly and helpful staff. The sommelier knows his trade. Good selection of wines by country. Their selection of European wines is good but not as extensive as Total Wines which is a long drive for me.

Staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Very efficient but still have time to be friendly. Only two wearing masks so I will probably find a more caring store if I can or be there at opening. I wanted some ideas about wines but definitely no masks in that area. Sad really. Six stars except for that.

Im conflicted as normally I love ABC. Tonight I come in and see a couple of carts with snacks on sale. All of them are past the expiration date. Is that even legal? And are you that hard up for 99 cents? Its very disappointing to me as a consumer.

Very helpful employees. This is our local liquor store, great perks. Although the program just changed and now youre required to enter your information every time which is tedious. Some not all Gluten Free items labeled. Very clean. Wide selection of liquors, craft beers, and wine. Regular wine / liquor tastings.

I gave you a two because you have a wide selection of alcohol but I would have given you a one star based on your rewards program. It may very well in fact be the worst rewards program in all of america. You allow people to get a certain number of points then you take them away by giving them a $5 coupon but require them to buy $35 or more which puts them in a state of excessive alcohol consumption. But if they dont use it in 2 weeks you cancel the value of those points. There is no program in America that is as bad as this one. You should really think about changing it and following something similar to Chick-fil-A or Starbucks points

I walked in today looking for a last minute gift basket for a work event and ending up working with Jena on it.Jena was incredibly helpful. I gave her a budget and a few ideas of who this was going to be presented to and we went from there. She was knowledgeable and knew what she was looking for which made things easy.She helped me pick out the wines for the basket as well as snacks to go with it and then she put everything together, shrink wrapped it for me, and I was good to go!Very glad I went and Ill certainly be back to build more of these baskets!

The ladies at ABC took the time to go in back and locate some Red Stag and bring it out for me. I appreciate them for going the extra mile.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Who ever was at the register Today around 11am and 12pm was extremely rude and disrespectful to my son and I. He wouldnt help us find the drink we were looking for and gave us dirty looks. And finally when we came to pay, he asked if we were sure we could afford the drink! Unbelievable.

Very helpful staff for a non drinker purchasing for family who are specific. The customers appeared pleased with the layout, abundance of products, prices, and cool novelty gift items. The COVID-19 guidelines were followed strictly and I didn’t feel like a child like in other retail stores due to ABC respecting Adults can read AND Follow directions; meaning I wasn’t bothered or told anything negative. In fact, staff helped me with my purchases by taking them to the counter since I did not get a cart. That is awesome customer service. This is definitely a fantastic place for spirits, beer, those spritzer beverages, prepared shots, special sales, and local products! And I am not a drinker yet I have a supportive nature for local economy. Gifts are going to look different now that I’ve discovered this place. Oh, the wine selection looks overwhelming for a person who knows nothing about vino. Check it out.

I was in last night for the first time, I never knew this location existed. I was amazed at how big the selection is. I spoke with the young man with the beard, I believe his name was Brad or Brian. That guy was an absolute delight to talk to. Attentive customer service, he approached me with a smile, and he was so passionate and informative about the different types of beer in the selection as well as the bourbons. I look forward to making this my new go to location.

Its a big store with a huge selection. Not like your average liquor store its very clean and organized and the prices are great. The staff is super helpful and friendly. If youre looking for wine or pretty much any alcohol this store is lovely. And for all that great service the alcohol is probably even cheaper than the liquor store (depending on the store) with a larger selection.

I stopped in here to get a specific bottle of spirits, however, they did not have it in stock. I spoke with the clerk and they said they could order it for me. They were friendly and courteous. The store is clean but very large. The aisles are marked with the different types of liquor which helps. My order arrived about one week later and I was promptly contacted by one of the staff members to come pick it up. I would recommend this store, but youll need to ask for help to find your specific bottle of liquor due to the size of the store.

Ran in for a couple mini alcohol bottles and had no idea where to look. Within less than a minute an employee approached me and helped me find what I needed. Very friendly employees and a wide selection of booze.

ABC Fine Wine & Spirits was a great find when I visited Lakeland looking for drinks for the weekend. The staff was attentive and willing to help me with my purchases. They recommend several other options instead of the normal brands. Theres something for everyone when it comes to your taste.I will return on my next visit to see whats new and join the rewards program.

How this store has 4.5 stars is beyond me. Has a great selection, great location, worst customer service. Im in customer service and Ive actually asked cashiers if they have lost their voice. No hello, no how are you, no did you find everything okay. Nothing. I go across the street to Walgreens and pay more when I have the time simply because they appreciate their customers

This is a nice ABC Liquer store. They have a good selection of liquer and cigars. The store is clean and well organized. I dont feel intimidated or out of place shopping here. When I occasionally stop in to buy my husband a cigar, it is not an uncomfortable experience like it can be in some shops where I am either followed too closely or treated like I dont know what I doing. If I dont know, Ill ask. One time recently, I did ask. The person helping me was very nice and knew a lot about cigars and specifically the information that I was seeking. It is always a good experience when I shop here.

Love this place. They have a great selection of liquor including wine and beer and the prices are good. Only one complaint one or two of the cashiers werent too friendly maybe they were having an off day. They have a good selection of snacks and mixers as well.

I give this ABC store in Lakeland 5 stars!! Without question the best customer service and staff in Polk County! All of the staff is helpful and attentive and ready to help the second you walk in the door. Tyler, Brittany and Kim the new store manager there are all very good at their jobs and care so much for their customers and the best interest of ABC. The prices are very reasonable especially with today’s competitive market. This store has the best selection and does tastings and sales all of the time. Go check them out!! You will not be disappointed.

The store seems clean and well stocked....shopped for about everything except beer. If they were out of a sale item, they could tell you when the stock would be replenished! This is my go to liquor store- the employees are kind and the prices/deals are incredibly good! They also have wine tastings and other fun activities planned sometimes so thats a huge perk!

They care about my Dog. She is a Staffy and not always welcome by some, but the Lakeland SPCA shows no discrimination and actually seem to love by girl Sophie. They get me in as soon as possible. Ask the right questions and actually listen to your answers. We have been there a lot and will continue to support them because they support us.

Big fans ABC. This is a company, that for the most part, does it really really well. I think they may be missing a few high-end small batch Bourbon but other than that I think they have an awesome selection. Its your go to stop in Lakeland for spirits

What a great experience. I walked in here looking for a specific bottle of wine that they did not have, and left with wine that tasted so much better than what I was looking for. Bill showed me around the wine part of the store and told me about some wines that were popular. Ultimately I walked out with such a great wine! Thanks for your time Bill! You were right on. :)

Good selection on spirits and beer, but won’t buy beer there again. Got a few cans that were close to a year old and had gone bad. For premium prices I should at least get a fresher product.
