Good collection of hair and wigs. I bought 2 wigs and loved loved both. They both fitted very well to My small head. Some of the prices has jumped over the years but you get what you pay for.

A clean, relaxing environment with customer service thats an A+ in my book. A punch card where after you spend a certain amount, you get something for free. It would rev up business.

This store is always clean and has great inventory but that is ALL! Staff is very unprofessional. Every time I have visited this establishment they are either on the phone or in deep conversation among themselves. I also feel like Im being forcibly baptized the entire time Im shopping. Its very inconsiderate and narcissistic to have gospel music playing so patrons are FORCED to listen to it. Religion and politics should be left out of the workplace! I would rather pay $1 more and go down the street to a competitor.

They may have a lot of products, but professionalism is lacking in this store. The employees were on their phones and did not offer to help. I asked for assistance finding something and explained that I couldn’t see (I’m blind) and they didn’t help and were rude. I thought maybe it was just me and had a family member go into the store and she experienced the same treatment. The employees shouted at her for not seeing the product instead of politely grabbing it or pointing it out.I have gone to this store for years and am now seeing this attitude from the employees from this shop. I won’t be returning. The lack of professionalism is disappointing.

Can’t understand any of the bad reviews here. The owner is so polite, kind and welcoming into his store. The woman there is always able to find what I am looking for and will only ship here and beauty land from now on.

These are some extraordinary business women who are very knowledgeable of the business and product. I came in to get hair for my kinky twist. Prices ares decent every young lady that I came in contact was very polite. From the beautiful young lady at the register who helped me pick out a good color for hair for my skin tone to the two ladies in the back who can assist you with styles of wigs. Their return policy is noted on the receipt and for good reason. These ladies are awesome and I am looking forward to giving them more of my money!!!

Poor customer serviceIt truly is my own fault for even choosing this store. The workers were a little standoffish and that should have been my first clue. I bought a pretty expensive wig and should not have allowed the worker there to cut the lace because she jacked it up so bad. I called back within the next 12 hours asking for some kind if help and they told me it was my fault, and that I should have paid more attention before I left the store. I am very dissatisfied with my purchase and would like a refund. They just took my money, and cut my lace and it looks terrible. Not sure how i’m going to fix it, but I’m stuck with it now, but if you’re going to purchase from this store make sure you take a very hard look at your product and never ever allow anyone who works at that store to cut your lace.

Customer service is everything to me. This hair store just does not have that. Not at the least inviting when entering...I would suggest Kathleen rd. hair store. Definitely wont spend my money at Youngs when I can go elsewhere and be treated with respect and like my money matter.

Their return policy isnt customer friendly. Bought a wig, took home tried on. Didnt like it. My receipt said returns in 7 days. On the 7th day I went to return. Was then told, no return on wigs, weaving hair, extensions, etc. Excuse me! What are you excepting back in returns, since this is WHAT YOURE SELLING! Also was told its on your receipt. However, you dont get the receipt until you pay and get out of the store.Ive never shopped there and DEFINITELY wont get any return business from me and Ill also warn all my friends and family of their business practices.

They have a great selection of hair supplies and a plethora of wigs. The women that worked there were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They answered all of our questions and helped us quickly find just the right wig.

They got all I want. This store is wonderful!!! I am all about big hair and curls so choosing a shorter more relaxed style was a gamble....that paid off! Carefree curls and an awesome cut works for my super high cheekbones lol. Many compliments on the color and style! Great change! Id recommend shopping this store in your collection!

They are always friendly,very informative, hundreds of supplies and best quality hair hands down! They now are open on Sundays! Thank God for Young Beauty Supply who have been serving me over 20 years!
