Yesterday was my first time in a Sephora store. I am new to make up (38 years old) and I was clueless as to what I needed. Makara saw me looking around a bit confused. She came straight over to help. I told her what I was looking for and she walked me through the store helping me find the products I needed. She stayed with me from start to finish! She answered all questions that I had without making me feel like a burden. She was so happy and eager to help. I felt like I was important and right where I belonged. This will be the only store I will use for my makeup needs from here on out. I had my 11 year old daughter with me and she was anxious and talking Makaras ear off and she made my daughter feel important, which really meant alot to me. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. I will be back to see you guys soon!

Clean and very friendly. Ariana was an absolute doll very knowledgeable guessed my shade by looking at me! as a black women people are always trying to give me lighter colors but she took the time to ask me what I wanted out of my coverage and find the fit best for my skin tone ! Definitely coming back!

Good location, because it is small, it is easy to find help from an employee. For a beginner its a great place to start as it is not too overwhelming. Staff here is polite and pretty helpful. The only thing is they dont give samples with every purchase like when you order from online, which is eh. But overall Ive had good experiences here. Wish they would have more events!!

Absolutely horrible customer service. I stood in line for 20 minutes behind someone who was having issues with a gift card but no other associate wanted to go to the other register and help. I asked for a sample of perfume and the lady said “there are no sample bottles for this” and walked away. It’s almost every single time I go in and try to get help they don’t want to help but when I don’t want the help they smother me. Learn customer service. Will not be going back. Ulta is much better anyway

Customer service was awesome!! I felt bad I kept asking for assistance. And I wasnt lead in a direction in which I wasnt looking..Taylor just answered my questions, showed me where to look, even helped me out w trying things out!! I have shopped many yrs for makeup and never had such a GR8 experience...I will be going back AND RECOMMEND to anyone looking for their new or updated makeup!! As a VIB Rouge(top tier rewards member), I spend a ridiculous amount of money in this store but with each visit I become more and more disenchanted. The staff is less than helpful and unwilling to do much but work the registers even when youre the only soul in the store. Lord help you if you need a product for a specific problem because youll get a blank stare. Heaven forbid I need a foundation that wont melt off in the sauna that is Florida summers...or that wont crack like paint (Estee Lauder double wear). They call themselves MUAs but its just a front. Do your research before shopping here.

Horrible Customer Service! If you have a return or any issues please just have a receipt. Because if you dont the employees here apparently cant do much besides act like they work for Gamestop! Meaning that even though they do have a policy for returns without a receipt, the only option the Sephora employee offered me was to trade-in the palette I was trying to return, back to them for just $19.00. Back story: I was trying to return a gift. My wonderful friend gifted me the Fenty Galaxy Palette but I just cant handle all that glitter. Looks like my friend got the palette on sale for $49. Needless to say my friend and I will be having a girls date some time in the near future where well be going back to the store with receipt in hand to return the palette and get our money back and then go spend it at Ulta!

Was kind of shocked by the lack of customer service,I usually shop at Mac so I’m not accustomed to not being greeted upon entrance in a store.One lady was short answering my question which is why I did give two stars but other than that they suck.Hopefully another Sephora comes closer to my house with better customer service driven employees.
