I had a great experience. The guys were very communicative and explained everything they needed to do and why then showed me when I came to pick up my car. Honest and good prices. Overall a great place I will definitely use again.

I came to the shop on 07/12/2021 around 08:20 AM to check on a starter that I installed. It was making a screeching noise when I turned it on. So I left it with Arturo to diagnose it. So he called me back 7 minutes later to come back and that he figured my issue. When I returned he shows me with a flashlight that the casing that connects transmission to the starter was broken and that why it made that noise. He told me I would have to replace the whole transmission casing and he told me he does not believe they sell it. So he advised me to either sell my car or trade it in! He then charged me a 65 dollar diagnosis fee. I feel that was unfair. 65 dollar to use a flashlight and no other tools and it only took him 7 minutes. I had my doubts about the diagnosis. So I exchanged the starter I bought to a new starter. That fixed my issue right away. I used him a few times in years passed and had no issues. I wont be coming back!

Did my front brakes and they were making noises took it back to get them checked and see what the issue may been then they try to tell me the noise was coming from my back drums when its clear the noise is the front brakes 🤷🏾‍♂️🤦🏿‍♂️✌️

Arturo and Nelson are the best! Theyve done major work on my Chevy and they stand firm on their estimates. They use the best parts and always show me the old parts. The work area is open and clean. The waiting room is comfortable. I highly recommend them.

Arturo and team are awesome, price and service are reaaaally good and he will tell you whats going on with your vehicle just how it is. For my specific car job he charged me at least 35% less than a auto repair franchise in South Florida Ave. Now my vehicle works like a charm and super quiet.

Y’all some thieves I should of have call the law on y’all for robbery to all the people y’all screwed the over .you say in our face and told us everything else that we got fix but you didn’t know it was the transmission .then your co worker knew you playing with people money .screwing women over you short baldheaded ahhI went here to get a diagnose on my car Chrysler 300 to see what was wrong with it because from 40 mp-60 speed limit my car shakes and they said that I needed a support center and a coupler bearing for my drive shift and also ball joints for my tires I didn’t get the tires done but I did get the main issue taking care of well which I thought I did haha one of the maintenance guys even had drove my car to see what was wrong with it before the diagnosis any-who they had fix the parts that was for the drive shift and after I got my car back because I had drop it off to them after paying $551.00 the problems is still the same so than one of guys had told me it’s my transmission umm ok didn’t you already knew that? No lol but ain’t that’s what a diagnosis is for is to check everything that is wrong with your vehicle?? So after I felt like I got robbed of $551.00 I had took my car to amoco transmission repairs instead and they do everything there. And they had told me something that I didn’t wanna hear but I felt like I should of took my car there first instead to Lakeland auto service I wouldn’t recommend nobody to go here not even for a oil change if Iam paying you to fix the problem on my vehicle that’s what it is if a company don’t know what they are doing they should tell you they don’t know instead of fixing something that don’t even have nothing to do with the issue. To bad I couldn’t give you guys a negative star lol thanks for nothing

My Husband and I have been taking our vehicles to JT for 12 years. We trust him completely. He doesnt do repairs that dont need to be done and always calls if the repair is going to be more than the initial quote. JT and Chris are always very helpful. I have referred all my friends to JT.

This is a great place to go they did a alignment for me and they did it right I didnt realize my car had to be empty and its always very full plus a couple things need to be fixed first and I believe that I believe them I think theyre honest some things are low on other prices theyre high on you have to know what it cost but I have faith in them
