This place has the best atmosphere by far. I was very hesitant in going car shopping because I wasn’t sure what to expect, most big car lots can be overwhelming and sales people usually try to push you into something way more then you wanted. I was greeted here by Eddie and from the beginning he was very welcoming he listened to me on my concerns answered all my questions and to my surprise got me into something that not only could I afford but also a car I fell in love with . I went here knowing I definitely wanted to walk out with a new car. From the very beginning John was super helpful. From filling out the application, to then suggesting my fiancé cosign with me, and test driving the car of our dreams, John was super helpful. He not only made the process easy and stress free, but he made us feel comfortable and was genuinely happy for us when we got to the signing process. He even helped us with getting insurance. Do not bring your car for repairs here. I first brought my husbands car here to get fixed took about two weeks but the work I thought we paid for was never done and my new parts I purchased separately, that I brought in were taken by them and not replaced (brake and rotor replacement) when I took it to another professional they said it looks it was never done.Putting our family In danger with no brakes! I didnt realize breaks go out in four months of barely driving this car.I also brought my sons car here (not knowing they scammed us the first time) for an oil leak repair after that they said other things kept breaking, they had his car for a month. When I got his car back there was a loud knocking in engine and the clutch was ruined! Which would have been another $2000 to fix! And the timing was off. Definitely not how we brought it in. They let someone who didnt know or care test drive his car a manual and they completely ruined his clutch.They also damaged the paint job and didnt want to own up to it even when I have photos of the car before it went in. They refused to service the car saying the owner didnt want anymore big jobs. I just wanted them to fix what they broke, mike said to us it came in like that and its not their issue when In fact it was just brought in for an oil leak!. I had to go to another professional and we still had a manifold oil leak and they damaged my sons engine map sensor in their fixing process that I had to pay another $500 to change with the new professional mechanic. I had to fight for my money back! Thank goodness for credit cards. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!. Mike cursed us and the professional Mechanic out on the phone because we found out he never changed the brakes out on my husbands car today 6/15/21. They only resurfaced the rotors and never changed the pads.

I was really happy at first but about 5 days into using the new car it started having issues. I regret purchasing the vehicle. I hope to return the keys even at a loss. I have no confidence that they are looking to help with my best interest in mind. They will help you get a car but most people dont know why they are getting a cheaper deal.Really disappointed about this. I was really estatic at first. Now the car I purchased is no better than my OLD ONE! Be careful when they bring up a car that will fit your needs. Do your own research on car history. They are friendly but I feel like I was promised a car that can get me to Miami for my move-in and now I cant get out of my driveway without it shaking and misfiring. This just happened this week as well.

I came in looking for a good deal on an efficient car and found it at this dealership. They were able to work with a lender and I was able to put my mom as co-signer to boost her credit score. They were able to work with me even though I live out of state. Moe in sales department was able to give me a ride back up to the dealership to finish the deal and he’s honest and forthcoming. He’s good people and tries to help you out when negotiating prices and financing. Thanks Moe.

Bought a car from there 2 1/2 months ago and cant get it looked at for front end damage from when we bought it. Spent 1 1/2 hours waiting on the service team to get my car back(which still never went back). I had and appointment at 9am, why make appointments if nothing will be done. Nice selection of cars, but service is very bad!!@
