Very courteous and prompt. Not happy that they require masks. Why does a car dealership think they know more about science than anyone else in the county. Silly performance art. Almost every customer in the waiting room had their masks pulled down or hanging off their ears. Which is about the same amount of protection as wearing a paper or cloth mask anyway.

We were there to buy a new vehicle. The experience so far was wonderful!! The salesman was knowledgeable and friendly. If the experience continues I wont go anywhere else to buy a car. We had put a deposit on a vehicle in Homestead, waiting the 49 days they said, plus 23 more and when I did not get back to the saleswoman in three days (we had a deposit on it) they sold it out from under us. The women no longer works there. If things stay the way they are, we will have a 2022 for 5,000 less than the other deal. God bless patience.

Dave in the body shop was extremely helpful and efficient. This was an insurance repair after my car window was smashed in to steal my handbag and the door was damaged in the process. He got me back on the road in 36 hours with a new window and took care of all of the conversations with the insurance company for me. I didn’t have to speak to them except for taking their call to tell me to go to Earl Stewart for the repair. I highly recommend Earl Stewart’s body shop. Thank you Dave!

I absolutely love going there. Everyone is so friendly and so funny. It does really feel like they enjoy the company. I had no appointment I thought would be there for hours but nope I was in and out so fast. I did my oil change and all around check up. I will never go to another Toyota because they are the best. I am happy. And when I was finished to collect my car one of the guys said he would wash my car at no extra cost. They have such great customer service. Thank you all so much.

Love the people at Earl Stuart. My amazing salesman Leonel that sold me a van 7 years ago says makes sure to say hi when he sees me waiting in service. Randy my service advisor does whatever he needs to to make it happen for a loaner, ect. He once help install 3 car seats in a loaner van. Kevin in service is super nice and you can tell he takes pride in the dealership and everything he does. I’ve never seen him for service but he knows me quite well from my time waiting for my service. One more gentleman I can’t remember his name off hand, was checking on me the other day because I was waiting for a long service. Offered to get me anything I needed. I now live in Port Saint Lucie and I am happy to drive the 45+ minutes to Earl Stuart for my service.

The Toyota Service Center is wonderful. I book my appointments online and the staff there usually makes you laugh or at least smile. They have a great coffee bar inside if you are waiting or I usually end up walking to Brass Ring while I wait. They are a little slow but they really take care of your car. I also just found out that if you ask for it, they will run your car through the car wash for you when they are done. They are just awesome and I cant imagine going anywhere else now.

We are so happy to have chosen Earl Stewart Toyota when we bought our Highlander 6 1/2 years ago. Because I parked under an oak tree so often, the sunroof leaked and there was a large amount of water. There was only one place we wanted work to be done on our car! Bobby was the technician and Randy was our advocate. All the carpet had to be ripped out and replaced and the mold removed. They did an awesome job….. it looks as good as from the factory. We will always use Earl Stewart Toyota. We are so pleased with their work and high quality standards.

First I was told that I needed a battery until I told them that I had just purchased a battery from them. They charged 181.00 for a tire and I can get a set of four new tires for 426.00 at Sam’s club. I also have free tires for life when purchasing my but did not qualify so to a nail being in the tire. When putting my car in reverse I hear a rough sound that I was not hearing before and they did my brakes so I don’t know if this has anything to do with it. With everything going on just feel like everyone is out to get money that people don’t have 🤦🏽‍♀️

My service manager, Steve Goldberg is knowledgeable, dependable, trust- worthy, and I do believe he sincerely cares about his customer’s satisfaction. Always returns your calls and e-mails quickly. No waiting a day or two for his return calls, he’s right on it. And yet when I go there he is always busy, yet finds the time to help.The facility itself is well designed and immaculately clean. A pleasant friendly place to relax.Did I mention the free coffee, drinks, and oh yes, bagels!I have been bringing my Toyota RAV 4 toEarl Stewart since I purchased it in 2010.

I got to my scheduled appointment 10 to 15 minutes early to have the oil changed and tires rotated. It was still an hour and 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment time until my car was ready.. It just seems like a long time to get the oil changed and tires rotated when you have a specific appointment. Otherwise I have been very pleased with the service over the years

I came to Earl Stewart Toyota because my friend Dave gave him such a high referral. He had been getting his trucks from them for years and then he told me a story about how they took care of his sons car that he purchased from them. It was an amazing story of out of this world customer service. I went there because my service light went off on the dashboard telling me I needed to get my car serviced. They told me that it was 5000 miles since my last oil change and I did not need to have it done until I reach 10,000 miles. However, they said since they did not know the dealership in Fort Lauderdale they would go ahead and change my oil for me at no charge so I could start off with a fresh slate. The service coordinator also recommended I get Apple Music for my sienna since I qualified and it was only $99 for a lifetime of Apple Music. I agreed and they went to put it on and but the other dealership put some software on it that was not standard to Toyota and he tried for 2 1/2 hours to get it on but could not. They did not charge me for the Apple music effort and they apologized for not being able to help me even though it was not their problem. I just can’t believe the incredible service and honesty that I get at this dealership. In a world where there are so many dishonest car dealerships I am so glad that I found Earl Stewart Toyota. I will be going to them for the rest of my life as they continue to give me such incredible customer service with high integrity!

Told me why and how much it would cost. I said ok. He called when the car was ready and I picked it up. He used the most cost effective coupon. On 8/22 I arrived at the dealership at 9:15 for my 930 appointment. This was for a simple regular scheduled oil change. When I went to the girl at the front counter I was informed that there was a recall. I was told the recall was simply a software update for the fuel light. At 10:45 I inquired how much longer the process would be. I was told 15 minutes. At 11:15 I went back to the counter and informed them I needed my car immediately. I was highly frustrated that a simple oil change and a software update took over two hours. I was informed they only have four mechanics working on Sundays. Had I known that information in the beginning I would’ve never of scheduled my oil change on a Sunday. I feel bad that the girl I was dealing with had to take the brunt of my frustration due to the companies paradigm of having people packed in like cattle when there are only four mechanics working. The one star review is strictly for a lack of communication and timeliness on their part. The dealership as a whole is one of the fairest ones I’ve dealt with. And this is the only negative complaint I have. In the future I will make sure to confirm the amount of mechanics working before I schedule my vehicle for service.

I was told over the phone it would take under an hour we were there for almost 4 hours. They were suppose to do a tire rotation and did not do one (i can tell from my special tire cap). They sprayed my car down with a hose to try to make up for it but it was still dirty and not even washed or clean. The service guy helping us kept apologizing but not doing anything to make it better at one point he said they were working on my car but i was staring at my car still parked in the same spot for the past 3 hours. They filled one of my tires to 39 and left the others at 31. People who came in after us with no appointment left before us. It was a terrible first experience.

Brought a competitors coupon which the service representative price matched, but only for part of the coupon. The coupon was for an oil change with filter, battery check, and an alignment check. The representative would not do the free alignment check. The coupon was from a competitor Toyota dealer. Have been using Earl Stewart for my service for a while and have liked them. I’ve been using Earl Stewart Toyota for many years, mainly for parts as I do my own repairs. They have been there when I’ve needed them and I appreciate that. This particular time was different. I made a service appointment through the website and stated I need an alignment on my vehicle because I had installed a suspension lift. When I arrived I explained to the service advisor “Ken” the same thing, alignment needed because of a suspension lift. 2 hours later I get a call stating they don’t do alignments on lifted vehicle. I understand a policy is a policy but when I made my need apparent twice, it wasn’t addressed and simply missed. Usually I’d chalk this up to miscommunication but when I then factor in my Uber ride to and from it’s enough to make me upset. Going forward, if this is a policy make sure your auto lane greeters are aware, along with everyone else in the flow.

Earl runs a good shop. Ive run into bugs in the past, I pick up the phone and he answers and everything gets squared away. I have purchased several cars from him and from his father before him. Went in for a oil change and a ics light. With appointment. Come to find out did not need an oil change. Just purchased the vehicle 2 months ago. Service dpt.forgot to update service sticker. The problem was the battery. Almost 3hrs later. Imaging not having an appointment? But they did replace the battery at no charges. Not saying much for a certified used car?

I was required to use a Toyota Service Center to replace a recall Fuel Pump. I found the customer waiting area and thought this will cause a huge markup. Lots of people working on something, lots of paperwork. Two hours later my car was returned. I could smell the fuel odor from 20 feet away. They told me to drive with windows open and A.C. blasting. It still smells a day later. Given Toyotas error, I am disappointed that I could not use my choice of car maintenance facility whom I know and trust. My 2006 Toyota never needed to go to a Toyota Service Center ... hopefully this is the last time for my 2019.

I go to this Earl Stewart Toyota anytime I need anything fixed with my car. They always have outstanding customer service and I’ve never had any issues. I don’t mind waiting in the waiting room because it’s so calm and inviting and large enough so everybody is not breathing down each other’s throats while waiting for their vehicle. Last time I went I was in a hurry to get to work and needed a tire because mine had gotten a nail in it the night before. They understood and worked as quickly as possible to fit me in. They even have outdoor seating. I’ve gotten 2 vehicles from this place and both have been perfect.

My 2019 Camry was scheduled to replace the fuel pump. My service rep. Mr. Ken Fischer informed me it would take 1 1/2 hrs. to complete the job. Base on past experiences I decided to Uber home. Much to my surprise, 1 1/2 hrs. Mr. Fischer called saying the my car was ready. Whoever replaced the fuel pump did an outstanding job. The only hint that anything was done to the car was a slight smell of gasoline which dissipated after a day driving with the windows down. Definitely far exceeded my expectations. Would like to receive the same turn around time when I bring it in for a simple oil change and tire rotation.

Usually that is not a problem,but this time I was treated with no respec like you should treat a long time customer. I had an issue with the left rear tail lights. How many years I Have had minor issues with the left tail light which is also hooked up to the trailer lights. it has always been solved by removing replacing each time the same blinker bulb; I don’t recall that a new lightbulb was ever necessary I’ve never had a problem with the Tail lights on the right side.When they called me to give me the estimate they told me oddly enough they encountered problems with the tail lights on the right side.I took The service manager at his word and didn’t ask for parts that were being replaced even though I was told the charge would be over $800.I understand that The issue was not simply a burnt out lightbulb. It’s unfortunate that we live in the times that we do and South Florida has always been a challenge.The last time I had this car serviced I was told but I needed a $1500 ECM. I took it to adealer and it turned out the carpet was stuck under the gas pedal.I guess I’d like to talk to the service manager. I deal with numbers a lot and the probability of something like this occurring strikes me as very low.I haven’t had a chance yet though I am going to do some online research on this matter.Have a great day thanks for your time and your concern about the customer.

The Service writer has a very unfriendly disposition. Making me uncomfortable and not listening to me concern.The vehicle has a rattle on the passenger front side. I had to ask the emploee to note this on the repair order please.I went to parts to get additional information on my new car. The associate was sitting at the computer. I asked if the vehicle I just purchased from Ear Stewart was pre-wired for the courtesy light. The associate explained that the diagram shows twenty items and had no other support or help.

We bought our car at Earl Stewart Toyota in 2016 and have only had it serviced there ever since. The entire experience is amazing when you take a car in for service there. They are always friendly, professional, on time, thorough and explain everything so that you know exactly what to expect. They do not try to sell you services that you do not need. I’ve seen every customer that comes in treated the same way, with kindness and respect. We’ve thought about purchasing another brand of vehicle (Mercedes, Audi) but what keeps us loyal to Toyota (besides the fact that they are great cars) is honestly, the service dept. we would recommend this dealership to anyone.

While traveling to Central Florida, the spring for the gas cap broke on our Rav 4 preventing the cap to open and receive fuel. Although we had no appointment, they were able to assist us promptly and efficiently. Everyone is always very friendly and ready to assist. My service coordinator, Steve, was easily accessible and able to squeeze my car in for emergency service when all of my sensors came on at the same time. He set me up with a rental so I could go to work. He’s an excellent communicator and kept me updated on the progress of the repairs. Kevin, as always, keeps everyone laughing as we wait for our turn to check our cars in and out.

Randy did a great job of explaining what had to be done and followed through on providing a ride home. Later on that day he called to tell me the car was ready., as i had a recall on the fuel p[ump.and also needed an oil change.Randy did a great job in explaining in detail what was done. Very professional.

Josh Scott knows my vehicles and always gets me the service needed and done right the first time at a reasonable cost. Even if I don’t have an appointment he gets me in and out quickly. The other staff are always helpful there.

Service quality is slipping from where it once was. Someone wrote on the tan leather center console w/ a pen while doing paperwork. I asked for prices & details on tint, never received it. Call in & get sent to a voicemail. Use to feel like Toyota, now a little more like Walmart. Disappointing.

Earl Stewart Toyota is wonderful. The service department was slammed when I pulled in for my 7:30am appointment. I was there for my 10,000 mile checkup/oil change. I was out of there in less than an hour, fully serviced. Ill recommend Earl Stewart to anyone with a Toyota!
