Had persistent oil leaks on my 1.4l turbo 2012 Chevy Cruze. Dealership never solved the problem after multiple visits over the years. These guys did a thorough evaluation and repaired the leaks. Great experience all the way through with quality workmanship. 2 year 24,000 mi parts and labor warranty is awesome. I popped the hood and noticed they signed off on all the parts they touched, which is a great way to verify your own work. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to keep their vehicle in great shape for many years.

We had an issue that would be very expensive to fix. All Star was recommended to us by a friend. We didn’t like the idea of paying for a diagnosis but with it being an ABS issue we figured that a true diagnosis would take more than just plugging to the computer. They found the issue, did the research and found that Toyota would replace the part at no charge. They could have offered to do the work themselves and make money but they were thorough and honest. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

I had a broken radiator fan. I went to All Star Auto Service. I had to wait 4 days for an appointment. I was told it would cost $153 to have diagnostics done and the cost would not be credited towards the repair! My estimate was astronomical. They said they couldn’t order just 1 part, they had to order the complete assembly. My girlfriend (who is excellent at researching), found out the motor could be ordered without the entire assembly. I stopped the repair. I paid $60 To get my car back. My girlfriend (a godsend) found Realistic Auto Repair in lake park and went there. It was half the price and Nick was so helpful. I highly recommend this shop to everyone!

All Star send coupons for maintenance, which comes in handy!! Scheduling a day or two ahead of time is not always the best timing, yet they do try to accommodate. If something out of the ordinary comes to their attention they are quick to contact you to advise you or get your approval to resolve.

Way I gave a score of five? I moved to Florida from New Jersey where all gas stations pumped your gas and maintained your cars. So one of the first things I did was to search for a good auto service. I was going over a long list when this man sitting next to me said, You do not have to worry just go to All Star and see Wayne. Take my advice. He was so persuasive that I went straight to All Star. Eight years later I can say I never regretted it. Now when any one asks me I tell them Just go to All Star and Wayne will and give you the same excellent care I have been given. Wayne and his staff are professional, trustworthy, knowable and put your interests first. They are the very best.

Sweet and kind all American family owned business, service with a smile, honesty and trust-wordiness, these are the first three things that come to my mind thinking back to my experience at All Star Auto Service.The way I found out about this place was such that I was looking for a repair service in the vicinity of my morning job. My schedule is so heavy that I seldom have the ability to run errands and do things that normal people do; I dont have time to fix my car within the normal working hours of the week.I called them and spoke to the one of the owners, Wade, who told me to bring my car, a 2006 Buick Lacrosse, thats been with me through thick and thin, and The Good Old Buick needed some specific work done to it and I needed a special kind of person to fix it.Now Ive had some trouble with my Buick for the 13 years Ive owned it and I have taken it to honest and dishonest mechanics and I can surely tell when a mechanic is taking advantage of my perceived lack of knowledge about cars; now mind you, you grew up in a car repair shop and I know a thing or two about fixing a car. Its just the nature of my work that requires me to have clean hands, I cant be messing around with my car engine, I wear a crisp white uniform to work.They did exactly what I wanted done on my car and didnt try to sell me on some big repair that needed to be done. Ive had this bad experience at national chains where they want to up-sell you instead of listening to you and taking care of you.If you need something fixed on your car, All Star Auto Service is all star. Took my car to the Nissan dealership for an oil change, they informed me that I needed a motor mount and quoted me $1800. Just to be safe I needed a second opinion and went to Allstar, they checked my van out it on the rack and couldn’t find anything wrong with the motor mounts. I wasn’t charged anything and they saved me $1800. Do not believe dealers they will rip you off. Allstar was honest with and won my business. I no longer plan to take my Nissan to the dealer for anything. Thank you Allstar

The service might be good and they show you cheep labor. BUT if you want to be happy dont do price comparison for parts. your jaw will drop.They overcharge for parts and show low labor cost.i was quoted almost double for an alternator and when i told them that i can go and get the alternator at auto-zone for half price they told me that they dont install parts that they did not buy themselves.in the end i did the whole job myself for half the quote they gave me

I was referred to All Star by a friend who spoke to them on the phone before I drove there. The guy from All Star said he would take a look at the issue I was having which my car was not up-shifting.When I arrived I met with Wade but he acted very pompous with his remarks stating that no one called his shop and he doesnt even like or deal with that company my friend works for.I wanted to see if I heard my friend wrong and gave him a call. I found out that I had the wrong mechanic shop and when I mentioned the shop it was Wade started bad mouthing that shop stating I would end up back at All Star anyways that all the customers from the other shop come to Wades All Star repair shop. Good Luck with that Wade sneeringly said.He additionally added Ill have more problems than before and without looking at the car it sounds like I need a transmission.Well, I proceeded to visit the other repair shop and it turned out the mechanic was accommodating, kind, and so helpful he connected the diagnostic tool and let me read it with him showing that it was a simple sensor which was very common for my car. He then cleared all the fault codes in the control unit and reset everything since I did recently change the battery in the car. Afterwards, no check engine light came on and the car drives better than ever. No charge, and was treated as if i was a family member.I wanted to write this experience because it absolutely turns me off and irritates me on how people in the same profession degrades their fellow peers in the same industry when in realty the other guy didnt even know All Star or Wade. But Wade is working there bad mouthing another shop. Wade acted arrogant like a know-it-all, self-centered, and egotistical. I do not like when people do this, its uncouth. Be careful trusting this shop, I would never use them because of how he treated me and degraded another mechanic he doesnt know. Ignorant and smug. Find another shop.

Never been to this place, however I spoke with the mechanic this morning about an alternator repair. Im an experience mechanic for many years...my 18 year old brought the car in service and they were charging her just under $700 for service...I know that this is a rip off. I asked the guy if the alternator was gold plated? He didnt appreciate the sarcasm, however I didnt like him ripping off a teenager either. Im located in a different state, so we had the car towed to another facility...$340 for the service. Know something about your car before brining it to a stranger. I did receive a bill of $65.oo for charging the battery...Rip off!

Brought my 2008 Toyota RAV4 in with an intermittent grinding noise. Allstar could not duplicate the problem but suggested front brake pads. Replaced front pads and the grinding has disappeared. Could have been raked over the coals with this problem. Toyota dealership was told about the problem and told us they could not find anything. Two days later the noise reappeared just before a long road trip. Toyota had replaced the tires at the time. I guess they did not want to look at the brakes. No more dealerships for me.Dec 2019, Wade at All Star serviced my 2015 Hyundai and my 2008 RAV4, the service was exceptional as always. Thank you All Star Auto Service
