We have found our new auto repair business! I had a flat tire and they came to my rescue. The tire was plugged and I was out the door within 30 minutes. I also had a headlight out. When I went to the dealership, they wanted $290.00 to replace the bulb! Lake Park auto repair charged me $25!!!!! The are honest and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable that I was not going to be ripped off. The owner and workers are friendly. I will always go here from now on and will tell others about it. I have already referred my family. The place is very clean too.

I had my oil changed. I was able to get in and out I did not have to wait for very long and the price was great and the tech Darrel was very friendly and walked me out to my car when it was completed. They also gave me an Air freshener for my car which I really love.

Rob Jicha is amazing. Our situation was quite unique. I bought rims online (I am in CT) and had them sent to Rob at Lake Park Auto. He agreed to put them on my sons car (he lives in west palm) when another national chain garage would only do it if we put four new tires on (even tho we had just bought one from them three days prior!). When rims arrived at LPA, they ended up being wrong size (wrong sent from where company). Rob tried to get them for us from several local wheel shops but none carried them. He even offered to speak w the wheel company for me to ensure they would resend the right size. In the end, I asked Rob for the correct size and bolt pattern and he explained in detail what I needed to request. He even sent me photos to show exactly how the bolt pattern that was sent was incorrect and suggested I send the photos to the wheel company, which I did. The wheel company resent the correct wheels and when they arrived, Rob ensured the incorrect wheels were sent back w the same person who dropped off correct wheels. He then put the wheels on along w one new tire and performed a four wheel alignment. This lease are all the mechanical things he did. He also assured me as a mom who is a plane ride away that he would make sure my son was taken care of. He went the extra mile by trying to find replacement rims locally. He offered to be the subject matter expert on the phone w the wheel company. He treated me like a friend and my son like his son. He will always have a customer in the Wilson family. He made what was a really confusing and frustrating situation into a manageable one, as well as a good learning experience! To top it off, we were complete strangers. I simply googled someone near my son in west palm, explained what the chain store would not do, and he said ‘Mom, I’ve got it. I’ll take care of it.’ Rob Jicha is truly the very best of humankind.

I have a hybrid car that had all sorts of issues. Toyota gave me an estimate that was more than I owed on the car. Lake Park Auto (Rob) was recommended to me by a friend. He took a look at the issue, researched the best/least expensive fix and gave me an estimate that was half of what Toyota wanted. Once he got into the problem he found several more. He again researched the best fix. He kept me appraised of the situation as is went on. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND and ended up not only fixing my car but actually making it better. I am a middle aged woman, car mechanics usually see me coming a mile away. I have never, until now, had a good experience with any of them. Rob has changed my mind. He did not nickel and dime me, or try to upcharge me. He SHOULD have charged me more but he stuck by his original quote. He was honest, reliable, super friendly and most importantly trustworthy. Its been 3 weeks . The car runs perfectly. I will never go to another car mechanic again. I cannot recommend this business enough.

I would highly recommend LP Auto & Fleet Repair. I checked out their website first then called. The phone was answered quickly by a polite & knowledgeable gentleman that answered my questions about services provided and confirmed that I could drop my vehicle off the next day, which was Saturday. I scheduled my appt on the website and about an hour later someone called to confirm the appointment and get more info about services needed. For towing I used All Florida towing which is a sister business to the auto shop so that made things easier. Overall, I had my vehicle back in 2 business days even though it had not been used in almost 2 years. The pricing was fair and reasonable. I intend to continuing using this shop in the future. Rob Jicha was my point of contact and I appreciate working with him. My vehicle runs great.

The mechanics that are there now are the best mechanics Bucks alignment has ever had throughout the years and that also goes for their customer service too.. My Father has been doing business with them since the 80s when he worked at gym price Auto Body and I have never heard anything bad about them at all. So this is the most highly recommended place you can find for fixing pretty much everything and if they cant fix it nobody can.

I am a photographer and needed brakes pads on all around. And has an event in the panhandle that evening. Called on a Saturday spoke with Rob explained I have a looong trip ahead of me and no one was open they closed in 40mins he said come on the next 10 mins I was in and out in 45 mins did my brake pads and even topped my fluids. I got my two front tires changed and it took them two hours. They were too busy laughing and chatting. Worst service I’ve ever had.

Give me an alignment on a leveled truck with offset wheels without a problem. They set my camber half a degree from factory specs as requested so my tire where would wear on the inside edge rather than the outside. Price was $80.

Honest mechanics. Honestly! I came in for a second opinion5 months ago when the dealership tried to tell me I needed new rear brakes ASAP and they would help me out for only $600 plus whatever else they encountered. I thought this sounded ridiculous.These guys looked it over and said I can safely go another six months and to bring it back and theyd hook me up for far less than what dealership estimated.Fast forward to this morning and I hear an awful grinding noise when I brake...but its coming from the front. Weird since they said my recently replaced front brakes were in great shape.While Im here I ask how long for rear brake replacement since theyre about due. An hour, he says. And for far less than that dealership.What youll get here: honest, friendly and reliable mechanics. A family business.What you wont get: B.S., overcharged and a fancy waiting room like the dealership...that they have rolled the cost of creating and maintaining into your bill.These guys have my brake business for life!Dont take your car anywhere else unless you like wasting money and getting taken advantage of!

Best alignment in Palm Beach County, i had a tire that was wearing the inside of it to metal cords for months. Went to three different shops and it was never correct. Brought it here and they found a bent part, replaced it, my tires are perfect after almost a year of traveling from West Palm to Boca Raton 5 days a week.

I called to get a quote for an alignment on my 96 truck and I was quoted $120. S&S Alignment right down the street is less then half of that. Even Tire Kingdom in lake Park is a lot cheaper. If they want anyones business they need to get realistic with their pricing.
