Stopped in to drop off a clients vehicle at this location. The lady was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional.We spoke briefly about the issues with the vehicle and she came out to let me know where they wanted it. I dont see that at most repair shops.

Awhile back I took my 2010 Nissan Altima into Realistic Auto Repair to have my Air Conditioning repaired. They did a Great Job! So I knew exactly where to go when my alternator needed replaced today. In late September, 2021, I took my 2007 Honda Accord to Nicks Realistic Auto Repair to have my air conditioning system checked because of poor performance. I provided a brief description of the problem and Nick and his crew members, Marie and Branden, took it from there. I received a prompt preliminary report on the necessary repairs and gave them the go ahead to make the repairs. While the A C repairs were being made it was determined that a few associated repairs were needed. Nick and his crew members were very professional in explaining in detail what needed to be done.Upon completion I received a welcomed phone call that my Honda was ready for pickup. Thanks to fantastic customer service, honest pricing, and a repaired A C system you can count me as a very satisfied customer.

Nick is a lifesaver!!! REASONABLY PRICED, HONEST, PROFESSIONAL! Recently I need an oil change. I was told the drain plug restaurant. Turns out it was stripped on the pan side. The place I had taken a team could not replace the oil pan. I was five hours away from my house. I had to pick my mother up in Orlando 2 1/2 hours away and then take her to my house another 2 1/2 hours away. The time 1 PM on a Monday. I called at least a dozen auto shops. All of which understandably, could not see me that day. Finally I reached Nick at Realistic Auto. He said he could see me but couldn’t guarantee he could do the work today. I was just happy somebody would look at my car. Once there, Nick couldn’t change the oil pan that day. I thought I would cry. Then he told me he could fix it good enough for me to get back to my house five hours away. Nick worked so hard to get the part that was needed in order to plug the drain. I figured it would cost a lot of money. After all I disrupted his technicians day by just showing up.. I would’ve paid anything. I was desperate. And Nick knew it. And yet what he charged me was more than fair! I would’ve kissed him if he hadn’t mentioned he’s married. LOL Nick thank you so much once again! I will recommend you to anybody in that area. And when I’m out there I’m going for anything I might need!

Realistic Auto is a professional, highly competent and uncommonly responsible auto service. From the owner who is an honest, caring businessman to the technical team who takes enormous pride in their work and are skilled beyond the norm, as well as the office staff that worked tirelessly on my behalf to contact a part supplier who was unwilling to honor a part warranty. I cannot recommend them enough.

Good group and a super friendly receptionist. Everyone takes pride in their work here! It is the only shop I’ve ever felt wasn’t trying to get one over on me. The owner (Nick) is on premise working alongside his employees and that’s what separates this independently owned place from the corporations…. They actually care. While waiting it seamed like every other person that walked in was a longtime repeat customer…. That shows trust.

Realistic Auto is the real deal. Ive been using them for years for my personal vehicles and service trucks. Nick is honest and tells me what my vehicles need, not running up the ticket trying to make dollar like the dealerships and some other independent shops. Nick was absolutely a top notch guy! Called about my brakes 2 hours before they was. Closing. I brought my 2006 jeep liberty in and he did a brake hose, a caliper, blead 4 lines and topped off fluid, and changed 2 tires in less than an hour and a half! I was very impressed and very reasonable pricing that I 100% would go back without any questions or concerns
