I found the best place to go get tires for my vehicle! I dont think Ill be going anywhere else to get tires for any of my vehicles other than Walmart! They offer the best prices whats the best roadside hazard warranty and a variety of different kinds of tires and name brands of tires. They also offer other services to maintain vehicle schedule maintenance at a really great price. The manager was awesome with us. And I was very honest and blunt with him with how skeptical I was in buying tires from Walmart. He assured me that Walmart keeps their word on the road hasnt warranty. And sure enough a month and a half later I end up getting a huge nail in my tire and had to replace it with my donut spare tire I went in without an appointment and they were able to replace my tire within an hour! Im so happy and I feel so secure that now I can travel anywhere without any worries with my tires! Thank you Walmart tire Care center staff!

They get no stars from me. My daughter brought her car there 10/29/2021 had tires rotated and oil change. During tire rotation they bent her exhaust pipe and destroyed her catalytic converter. Also they didnt even put all the lug nuts on her tires. Her back passenger tire was missing 1 lug nut. 😱. When my husband took my daughter up there the next day, the manager was VERY unprofessional and immediately the male repair men started saying that was not us, we didnt so that. Our attorney will be in contact with them. Theres over $1,200 in damage done. Ridiculous!!!!! BEWARE!!!!!

Prepare to spend your half day when you visit this store, and Im pretty sure you will have to visit second time. Service is so slow. Short staffed. Bought 4 Goodyear tires, they were vibrating over 60mph, came here second time to rebalance, and spending another half day. #Update#: rebalancing worked 90-95%, there is a slight vibration left.

I had purchased a 5yr battery at the Walmart in Lake Park in September2016. My car was having trouble starting. I arrived at 8:30am & I was assisted right away. Jamal confirmed the battery needed to be replaced. I received a credit for the remaining year on the old battery & purchased a new 3yr battery with a full warranty again. They sanitized my car. Everyone was wearing masks & gloves. Ive seen so many negative reviews but this is my second experience here & it was exceptional again. My car is running smoothly again. Jamal gave me another receipt for the warranty on the new battery & showed me the serial numbers on each of the batteries on the receipt. He explained everything in detail & was extremely professional. The cost of the battery is the best compared to anywhere else with the best warranty! I will definitely go back again. Thank you!

I think the automotive service has greatly improved especially the shop with all precautions in mind, always my first place for batteries and tires.

The people here are very nice. Just be sure to save your warranty information. I was very disappointed to have to buy a new tire. I had purchased a warranty on all my tires. That info is no longer in the system???. Still have to share the blame. I cant find my paperwork. Just keep your paper trail.

Service manager was not helpful or courteous at all. Came in with nail in tire and he said it’ll be 1.5 hrs. Didn’t even attempt to approach my car to see if it could be fixed or not cause I’ll go to tires plus by my job cause i was going to be late for work, so 15 min in I asked if he could have someone just look and tell me if it could be fixed since the air is already out and he did. Then said it can’t be fixed and they don’t carry my tire. Didn’t offer to put air in it, so I asked for that so I could get myself to TiresPlus. With that being said I got air and hauled ass to tires plus, right away I’m taken care of and treated with respect. Girl at the front is very sweet though!!

I arrived for an oil change at a little before 8am. I left it there to go to work as there were 2 cars ahead of mine. It has been 3 hours since I dropped it off. I am literally on the phone ON HOLD right now to find out if my car is ready. This is my 4th phone call, NO ONE PICKS UP! I called the main store number and was transferred, but they still didnt pick that call up either. Their customer service and professionalism is HORRIBLE! IT IS NOT WORTH THE WAIT!!

Took five hours for an oil change. Customer service stinks. Ive been coming here for 12 years. The past three years a steady decline. I dont mind waiting an hour or two. Since clerk said two hours. But five hours. I would have dropped car off and went home. Should have spent the extra 25 bucks and gone to jiffy lube. Maybe a new service manager wouldImprove the services.

The store could not find the keys to open doors at 7:00 a.m. After much calling and searching a staff member open at 7:30 a.m. Another lady left since she couldnt wait. Then they didnt want to honor the mileage warranty of my tires. I had to stand my ground. They expected me to buy a new tire when my tire was brand new! Finally they provided me with a new tire and left the store at 8:30 a.m.

Always under-staffed. Better plan on dropping your vehicle off and coming back hours after the estimated time. Never have they provided fast service.

This is probably the worst auto service center ever. I gave them my car at 1230 i didnt get my car serviced until 630, then when you ask to speak to someone who can provide some type of information about time and poor service. I would never recommend this auto center to anyone not even as a last resort.

Their hours should say 7am to 4pm, not 7am to 7pm. They never take any cars after 4pm... theres always an excuse to not work!

Never pick up the phone, and 6 hours wait time because a guy didnt show up for work. Bought my tires online and they wouldnt just use the same tires they had in the auto department to put on my car, said I had to wait until online store scanned the tires before they could put them on my car. By the time this got resolved 6 more people were in line I was expected to wait behind again. I called for over 20 minutes from home before going there to be given more headaches. Nobody has any idea whats going on. Just go to pep boys!

If you like watching monkeys trying to rotate, and balance new tires and then giving up after three and a half hours of failure, then this is the place for you! I ended up leaving with my old tires. Quite the marvel!

I was leaving Walmart today, and my car wouldnt start! I went into the auto center in a panic. Not only were they nice enough to come change my battery in the parking lot all the way on the other side of the building, but even took off the charge to take my old battery out! I am so grateful!

Had an appt on a Sunday to have 4 tires put on my car, after the initial scare of them not having the tires, that the guy I made the appt with the night before promised they would have, my car was done in an hour at a very reasonable price!

This was absolutely horrible!! I went to Wal-Mart for a tire change and a pit crew oil change. I arrived around 1:50 p.m. They lady told me to pay for the tire change then and the oil change afterwards, that was fine. Ive waited almost 4 HOURS!! I was sitting at Wal-Mart the whole time and I was also late for work. My car wasnt done until 5:35. I picked up my car and rushed to work. The next morning Ive decided to finally take a good look at my brand new tire, to my amazement, my car had the SAME OLD, HORRIBLY CONDITIONED TIRE ON IT (Threads showing)!! I called and asked about it and they said the cashier left the new to the side and they didnt know what it was for. I went in and had to wait another 1 HOUR and 30 MINS!! And come to find out, the cashier didnt even charge me for the tire change she did JUST THE TIRE! So I had to pay more money out of pocket while receiving horrible customer service!! NEVER AGAIN!!

I never leave a rating for anything but I’m beyond pissed so here goes. This started in Port Saint Lucie, FL. My car needed a new battery, how do I know this? Well, my battery died at the Fort Lauderdale airport at 3am, and knowing this I got a jump and drove to Port Saint Lucie. When the Walmart opened up then I brought my car in, in the afternoon. A young lady at the counter assisted me by running a battery check on my car and she came back and said yes you need a new battery, but we can take any more Customers. Now, I’m baffled. So. I asked why? She answered because they were backed up and would be closing soon. I was so confused, after multiple attempts day after day getting turned around because they close at 7pm even though it says 8pm online and it’s only 5:30pm. Fast forward, now I’m taking chances everyday when I start the car and turn around and come back with hope that today is not the day the car doesn’t start again plus now my oil sign is on. Anyways. I’m currently in west palm beach at the north military trail location. It 4.30pm and I walked in, the young clerk there once again asked how may I help you. I said I would like an oil change, battery check and replacement if needed. She said. No we’re not taking anymore customers. Again I look at the time and said “What?” With my baffled look. Her response I’m sorry ma’am he’s not taking anymore customers. First of who is he and why isn’t he taking anymore customers? She said yea he’s short handed so no more customers. As I walk out super annoyed I decided to call the store to speak with the manager. Five minutes later after being transferred no one has answered the call. I ended up hanging up the call, and with defeat I’m now writing this completely unnecessary review if someone had just planned this out right for Walmart. If you’re getting more than acere customers daily, then the right thing to do is to schedule and/or hire more representatives. The lack of professionalism is too much, you have to do better for your neighborhood. And yes I’m also posting this under the Port Saint Lucie Walmart as well. I need answers, because time is money and I’ve waisted too many hours at walmart without getting paid.A concern and annoyed customer.

The worst customer service ever!! I attempted to get my tires rotated on a Saturday afternoon. I did not get them done because it was a 2-3 hour wait. The manager said they will be open Sunday morning at 8 am. I return to Walmart at 8:30 am Sunday morning, and when I get there I was told there would be a hour and a half wait time. Even though that was ridiculous, I chose to wait. When I sat down, there were two people ahead of me. One person was there to get one tire put on and the other was there to get an oil change. I couldn’t understand why the wait time was so long because the people ahead of me was getting something very simple. I waited a full hour and then I was told I couldn’t get my tires rotated because they were bald and they needed to be replaced. I was instantly confused because I just bought tires from that same store on 05/19/2017 and it’s only 01/07/2018 and they were already bald. I don’t know much about cars, but I shouldn’t have to replace tires within 7 1/2- 8 months later. Do not buy tires from Walmart because they clearly sold me bad tires and wasted a hour of my time to tell me they won’t rotate them. Mind you, the same people that were waiting, was still waiting for their car as well. Terrible experience.

Well...i bought 2 new tires and an oil change.i had the spare on the rear drivers side and told the cashier that the tire in the van was the blow out and that the spair was to be taken off and put back underneath it and the other rims were to have the new tires.she made a note of it but they still put the new tire on the wrong rim.so after 3 hrs wait after being here right at open besides that i guess it could be worse.they were polite..

It took over 3 and a half hours to do an oil change when I was quoted an hour and a half. They dont have a decent waiting area so you have to sit around on their metal benches. Their paperwork said a vacuum was completed when it wasnt so that makes you wonder if they did anything that they said they did. Cant beat their price though so Ill most likely drive to another walmart next time.

Went in for some brake fluid. Took too long to get out of there as usual. Wal-Mart is a utility store. Dont expect too much. Employees dont really care although my associate was pleasant, fluke? Always go for basics because of the price.

Ordered tires, when I went to pick them up and install them, they would not install. They said because my tires and rims are not recommended for my car they would not install. They made me waste my time going there and waiting for me to tell me that they wouldnt install them.Dont waste your time here, go to a place where they know what they are doing, and arent afraid to change tires with custom rims.
