Brian D. was so amazing! As soon as I walked in the store he was very welcoming and immediately asked if I needed help. He looked up what I needed, walked me to my options on the shelf, cashed me out and also installed my windshield wipers. All in less than 5 mins. He was a lifesaver! I’m so thankful for him and I will definitely be back.

My car wouldn’t start at the race track across the street they were very helpful with me with testing the battery replacing the other battery and then helping me diagnose and find out why my car wouldn’t start they’re absolutely amazing wonderful staff super friendly couldn’t ask for a better experience

I had a problem on my Nissan Titan truck i brought it over to auto zone & a man who works there named Merrill did a Computer diagnostic. After Merrill did the scan he took the extra time to walk me through a few different things that could be causing my truck problems . Sure enough he sold me the part I needed and It fixed my truck. I just want to say Merrill is a really helpful guy. I really appreciate how courteous and helpful Merrill was . I’m not used to seeing this type of service any more . I went there outside of the hours they do battery installation and STEVEN P. worked on my Jeep for almost 2 hours. We ran into several issues with my car and he never complained once it made me feel that I was an inconvenience. So nice to have people willing to serve you for no other reason than it’s their job!

I was frustrated BEYOND belief. I had looked in my Mercedes Car Manuel for the proper tiny fog light bulb that I would need, confirmed it with youtube videos for the year of my car and everything. So i ordered it online through Autozone. WELL! Guess what... wrong bulbs. When I returned the boxes to Autozone Lakepark, Steven P. was there and helped me right away. He was jumping through hoops to find the right size fog light bulb in the database, because the one that the database was telling him to pull off the shelf for me, was the same WRONG size I bought. Steven was patient and just down right sweet about the 30 minutes we spent searching for the correct bulbs I would need. Thank you Steven, I really appreciated your help and laughter that day!

Angel was GREAT. He tested my battery, found it to be in need of replacing and then worked hard at my car to get old battery out and put new one in. There was some corrosion on the battery cables and bracket that held battery in and he cleaned all that up. One of the cables would not open up to get off old battery and he took the time to get it open. Once he was done he also noticed my brake fluid and coolant were both low. He was beyond helpful!!!!! Thank you Angel!!!! You make me want to always come to your store!!!!

This is my go-to place for automotive needs. My vehicle needed a headlight bulb changed and one of the young guys help change it. I had a battery that went bad and a young man tested it to make sure and put the new battery in as well. I find the workers at AutoZone very polite and helpful and go out of their way to make sure you have the right parts for your vehicle.

Store is clean & well organized. Staff has always been friendly & helpful to me. Parking lot drama is another matter & I realize management can not control everything. This particular morning I only was in the store for a very short time & by the time I got outside to get in my vehicle, it was obvious that I already had people trying to accost me. It appears that the 2 older Caucasian women in separate vehicles were there only to harass me. One of them, driving a brand new black Toyota Camry with a temporary tag, followed me across Congress avenue towards Walmart, but abruptly made a u-turn, then made a left turn North on Congress avenue. It seems that if these women had honorable intentions, they could have tried talking to me in a reasonable manner, instead of playing dangerous games.

In todays times when we are quick to comment on whats wrong. Its truly a pleasure for me to have the opportunity to commend Mr Steven Walker on Awesome customer service its not something Ive seen in long time.
