Took in our Tacoma and the service writer was the worst experience I have ever had at this dealer. Normally I would highly recommend them no matter how pricey they are because of the quality of work and previous service writers. This guy Jonathan Nichols(John) was extremely useless, unprofessional and just plain rude. He didn’t I form us of anything just handed paperwork over and dismissed you, so not like other experiences we’ve had with this dealer it’s so sad that Earl Stewart employs people like him…. Would recommend not using this guy!
