Worse experience ever. There was a line for the restroom with kids and adults waiting to use one restroom because the manager refuse to let the men in line use the Men restroom because he was stocking and had empty boxes in front of the men restroom. He was asked if he can move the boxes so the restroom can be utilize.. The manager refused and insist we should all use the women restroom... To make matters worse, there is no working water in the restroom. Wasnt able to flush the toilet or wash our hands... 4pm7-20-21

Worst 7-11 in the area. Cashier named Navid called me a “stupid little faggot”.

NEVER PAY FOR GAS AT THE PUMP HERE!!! Twice that Ive used this gas station Ive had to report fraud on my card. This happened months apart. I find it odd that the owners are not using extra measures to prevent this if they know they are constant targets. Will not be returning here ever again!

Lazy clerks. They also feel you should stand there for 5 minutes while they stock instead of caring about the customer and finishing stocking once there isnt one.

Women’s bathroom didn’t even have a light, had to use the men’s bathroom. The men’s bathroom was absolutely disgusting. The outside smelt like pure trash, made me want to vomit just walking from my car.

Wow, stood at the register for nearly 5 minutes to make a purchase and the clerk was to busy cleaning and stocking the rolling racks for hot dogs and toquitos! At 3:35 in the morning with no one else in the store, one might think the clerk could at least share she would be right with me. Left my items on the counter and left, maybe it was because I was in uniform?! I assure you I will never return to this 7-eleven again, but the shell next door will get more business. So sad customwr service is a lost art these days.

I work not too far from this location so I stop in on the way to work.... This morning I get on line to purchase my items. Ms Maria was dealing with a customer and I was next on the other line. The cashier that identified himself as Navine (I believe) I never saw him there so Im assuming he is fairly new.... But he was distracted by the other customer and tried to hold a conversation as Im trying to pay for my things. I had to ask to place my things in a bag and as I put my card into my wallet he tells me to have a great day but I asked for my receipt and he looked as if I asked for his kidney... Then asked for his name he asked why and I said because it seems as if you are distracted by this other customer and he tells me that its something important going on. Meanwhile the guy making jokes so Im unsure what the urgency was to get me from the line. Bad customer service today. He was also unbothered by me telling him I would complain. He probably is related to the owner......

Don’t ever go there! I went there one and picked up couple of items in the store, on the register they all turned out to be a different price not in my advantage of course! Even though they had a very clear price tag. Personal was very rude, took me to the floor and was pointing at different prices were far away from the items I picked.Top notch unprofessional ! Lol

If i could give it a negative star i would, the employees there seem like they are on drugs and very rude and unprofessional. Good to get gas but I would pay outside and avoid going inside

A majority of the staff seems competent and frustrated. The manager, who appears to be constantly under the influence of either heroin, xanax, or an extreme amount of marijuana, appears not to know how stores work, what people are, or basic concepts like friendliness and currency exchange. Promotions are frequently outdated or outright ignored. Have a 7/11 card? Go to another location.

Seems like a classic case of poor management. Most of the employees seem competent but they seem to be suffering from the disorganized chaos that is this store.The manager is rude and does not even acknowledge his customer when he does interact wuth customers.They also falsely advertise promotions all the time so do not expect the deal you saw on the sign at the pump.Terrible.

Came up here around 5 am the gas station clerk refused to unlock the door. Was very rude as well, I will not be returning here.

Dont under any circumstances use this gas station during late night hours. There is a woman that works the graveyard shift from Friday through to Saturday morning and she is miserable. She is the sole reason I will never return my business to that location. I walked down an aisle to get a bag of ice and she made such a snide remark that I could not help myself but to say something back. She has the absolute worst attitude for someone working in this particular industry.

Not enough employees in the store to wait on customers. Frequent lines out of the door. When there are other employees in the store, some of them are on their phones and not waiting on customers. This is an off and on occurrence. They over staff during slow times and under staff during the busiest times.
