We bought a 1996 Cheetah Stiletto, not realizing how badly it was cracked and chipped on the bottom (that’s what we get for not inspecting the boat though and through) Having never owned a Cheetah boat before we decided to take it to the manufacture in Lake Havasu City AZ. Best decision we made, Kevin was great through out the whole process. What started out as gelcoat repair turned into a restoration! The boat needed upholstery so since we were fixing the gelcoat we figured we might as well have it reupholstered. Upon removing the old carpet and upholstery they found dry rot soooo that had to be fixed. It did take some to do all the repairs but we did tell Kevin we were in no hurry. They always kept us posted with pictures and phone calls or texts so we always knew the progress. They did a engine service. Gel coat repair, reupholstered the entire boat, dry rot repair, added a keel guard, color sand and rebuff entire boat plus a few other odds and ends! Kevin and everyone we spoke to and came in contact with were always polite and helpful, I can’t say enoughand the final bill was more than fair! Purchased tee shirts an they gave me stickers. The best people in Havasu. They referred me to Tonis canvass for a new double Bimini top they did an outstanding job. My Cheetah looks brand new.

I love to hang out in the areas where I can watch the boats go by but they need to prohibit the oil burners on the lake and also the big boats that use racing fuel for they also put out to much fumes and shoke people.

Not very personable to see new customers coming in, who may have been a potential buyer on a new boat. Need better customer service at the show room!
