I bought my boat from Rusty. 26ft ULTRA. im super happy with my purchase.. I havent had any issues. Rusty is on top of his boat game. I think the guy over works himself but he will go out of his way to help. Go buy yourself an ULTRA BOAT you will not be disappointed.. Next im coming back to get the 28ft ULTRA

I ordered a custom paddle board in March 2017. The boat manufacturer still hasnt produced my board. Initially they said it would take 4 1/2 weeks. I paid for it in full! So on May day I went in there and demanded my money back. Where Im from if you say something you mean it. Not this lip service. So on may day they threatened to kick me in the face. Like I was out of line. Hello its been 8 weeks almost.

I have to give Randy and his team 5 stars! This last 4th of July I took my family with the grand kids to Lake Havasu. This was or first trip back in 6 years. The worst fear of boating is to break down. Fortunately we were in the channel and had to be towed in. As a service manager at a large auto dealer I can appreciate proper diagnosis and timeliness. Since this was our vacation Randy was able to get it looked at and back to us the same day!

We ordered 7 custom boards private label back in the summer of 2016 and were charged for them in September of 2016 by Credit Card: $4300.00 which the owner Rusty did on his own without telling me. Were told we would have them by October of 2016. After scheduling a pick up on our own to pick up the 8 boards in August 15th 2017 based upon when he said they would be ready, our hired shipper person showed up, he only had one board ready for pick up. This was after pushing to get all of them done since it had been a almost a year. No response from Rusty the owner and after numerous texts, he has not sent a refund on money owed. I have been waiting for ultra (Rusty) to complete a boat for me for nearly 4 years. He is no longer taking my calls or returning messages. It has been a nightmare. Are they still in business? If you are considering an ultra, please reconsider.
