Bought my 2021 Suntracker pontoon here. Sales experience ok, the problem is with the depth finder they installed. Also had a battery swItch installed at same time, having had a boat before I knew how necessary these switches are. Turning off the power or only using 1 battery at a time makes sure no unexpected dead batteries. After using the boat recently and turning the switch off I noticed the depth finder still on. Not good for saving battery power!Talked to service and they agreed this wasnt supposed to happen. Their response was bring it to them and they will fix. Problem is boat is 70 miles away from them and would cost me $200+ to tow it back to the dealer and then back to the lake.I can get it fixed in the marina but at my expense!!Bottom line, if they add accessories make sure they did it correctly!

Called the service department to see if they could recommend the correct prop size for my 2017 Sun Tracker DLX 20 Party Barge with a 90HP Command Thrust. The fellow that answered asked and I gave him the boat and motor serial numbers and he said he would get back to me the following day,. I left my number with him and haven’t heard back for over a week. Seemed like a simple request.

Do your self a huge favor and keep on looking. They are big on promises and DEAD last on follow through. Good luck getting them to return any of 17 phone calls or getting them to actually work on anything. This is 3 years in a row I’ve gone in to schedule repairs on my boat and RV and never heard one word from them. A dead corps is more proactive than these guys. Oh well cest la vie 3rd time is the charm. I will go some where more reputable and dependable. Maybe a place that knows how to pick up a phone or return a customers phone calls.

My mom purchased a used RV from them months ago, its been sitting in her yard for when company comes. She noticed a foul smell coming from it so they decided to check the grey water and check the sewage tank. THERE WAS OLD SEWAGE AND GREY WATER LEFT IN IT FROM THE PREVIOUS OWNERS!!! How disgusting is that! When she called they said they flushed that out twice. NO THEY DID NOT!!All they offered her was a sewage pump kit for her troubles!!! REALLY?They shouldve come and cleaned up the mess!! My mom is 71 years old and I feel theyre taking advantage of her because shes too nice.MY REPLY;First off, Im not the one you spoke to in person last week. I live in Oregon.Yes, my mom bought the trailer for company. We were supposed to visit a few months ago but had a change of plans.My nieces were out there visiting and stayed in the trailer for the first time last week.They were told not to use the bathroom because its not hooked up to water etc. thats when they mentioned there was a sewage smell coming from it. So they checked it and the sewage mess happened!Needless to say she was extremely upset and the manager she spoke to over the phone made her feel as if she was lying about the situation or didnt know what she was talking about. Was that you?And by the way, back when she was purchasing the trailer some of your sales people told her that they personally stayed in that trailer. Maybe they were using the bathroom? Seems odd to let your employees use the trailers for personal use.Okay, now your consumers have the whole story.Have a good day!August 9, 2019 just found out from my mom that theres a leak under the flooring in the trailer! When she initially purchased the trailer she questioned the soft spot in the flooring and they told her it was normal due to the holding tank under the flooring. Well, come to find out theres a leak! She had someone come out and check because the soft, squishy flooring is spreading. 😠

The lady at the parts and service desk was great. Very friendly, helpful and professional. They were the only place out of 5 or 6 that had windshield wiper replacements for my motorhome. She even opened the package to make certain it was correct. Thank you for such a great buying experience, I will be back when I return this winter.

Went to check out a boat. Found that ALL boats for sale are outside in the blazing sun. While the Boat Trader pictures of boats offered was impressive, in reality, ALL boats were in poor condition. Sun rotting bimini tops and upholstery on all boats. The particular boat I came for also had miscellaneous wiring hanging loose from cockpit area.Buyer beware; if a deal seems too good to be true, it probably is.

I have used USA RV & Marine for four years. Mine is a 32travel trailer and they have serviced the furnace ignighter, the refrigerator, the propane sensor, and fresh water system. Without exception their work has been timely, thorough, courteous and highest quality. I highly recommend them for any RV need.

We drove from the Salt Lake City, Utah area to Lake Havasu because of the lower prices for boats. We looked first at another lot but the boats were dirty and obviously lacking maintenance. We went to USA Marine and found all used boats were serviced and clean. We bought a used pontoon boat at a great price. We saved thousands of dollars. While driving out of town, we found our rear shocks were shot. USA Marine paid their mechanic overtime to replace our shocks on a Saturday. Thank you! It was well worth the drive!!

After 5 visits and 4 phone calls trying to buy a side by side they had for sale that would not start and their constant promice to get it running I gave up. they make a big deal about thier customer service on line but they have non. Dont buy from these guys. You have been warned!

We just had our boat serviced and they are great! Friendly, efficient, and on time. Last year they put in dual batteries for us and we were very happy with the jb they did, neat work reasonably priced.

Our experience with USA was stellar. We had stopped there on a previous trip and were impressed with Jon who checked our rv for a leak and didnt charge us. So when we had an issue with a broken part under our rig we made an appt. Jon again was so amiable and got us in for an appt. Marty was the service guy who figured out the problem and figured out the solution. Marty said everyone there has their specialty. We were impressed. In fact everyone there was so friendly and professional. A couple other service guys cheerfully engaged us as they walked by. And Carole Lee in the office was just as cheerful. They got everything done for a reasonable price. This is the place to go.

It was well worth the drive from San Diego when my wife & I drove out to see a seaswirl they had on the lot. I was a little worried as I drove that far that the boat may not be as described but as I pulled into the lot and saw a cuddy cabin seaswirl I thought it can’t be that one, it is too nice for the price, there has to be another seaswirl but it was the only one on the lot. Randy met me minutes later and we took the boat out for a short test before loading it on my truck with a converter plug and a transom saver they added for free. Randy even found the dealer handbooks and mailed them to me later. If USA RV & Marine has your type of boat for sale, I would look there first, virtually a painless transaction that car dealers could learn a lot from.Edward

Dishonest and take advantage of customers. Was told they replaced a fuse to fix issue after 2 hours and charged $55. Issue was not resolved asked for refund and got denied. They said they did the labor. Then tried to sell me 4 batteries for over $600.

I asked them to fix my trim on my boat and they claimed they did BUT DIDNT charged me a $166 for something they never fixed

Drove in unannounced with a tip out not wanting to tip in. The gents there were accomidating and hooked us up with a few hours of labour to get us on the road again.
