They were efficient, reasonably priced, and very helpful. My Onan generator had not been working for several months. I had been unable to find either a mechanic willing to repair it or who could get me in in under 2 or 3 months across 4 states. I had an appointment within a week of calling. Sharon did tell me its usually 2 weeks, but I called at the right time. Bill diagnosed it, determined hed need to take it out and work on it in his shop. I was out of there in 2 hours. A week later I was back with a fully fixed generator reinstalled in under an hour. I highly recommend them.

Generator Repair: I brought my toy hauler in for an 8am appointment and by 9am I got a call that my generator was done. Id been working on that generator for months trying to get it to run. Even spent a few hundred dollars on a new carburetor. This place knows what theyre doing. I could have saved myself hundreds of dollars, busted knuckles and aggravation if I would have just brought it here in the first place. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP FOR ONAN GENERATOR REPAIR!!!!!!!

Incredibly quick, knowledgeable, and super friendly to boot. That sentence gives you all you need to know about this business. We had issues with our Winnebago generator from Colorado to California and decided to get it looked at before crossing New Mexico and Texas. We lucked out getting a recommendation to this place. Bill immediately sat down with his tools, figured out our problem, and we were ready to roll in about an hour and a half. If we end up traveling through and need help, we will absolutely stop here! Bill was also a wealth of information on our entire setup due to owning nearly the same model!

If you need your generator repaired, this is the place to get er done! Between bulidings, really have to look for sign on side of building. We drove in...Bill met us in the driveway...looked at the Onan... diagnosed the problem..... repaired it and had us on our way in 45 minutes. Fantastic!

Took my RV furnace in to get it ti ignite. Bill immediately went to diagnose it. It wouldnt ignite. Left it there & he called me within 30 minutes & had it working. Charged me $47.50, a bargain. A competitor down the street wanted $93 bucks just to diagnose & wanted me to leave it at least 3 days. Challenger is the only place Ill go with my business.

Passing through lake Havasu we dry camped for the night and our Onan generator would not run correctly. We called challenger automotive the next morning and talked to Bill who suggested a couple of things to ck, started the gen again and still not running correctly we took it to the shop which is easy to find. Bill came out with his mechanic stool and 30 years of experience and had the generator running like a top is less than 15 minutes!!!Fast same day knowledgeable service was a life saver!!!

Bill is a GENIUS when it comes to ONAN Generator repair, no one better! 2001 Onan 4000 gen set on 5th wheel would start but stop immediately. I pulled and cleaned the carb twice, replaced fuel pump and filter, still no luck. Bill pulled and cleaned the carb, did some adjustments and had it running like new in just over an hour. And the price was extremely reasonable. If your RV generator is on the fritz, make an appointment and bring it to Bill, you wont regret it. Thank You Challenger Automotive!
