I had my car in Havasu and live a long distance from there. I needed someone who could get me in quickly. They not only took my car but did the work in a quick and efficient manner. Their price was good and the work was excellent. They even told me of what needed done right now and what could wait. I choose to do the later work now and they were done within the day. Also very nice people and the lobby is so cute. I highly recommend them!

A relative of mine was towed to this business. upon receiving a new commercial battery from Autozone which was approximately $150.00 because it was their best commercial battery. Understandable right! but when the bill came it was $298.00. So where’s the rest of the bill going to? I called them as a customer with questions and stated how much do you charge to install a new battery. And they replied the cost would be about $15 to $20 dollars to install it. So on the bill they did not itemize any other charges. This is where the confusion comes in. We feel like we were ripped off. And to add on to this story we found out the alternator was bad. Which was obviously not checked. Which killed the new battery.. then having to replace the new battery again. Poor quality service and in my opinion not truthful on prices.

They were awesome 👏🏼 took care of my car that same day and was able to get back home.

I cannot recommend highly enough a shop that tells you to spend less when its beneficial long-term, talks through options, and spends the time necessary to have an informed client. That is G-N-G.Though Im mechanically competent, and so dont need to be guided as much, I appreciated the candor and complete lack of snake oil salesmanship. Its apparent from the first call.Almost anyone can turn a wrench. It takes humility and care to tell the truth. Go here.

Brakes went out had to get them fixed they charged a good price

I made a recent purchase of a motorhome from a Lake Havasu resident who told me the AC needed to be fixed and he would have it scheduled with G-N-G before I picked it up. Unfortunately the owner didnt mention that he was told the motor had issues and never told me. My benefit was taken to G-N-G. The vehicle was taken in for some minor AC repairs and review. I was told it had 3 burnt valves and a cracked block. I ended up replacing the entire engine. G-N-G explained all my options by E-mail so I had time to decide. Mike even spoke to my brother who knows about motors to help me with my options. They did extensive research on my behalf for me to make a good choice with information about all options. G-N-G kept me informed all through the process and also called after I got home to Phoenix to be sure everything was in good shape. I cant say enough about their work, ethics, loyalty and value. Mike made a miserable situation barrable. I wish they were in my area, but highly recommend them if you have a choice.Thank you Mike & Team.

Finding a good auto repair facility is as difficult as finding a good Doctor in town. I am fortunate to at least have found a GREAT auto repair facility. I took my 2004 Jeep in to another auto repair place in South Havasu for an emission code issue, the facility quoted me over $700 for an emission pump and filter. Brought the Jeep to G-N-G and they diagnosed it to be something completely different, a stuck purge value which only cost me $183. I have the utmost confidence in G-N-G for their honesty and professionalism, oh and did I mention that they did it all in the same day? These are great people you will not be disappointed.

My car broke down while passing through Lake Havasu on a road trip with my girlfriend. Mike was extremely helpful in not only expertly diagnosing and repairing the car, but in helping us consider our options for rental and accommodation while we waited for the part to arrive over the weekend. I was traveling through Lake Havasu for the Balloon festival and started to have trouble with my car. All sorts of expensive warning lights coming on. I took it to GNG for an oil change a diagnostics. I was well prepared for a very expensive estimate but Mike saw that there must have been a power surge and asked if we did anything with the battery. We had recently given someone a jump and that caused the computer to throw all sorts of codes. he cleared all 48 of them and only charged me for the oil change. Just may be the most honest auto repair shop Ive ever been in. Thank you Mike!

During a heat wave here in Havasu, all four cars died. I called GNG they came out next morning tow my truck for FREE, fix it in about 2.5 hours, then came and pick me up at my house (no charge) Had a very reasonable bill. They are the best.

Mike and Erica were great. We had a bad vibration in the front end of our truck on the way home from the river. We stayed another night and brought it to G&G, they got us right in and road tested the truck to find it was a broken belt in the front tire. They wouldnt take any money from us and recommended a tire shop to go to. These guys were great and I would come back here exclusively!!
