Rolling into town I had no idea what to expect from Lake Havasu Auto Group...I neednt have worried. They quickly found easy resolutions to an air conditioning/heating problem (chewed wire) and electrical problem (crossed wires on an inverter) and diagnosed and fixed an exhaust leak which was making me ill. They also checked out an intermittent clunk when putting the van into reverse and didnt find a problem.So I now trust these guys. If Im back this way and having trouble Ill definitely be back. :)

Great business. All personnel were very courteous and polite. I went in for just an oil change. But when they went through the vehicle inspection they found another item of concern. Which they showed me and gave me an estimate of those repair costs. I reccomend Havasu Auto Care for your vehicle repairs.

I brought my BMW in. And in all the places Ive taken my vehicles to I have never dealt with such service. They were so helpful! They had my car on a Friday they had to order a hose for it. They had it come in on Saturday to fix. They arent open on Saturdays but they came in anyway to get my car to me by 8:30 am. So impressed. They are very HONEST too. Thanks guys your amazing.

Havasu Auto Care did a great job repairing my Pontiacs fuel pump and front hubs.Several other repair shops in town were unable to repair the vehicle due to rust on the undercarriage ( it lived in the midwest )I didnt think it would have been such an issue but it was until I went here.The owner knows what he is doing...Thank You!

Excellent service. I appreciate being able to book an appointment on line. Had issues with my brakes; John and his team inspected them; called me and gave me my options; then got the parts ordered and work done that day. The free car wash is a nice touch as is the Extra gum!

I am a ASE Certified Master Tech and have owned a shop in Ca. for the last 35 years. It just so happened the defective water pump in my SUV that was just replaced started leaking and we needed to get home ASAP. I called numerous shops and got the same answer well I dont know how much its going to cost and I cant guaranty I can get to it in the next few days!... Really!So John at Havasu auto Care gave me a immediate estimate and said I will try and put someone on it as soon as they are available but we are super busy today. I understood that and it was finished perfectly the SAME DAY. Its a BIG job, just in case you were wondering. Truck ran perfectly and got my family home safely. I cannot compare it to any other shop in Havasu because Ive only been here for repairs. They havent given me a reason to shop around. Sticking to what works and who I can rely on.Update: 9/11/2021….I havent gone back in months….I was loyal to this shop but the charges were getting too high. The last time I took my car in they didn’t fix the problem and “rigged” it up. He didnt even ask me before doing this. He charged me full price for a repair that did not happen. Even worse, when I started to ask questions he put it on me and said it would cost me more money to have it done properly not even offering to discount the charges he already made to my card.I switched over to Roadrunners for my European car!

After being treated extremely terrible by Bradley Ford and getting my engine back in literal pieces, I took my car to Havasu Auto Care and was a night and day difference in the quality of service. Everyone at havasu auto care was professional, easy to work with, they kept me updated on the progress and it was done in the time they told me. I have tried other mechanics in Lake Havasu since moving here in 2009. The first time I/we tried Havasu Auto Care in 2017 we were both pleased with the customer service and the work that needed to be done was done correctly & in a timely matter. The next time we used them my 2005 Jeep needed some major work. I scheduled an appointment and they fixed it in one day. Oil changes are a reasonable price and they dont steal things out of your car like one of the oil changers in town. My husband has a 2005 F250. They work on it and my husband has no complaints. Havasu Auto Care has the computers to keep your car in tip top shape, they keep records on you vehicles and they are trust worthy.6/4/19 took our 1981 VW Vanagon for clutch repair today. Done in a few hours and works like new again. Still a very satisfied customer.

Its hard to know who to take your car to when you need a repair asap and you dont know much about cars. I ultimately chose Havasu Auto Care because of their positive reviews and the excellent service i received when i called in. They were very friendly and professional and told me exactly what the were going to do in a way that was simple to understand and how much it would cost. They did a fantastic job repairing my vehicle and i appreciate that they were able to work up a payment plan for me.

Again, Havsu Auto helped me get back on the road. Diagnosed my check engine light, ordered part and had my vehicle back the next day. Great friendly, professiona and trustworty service. Highly recommed this business.

RIPPED OFF!I presented my car at Havasu Auto Care, and was charged $90 in labor for putting in a new battery! I took my car in to them, and said I would wait for them to tell me if it was the battery or alternator. They told me to go home and they would just call and let me know what the problem was...so I did. An hour later, I was called and informed they tested my battery, removed it and replaced it with a new one. I was charged an hour worth of labor for that! After pleading with the owner and telling him how I feel it is not right to charge an individual for an hour (while they supposedly tried to charge my old battery in the shop), he said he was already cutting me a deal because he also washed my car! For $90 in labor, I would much rather wash my car at home and not be charge while my old dead battery is sitting plugged into the wall and someone squirted my car with a hose. They were very rude to me and did not budge on the price. There was no decency of the owner of working with the customer on such a simple problem. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TAKING YOUR CAR HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE JERKED AROUND AND OVERCHARGED!!

When your traveling as we were and have an auto breakdown and wonder where honest, fair service can be obtained, this is the place. Diagnosis done the same day, part ordered from a hundred miles away, arrived the next morning, installed before noon. Wow

I was on vacation from Minnesota when I had a serious issue with my Jeep Wrangler. Because of all of the positive reviews I read I called these guys. It was 4:30 on a Friday and they were about to close for the weekend at 5:00 but they came out to my location on the side of the road and was able to drive it to their shop. They immediately diagnosed the problem and had it ready to pick up by 8:00 pm that evening! The final cost was exactly what the estimate was and they washed the vehicle and even left a package of micro wave popcorn with a message Thanks for poppin in. These guys are awesome and if I ever move to Lake Havasu or am on vacation again in the area and have an issue with the car they will be the first place I call.

Always great service, fast, efficient, and everything done comes with a 36000 mile 36 month nationwide warranty, which assures me if something is to go wrong I will be covered! They even wash the vehicle when they are done!

All I can say is WOW! These people are great. We are here on vacation in our 1995 motorhome. Had a leaky exhaust manifold gasket. I told John about the problem - he set up an appointment for the day after tomorrow. I dropped the RV off at 8:00 am. I told him we really need it back by the end of the day because we are staying in it at Crazyhorse Campground. Bethany asked if I needed a FREE loaner car for the day. I said Ya, you betcha! (were from Minnesota). They called at 2:00 in the afternoon and said it was done. John showed me the old parts, charged a reasonable price - and there was a bag of jelly beans on the steering wheel when I went to drive it away. Sweet! Great people - Great place. Highly recommended.

I had the most pleasant experience that you can have when getting car repairs. I’m a pretty knowledgeable guy about trucks and repairs however I didnt have the time to take care fix the issues I needed repaired, I.e. brakes, new struts, alignment. I am new to Lake Havasu and know how hard it is to find a quality straight shooter auto shop who takes care of the customers and don’t rip them off. They repaired exactly what needed to be repaired and didn’t overcharge me, not nickel and dime me.I will use them again for my wife and I’s auto repairs. Very kind and professional.

My engine seized up as the problem was diagnosed. This fix would cost about $6000.00 give or take. However, before they called to give me the devastating news they did all the leg work and informed me that the vehicle was still under factory warranty in which KIA towed my car to the nearest dealership in Kingman and provided me with a rental until my engine is replaced. What great customer service by all!!
