Being new to the area I wanted to find a place I could get our vehicles serviced. After some Internet research I found Accurate Auto Care. I called and was quickly put in their schedule. Their work was fast and excellent. The following week I had them align my headlights, again FAST and they did a great job. I highly recommend them and they are now my go-to shop!

Car broke down in Arizona on road trip. Had a very difficult time trying to find a shop available that day to fix car. Jake at Accurate Auto Care was super helpful. Helped get us a tow truck to drop car off at shop. Next day the car was up and running. Very grateful for these guys. And car ran very well for the rest of our 5 day trip. I would definitely go back to these guys many times if I lived near there.

My Honda had an intermittent electrical issue for the last two years that could not be diagnosed by the Honda dealership after towing it in twice last year. A couple of month ago, it wouldnt start again, I had it towed to a Lake Havasu City auto repair shop recommended by AAA, who kept it for a week, charged me, and was not able to locate the issue either. They gave my car back with grease on the steering wheel and carpet. Last week I had my Honda towed to Accurate Auto Care, and within an hour the Accurate tech located the issue and fixed it permanently and with very little cost. I would highly recommend this shop, they were professional, provided quality, kindness, and even washed my car. If I could give them more stars I certainly would,.

Originally from Oceanside ca, out in Parker doing some off roading, have some problems with the Jeep and unable to make it back to Oceanside, called and was connected with Jake, and was able to bring it in extremely dirty and with in an hour of me calling. Very understanding about my situation and worked very fast. I am not able to pick it up for a while because of my work, and they worked with me to be able to pick it up when I was able to. 10/10 service!

Would NOT Recommend Accurate Auto .👎I took my truck in for transmission leak. They charged me thousands. I had to return do to continue leak. Well, the leak continued so I headed just down the street and had the work that they were supposed to have done competed for a very reasonable price.In addition, I was upsold new brakes of which my California mechanic told me I never needed.Thank heavens I found Joe at Alignment Doctor.my truck is running perfectly, I feel good about doing business with A.D. and have confidence in their work. Joe is a trustworthy man.

We were in town for only one day and had problems with my truck. They made time for us in their already full schedule, gave us a ride to the downtown area to enjoy ourselves while they performed the needed diagnostics, and had us heading out of town within a few hours. Diagnosis came up negative for any problems and they were so gracious they did not charge us for that. They were such a pleasure and a treat to do business with!

Great place, very knowledgeable techs...would use them again

I now have had two vehicles serviced here both very close to each other. First was to get my A/C fixed on a car. This took a week longer than quoted. I can understand setbacks, so no big deal. I send another vehicle in for a week and get told they can fix the problems for around 8k. Well, I decided to get a second opinion. I was told when I authorized more money it would be going towards fixing the problem. They fixed nothing and it cost me almost 600 dollars to find out the shop half a block away can fix it for 3k. Driving the first vehicle around has hot A/C unless moving quickly down the road. Thanks for costing me over 1,300 dollars and not fixing anything.

My air conditioner blower fan quit and I was told to take it to the dealership. Took it to Accurate Auto Care and they have it working great. Jake was wonderful to work with. Highly recommend Accurate Auto

We normally take our cars to a certified BMW repair shop but unfortunately they were unable to get us in within a timely matter. Would have had to wait 4-5 weeks. So I did a little research and read that Accurate Auto was reputable and worked on BMW’s so we gave them a call. Spoke to Jake. He was very professional and asked specific questions regarding our car. They were able to get us scheduled within a few days.We explained what the issue was. They ran their diagnostics to find where the noise was coming from. They kept us informed throughout the process, found and fixed the issue. And since it was in their shop, they ordered our tires for us, mounted and balanced them as well. Saved us a trip to a tire shop. Thank you Accurate Auto. We plan on using your shop for future repairs

Brought my work truck there for a preventative maintenance service. They have a long checklist and accurate went line by line and did everything on the checklist. They even replaced the filter on the crane and did a fantastic job.

One word: EXCELLENCE from first phone inquiry to finished repair.  Made five phone inquiries, and two visits, to auto repair shops before deciding to entrust a repair to my beloved Corvette.  John and his team at Accurate Auto provided first-class service beginning with a genuine,   informative visit, even before bringing the car to the shop.  Due to repair needed,  the car battery drained, my jump start power pack failed, was ready to call AAA for either jump start or tow to shop,  but first called Accurate shop to inform of my delay.  Without hesitation, they offered to come to my house for starting assistance.  Within 15 minutes, my car was started, and Brad followed me into the waiting service bay.  Diagnosis of potential scope of repair was discussed, with assurance of discussing options before proceeding  with repair.  At that time, I was offered a loaner car.  Did not need a loaner, so gratefully accepted the ride back home.Within a couple hours, received call to discuss necessary repair with price quoted and agreed upon.  The part was due to arrive, then repair completed the following morning.  Got a call next morning, picked me up in courtesy shuttle, and drove my car back home all within 24 hours!Without exaggeration, Accurate Auto provided simply outstanding service.  From an immaculate, professional facility,  genuine friendly customer service during the process,  much-appreciated help getting the car and myself to and from the shop, to the reassurance of a 2-year warranty after the service, I remain so very grateful to the folks, and process, at Accurate Auto.  It is wonderful to be able share my awesome experience, and truly well-deserved, 5-Star review, with this company.   Way to go, and THANK YOU!

My alternator in my car went out and while every other shop was gonna make me wait a week, these guys said bring it in and had it fixed within 24 hours. Well priced and they gave me a ride home when I dropped the car off. Been here many times highly reccomend.

Was on my way home to San Diego and my check engine light went on. Jake tested it and let me know it was 1 of 2 things. They shuttled me to my daughters while I waited. I am currently traveling, brought my car in and said it is having to issues, idling issue and a winding sound, they fixed the idling issue and told me there was no winding sound, I said are u sure, I most def hear a winding sound, they assured me that I was all set to continue traveling. I get 3 hrs down the road and the winding sound is so bad my car sounds like it isnt going to make it ten more feet. I take it to another shop and they instantly tell me its the power steering belt and pump. Sorry to leave a bad review because everyone was so nice and promt but I feel there is no way such an obvious issue could be overlooked by professionals.

They’ve gotten our car back to us when they said they would. They have options on a loner car or they will take you home if needed. One time, they even dropped our car off at our house, because we went out of town!Our car is 20yrs old and they have done everything from basic maintenance, to replacing our air conditioner, and other needed repairs.We’ve now purchased a new car, and will be taking it there as well.Excellent customer service! Overall experience was Top-notch. Super impressive with customer service skills and could not believe that I was given a complimentary car wash. Shuttle service is offered to drop/pick up while car is being service. Great shop, very professional. I have had oil changes done and new tires put on. I had an issue with a sensor on my car. They ordered a new one and replaced it. Unfortunately this didnt resolve the problem, they kept me updated and finally through no fault of their own were unable to fix the problem. Had to take my car to the dealer. They were honest and up front about the issue and even apologized for being unable to fix it. Some shops would have charged for hours and hours of labor but they didnt. Friendly staff with shuttle service if you need a ride home and courtesy cars as well. They are stuck with me now! I will be back as needed, hopefully not too soon 😁

Shout out to Todd for great and prompt customer service! My wife and I are from out of state and wanted to take our truck to a reliable auto repair shop due to that it is our tow vehicle for our home. Everyone knows this can be an issue when not knowing who to trust and where to go but I can hands down say they’ve earned my business if we are in the area again. The Dodge dealership had quoted me to perform more maintenance items that were truly required and Todd let us know what the truck truly needed and what was unnecessary. Was able to get my truck in the next day and had it fixed the day after that. They even apologized for taking so long which was crazy because no other shop in town would have been able to start for a week. They have a night drop off and even loaner cars. They also do vehicle pick up service. This was my first visit but I will definitely be back. The price was fair considering all the work that needed to get done.

Excellent service! Front office is very helpful and thoughtful. Mechanics are certified, knowledgeable, and detail oriented. Accurate Auto Care also has a shuttle service and loaner cars available to meet your needs. I brought in my Toyota Tundra for an oil service. During my oil service they inspected and found my battery needed to be replaced. It was also brought to my attention that my rotors had been warped from towing. They recommended I wait to replace the rotors until I needed new brakes. Accurate is dependable, honest and trustworthy.

I always seem to need an alignment and whatever else so i decided to change it up and try Accurate Auto Care because I’ve heard nothing but great things. I was not disappointed!! Other than the service i receive at Anderson Toyota, Accurate Auto care is by far the best Auto shop in this town. The service is exceptional, and fast, and the price cant be beat. $45 for a full synthetic oil change cant be beat by anyone in this town, unless you know a guy or you do it yourself. Ill never go back to Toyota, nor will i go anywhere else in this town. Loyalty to Bobs my Shop, brake masters, or even the dealership aint worth it.

I am new to the area and received a flyer in the mail for service at this business. My needed to get an oil change and repair my air conditioner in my Jeep. The 1st thing I noticed when I arrived at the business was the cleanliness of the office and shop. I saw all the jeeps outside and knew then I was in the right place. I was introduced to the owner of the business and he and his staff made me feel like I was part of the family. After the repairs had been made for a very reasonable price, the owner and service tech walked me through a very comprehensive repair of future problems that needed to be addressed with my Jeep. They were able to set up a manageable service plan to SAVE me money in the long run. I never felted rushed and my business was prior one. I plan to take all my vehicles to this business.

I called Accurate at 10:30 in the morning about a transmission leak on my 06 Duramax and was just hoping to have it looked at today and maybe fixed next time I came out to Havasu. Since I’m a part timer out here (for now) its a little tough to get things taken care of and spend some fun time on the lake. Kristin called me back within a couple hours and said I had a few leaks but get it fixed by the end of the day. Great job and fast service! I found my go to shop.

Very friendly and professional, and got us in for an appointment very quickly, which is great, since who wants to be without their Jeep any longer than necessary! We didn’t know exactly what the problem was and they got right on the diagnosis and called with a detailed explanation and estimate, including options and recommendations. Then they got the work done quickly. It’s nice doing business with an establishment that treats you well and provides excellent customer service in addition to sound technical work.

I was concerned when I moved here that I would never find an auto repair company as good as the one I had for the past 20 years in San Diego! Accurate Auto has eliminated that concern!!!
