Definitely recommend... took my truck in to have it looked over and was expecting to hear a bunch of bull like every other time I take it into a shop, but turned out they were completely honest and all I needed was some rear brake pads. They were quick to get me in and had it done in no time at all. Just wish they worked on diesels! Will be returning if I need any work done!

I had a great experience with this shop. People who works there are very honest and nice. I had the issue with my car and even though they were very busy they helped me within an hour and put my car on the road again. I thought since I was in another city and plus a woman that the guys would try to trick me with a price and everything but turns out totally opposite. Excellent and honest service

We were driving our kid to college and had a drivetrain warning light show up outside of Kingman. We found Roadrunners information on a BMW site and called. They ran diagnostics and had the parts- we were in and out in a matter of hours. So appreciated the quick easy service from all the guys.

Ive had to take both my vehicles back several times and the owner gets a little snippy with me stating its under warranty when I question why it has to be redone again. Is it really too much to want it to be repaired correctly the first, second or maybe even the third time? Another time he did extra repairs without authorization and expected me to pay for them doubling the estimate. He had to reverse the charges but later I found out that work he was charging me for was never even done. It is either a lack of integrity, poor communication or bad work. Either way, save yourself the time, money, stress, and a condescending attitude by the owner and go somewhere else.

We have taken our old vehicle to Fritz many times and he keeps us safely on the road. Not only is he the best mechanic in town, he has integrity. We took our vehicle to him thinking it needed a complete tune up and it turned out to be a very inexpensive part that was causing the symptoms. He will not ever charge you for work or parts you do not need as many others would. That is very reassuring to us. Thank you Roadrunner!
