Ive passed this place a thousand times, (literally) on trips from Parker to LHC, I stopped in to see what they had, low and behold, they had exactly what I needed. A gently used Polaris Ranger Crew, with enough room for my woman, two Brindle dogs, the yeti, and guns and ammo. Excellent service from browsing the lot to the final sale. Would absolutely come back here in the future.

Not impressed at all. Called early in the day and promised a call back, which never happened. Not a welcoming environment when you have to search the store for a saleperson. Saved thousands on a new 2022 UTV by researching businesses outside of the immediate area.

Highly recommend! We were in contact with many different dealerships when looking to buy our Razor. AZ West was the only one that was upfront and honest with their pricing and financing programs. It didn’t feel gimmicky or like I was being taken advantage of. Brandon was super easy to work with, most of the transaction was completed via email. Six weeks ago we bought a new Artic Cat / Textron in New Mexico. Last week it went into Arizona West for service and tires. Today I was shocked when the cost of the complete service was more than $200 under the expected price. The unit had almost 1,100 miles, and the factory warranty covered a major repair. Once a safety issue was brought to their attention, (improper installation of the seat belts) I saw four mechanics working together to correct it. The issue was caused by the original dealer, and ignored by them. AZ West fixed it without charge.Brandon and the entire team were completely professional and worked together to get things done correctly. No question was ignored and all answers were honest and well explained. I traveled 75 miles to drop it off, and back tracked 175 miles to pick it up.This machine has become the lifeline for my wife to be able to rejoin society. Until recent surgery, she has been unable to get around since a medical mistake cost her her mobility.A huge THANK YOU to everyone at Arizona West for the priceless service you have done for us.John Perry.
