My Husband and I bought a DRV 5th wheel from Action Line. I was slightly worried due to some other reviews. Those fears were short lived. Bill took care of everything. He was responsive to all calls and very helpful. Honestly the owner even returned a call on a Sunday. The RV arrived and was exactly as described. I would definitely do business with them again.

Coming from a guy who buys way to many thing to sell but never has time to actually sell them I can say that mike and Jaime knock it out every time i bring them my stuff to sell. I’ve dropped something off in the evening and it was sold before lunch the next day. Price is reasonable, they are honest and most importantly not a greedy bone in their body. Would Recommend them for buying vehicles or selling them.

Dont bother taking your rv or boat here. They did sell my unit but not happy at all. Waste of your time. The lame story isnt worth the write. Very bad experience with the owners. Nice people. But I would definitely not bring any of my other toys here again. Would not recommend this place to friends or family.Your reply is a joke. You guys are very shady people. Happy with their product knowledge. Very helpful and not pushy. We went to several local boat dealers and was very surprised in the various price differences. Action Line was by far the best bang for our buck. We will recommend them to everyone we know.

EDIT: 4/25/2018The owner of the company called me and explained to me that the sales person was injured in an off road accident. He said he was very sorry and I do believe that if things would have went right we would have been very happy with this company. The owner has since offered me a very generous free oil change for my vehicle, which I have graciously declined. However, the offer was very heartfelt and sincere - I just didnt need an oil change - I just want great service which I feel I have received as this moment.Absolutely horrible service. I inquired about a vehicle they offered on their website. I filled out a credit app and it was toward the end of their day (around 4:30 - they close at 5:00) and I was told they would get back to me. I had to call them the next day and spoke with Greg (the same person I filled out the credit application from) and he said he hasn’t ran the app yet. It’s beenover a week and I still haven’t heard from them. My husband and I bought a vehicle from another since then. Don’t waste your time with them with buying vehicles. They don’t seem to care.

We were looking for a boat online and noticed Action Line Sales website. We live in Seattle and were unsure of purchasing a boat out of state andwhat the ease of shipping would be from Arizona to Seattle. Mike and Jamie took care of everything and arranged for the boat to be shippedto Washington. They were wonderful to work with and we have referred them to our friends and family.

Purchased a boat from one of the bigger Brokers and wanted to sell boat back a month later. The offered me 30% less than I paid on consignment...not even cash! I called Action Line and they sold my boat for what I wanted! Simple as that. They said they could and they did it. I would highly recommend them to anyone! Real good people!

This review is a bit extended, however, back in May, We were in need of selling our 2002 Sea Ray, which I was having a bit of trouble marketing. My wife and I are part-time residents of Lake Havasu and were on our way to grub and grog at a local restaurant as we passed by Action line Sales in Lake Havasu. The business was a bit new to the area I believe. We decided, on a whim, to stop by and talk with the owners and discuss options in helping us sell our boat. After a few moments gripping and grinning with Mike Zaback (later meeting Jamie), we made plans and worked out the terms to have Action Line help sell our boat. Low and behold, a month later they had a buyer for the boat. Mike and Jamie are great, friendly folks and know the business! They are very informative and keep you posted on the status of what your trying to sell. If your looking to sell a boat or RV for that matter, go talk to them and see what they can do for you. Pay close attention to the 5 star reviews, Jamie will stop at nothing to sell a shoddy product! I called Action line From Los Angeles upon coming across an ad for a 1976 Apollo motorhome. The ad showed class A motorhome as a cream puff This rig was, according to the posted ad in various places online, a running rig, in great condition for its age I told Mike at Action line, my sales manager, I was interested in viewing the Apollo. (I had full intentions of leaving my rental locally and driving this sled home if the motorhome was what it was advertised to be).Upon my arrival, apparently Kevin, Mikes onsite mechanic was missing and Mike didnt have the keys to show it to me. It was unlocked so I was at least able to examine the inside and outside. I stick around for the weekend so Kevin could introduce me to the motorhome. This was not to be. Incredulous, I, understanding that we all have bad days were everything goes wrong and your help ditches you for a weekend am still willing to work with Mike knowing the rarity of my desired beast. I had a cousin living locally, check it out before a was to show up. I was told by phone, the root of its problems was, after sitting, bad gas in the tank and that it hadnt been driven in a while. Proper maintenance of a vehicle means, 1 Driving it briefly once a month, 2 allowing idle time on the engine and 3 trickle charging the batteries and 4, make sure theres stabilizer fluid in the gas tank if it sits for more than a few weeks! If these four simple steps were followed over the 2 year stay under Mikes supervision, they could have commanded more for the rig, instead they simply dropped the price until someone was willing to deal with it, too clueless to understand that the thing would get to the point of being immobile.for this motorhome during the six months I gave these losers to present a vehicle that does anything but sit. While the rig may have arrived on the property under its own power in 2016, Action line doesnt know a darn thing about the long term care and maintenance of a motorhome. I confirmed with google image data how long the Apollo had been on the property, additionally, I pulled the meta data from the online photos I pulled from the ads I found on line of the Apollo, they were taken in 2016. I would have walked away but this was exactly what I was looking for in drivable condition The ad said it was drivable so why wouldnt Mike make this right?) Kevin was to perform small repairs, Gas draining and a fuel pump, it snowballed into a non working, top-end rebuild!It took 6 MONTHS to NOT sell me this brick on wheels. Brake masters, a mile down the street wouldnt run once on their property. My contact at Brake masters tactfully hinted that the operation I was dealing with was questionable and sent pictures with evidence someone was living in it; could this have been the reason for all the delays? They also said it was rolled into the brake masters literally down hill not not driven.I ordered a radiator that was the wrong size that they let sit for 6 weeks, then Kevin says its the wrong size. Wrong size?Assume more valuable rigs are getting no special treatment. I found no trickle chargers on batteries, many with battery trays left out in the sun to bake; additionally the only 5 star reviews are from those whove left their RVs for consignment, clueless to the lack of care and maintenance instilled in these homes on wheels in worse condition than advertised).

Rude and they dont call you back. We tried to buy 2 different motorhomes and they sold them both knowing we wanted them. Only 4 people work there and they all sit in the same room how can you not hear the conversation about our wanting one of their motorhomes. Not professional!
