Had a mailbox here for 6 years. Staff always welcoming, friendly and attentive. I only go there perhaps once a month but one of the ladies there remembers my name and box number and has done since I first rented it. There are closer places but service is important and here it is excellent.

Dexter and the staff are kind and knowledgeable and helpful. Whether you need shipping help, assistance with certified mail, you need to pick up a thank-you card and send it out quickly or help with renewing your passport they are there for you. Its like having your own private shipping department and a neighborhood Postal Service all-in-one. Stop by and say hello, they always remember your name!

I took in a package that I wanted to return with two items. I used a label that I thought was the return label. The man who I think is the owner said he wasnt sure if I had put on the right label. He was concerned that the package would get lost, so he said hed have his UPS guy look into it for me. A few hours later, the UPS guy came to my door and said I had the wrong label. So they helped me get the right label and the package went through. This is a new store, and I really hope they do well. They are really nice and helpful.

They charged me 50 cents for putting tape over the UPS label. What a customer service!
