Their information says they open at 9am and its Wednesday today. Well, I got there at 9:10 and waited 5 minutes and another person drove up and was waiting also, but nobody showed, so we left. I had my cologard sample to be sent off, so I had to drive to the Laguna hills UPS to drop it off. It would be helpful/considerate to post a sign on the door showing the hours. I took time off work to drive there only to find its not open. When I googled UPS near me its shows the business opens at 9am. It would be nice if they corrected this information too.

This is definitely my go to location. Tara is always super sweet and welcoming. Not to mention how fast she does my amazon returns when I bring her many packages at a time! I totally recommend this location over any other.

Some of the employees who work here are good people. The one who I interacted with today spoke to me with an attitude that ruined my day. Im going to the Foothill Ranch location from now on instead.

Horrible! Dropped off my Samsung monitor (for warranty repair) to the notary public girl there on Feb 9th 2021. Paid over $40 to have it packed and shipped. Never sent out, the store has been closed for days now. Horrible service. No sign on the door. Shame on you notary public girl!

I love the service given by Tara. I did not know she is the owner. Until I saw her calling card. The first time I saw her is I am with my Aunt. She assists her, each and every clients very well. Then, the second time was, I am going to ship something, but when my aunt and I tried to open the door, because they are already closed.Tara was still there, and other lights inside were turned off, but then she looked at us and smiled and let us come in. Like all the other reviews say- Tara is very kind and very helpful!!I needed to return some shoes today- I had never returned anything to Amazon before, so I was a little flustered (after being rejected by USPS and the Kohls drop-off) Tara was incredibly patient and helped me get it done. We shipped some equipment and received without damage. They really took their time packaging everything. The manager is very patient and courteous. Parking at this location can be a little hairy but definitely worth that hassle if proper shipment is your priority.

I sent a package next day delivery from this store. It was important for me to have my package arrive on time. When the package never arrived I called the tracking number to the delivery carrier and they said the package was not packaged correctly for them to deliver it. I was never told from the ups representative at this location that the package needed to be packed in a particular manner. I have been trying to get my money refunded for 2 months and Tara the manager at the store will not respond to my calls or messages. I would highly recommend not using this location for your delivery services and other needs if good customer service is what you expect.After repeated phone calls Tara the manger decided to handle the situation and send me a check. I am still a bit upset but at least I got my money back. After 2 months of calls......

This place stinks, I mean literally it does! Youll get the sewer smell as soon as you walk in. Customer service really bad. Called ahead to get prices for mail boxes but when got there there found out lady on counter forgot to advise me about the ridiculous $25 set up fee. Other UPS stores I called after that charge only $20. Really a waste of time going there.

I received a damaged item from Amazon but was out of toner to print the return label. No big deal I thought... I would just email and have UPS print...after all Office Depot charges .14...so how much could it cost. I went to this store, and an older Gentlemen was the only one working. It wasnt busy, but the people who walked in front of me had to notarize a few documents...I guess multi-tasking was out of the question...so I waited 15 min. Finally it was my turn, I emailed the label, had it printed and then affixed the label. Then I asked how much I owe him...and he told me $2.50. say what! ? to send back a pre-paid package! Im sure youll agree its not a lot of money, but nobody...no matter what the cost...likes to feel like their getting ripped off. I told him that I thought it was excessive...he replied trying to validate his fee its $2.50 to receive the email...and 10 cents for the copy...so for the time he put into this, hes charging me $100 per hour. So...I told him to forget about it and to delete my email and take the label back and Ill just go to another UPS store. At that time he offered to just take it with no charge...but my trust was lost...I was thinking this is like worrying about a waiter spitting in your food...there was no way I was going to leave my package here...so I left the store and went to the UPS store on Alton and Jefferey. They were surprised to hear about the $2.50 email fee. I wont be going back to this USP store.

Horrible experience. Not only that the middle age worker seems not wanting to help the customers, he purposely makes thing dreadfully slow and painful. I was returning an amazon packages and and the process that shouldve taken me about 5-10 minutes in another ups store took about 30 minutes because he wanted me to format the mailing label after emailing it to him. I told him to just click the link. This proves that he is definitely incompetent and should not be doing this as a living. And to top it off, he charged me $4 for 2 pieces of label, he called it store printing fee. I dont know if thats legit or not but as long as i have dropped off an amazon package and have them print out the label for me, i was never charged.My take on this particular ups store in el Toro, store number 5276 is not to waste your time. If i wouldve known that itll take me a lot longer time due to the workers rude behavior and incompetence, i wouldve make the extra 10 minutes drive to another ups store.PLEASE AVOID THIS UPS STORE UNLESS YOU LIKE RUDE WORKER, INCOMPETENCE WORKER, LONG, PAINFUL AND ARDUOUS WAIT FOR JUST A SIMPLE TASK AND BEING OVERCHARGED FOR THINGS THAT DOESNT MAKE ANY SENSE

The office is supposed to be open until 5 pm according to website. I got there at 3:00 pm. The lady behind the door yelled at me that we are closed. She did not want to even look at me and listen to what I have to say. I just needed an envelope so I can post the letter by using the box. It was very unprofessional. Why the timing in the UPS website is not followed. Why you hire rude people.
